The Conspiracy & The Goal

THINK OF THIS! If what happened to Lt. General Michael Flynn goes on without actual justice, what shot at maintaining Liberty does the average American possess when a corrupt Left-Wing government comes after them for not towing the State-line of thought? Justin Smith thoughts below.

The Conspiracy & The Goal

The Plot of the Unelected Anti-American Traitors

By Justin O. Smith

Sent  5/3/2020 12:25 AM

As God as my witness, the truth is I am innocent.”  ~ Lt. General Michael Flynn

Nearly four years after the Deep State and senior Obama administration officials framed Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, former National Security Advisor for President Trump, in a pre-emptive strike, to remove Flynn and prevent him from reforming the assorted sixteen intelligence agencies, and a conspiracy to cripple the Trump administration, there now seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel through this sordid denouement. New evidence was turned over to Sidney Powell, Flynn’s defense attorney, by U.S. Attorney Timothy Shea, after U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen and other attorneys appointed by U.S. Attorney General William Barr found it, shredding the last defenses of the Deep State’s rogue Intelligence forces and their years of deceit, juridical depravity and treachery; and, it has begun to unravel the vast tapestry of this sedition and the malicious prosecution of General Flynn, fully exonerating this fine American Patriot.

Reported by the amazing ##Sara Carter, investigative journalist, on April 24th of this year, Carter quotes Shea’s letter to Powell: “The enclosed documents were obtained and analyzed by USA EDMO in March and April 2020 and are provided to you as a result of this ongoing review; additional documents may be forthcoming. These materials are covered by the Protective Order entered by the Court on February 21, 2018.”

Flynn’s “crime”? A supposed illegal communication — a violation of the never used Logan Act — with the Russian Ambassador to the U.S. in the last days of December 2016, that was only discovered by way of an illegal surveillance of the Good General and then leaked to Trump-hating journalists in the New York Times and the Washington Post. Oh … and lying to the FBI for not being able to fully recall every detail of the phone call he made to Ambassador Kislyak.

Obama’s criminal conspirators started looking hard at Flynn in 2016, when he joined the Trump campaign as a foreign affairs advisor and made the mistake of leading the “Lock her up” chant in front of a deliriously enthusiastic crowd at the Republican Convention. He more than likely knew more than a thing or two about the Clinton Foundation’s activities, and maybe even where the bodies are buried so to speak.

Donald J. Trump did the “impossible” and pulled out the win, General Flynn was appointed as National Security Advisor, and the immeasurable anxiety and panic that rushed through the Deep State set off deafening alarm bells and prompted the Intelligence Community to create the operation “Crossfire Razor”.  And not long afterwards on December 29th 2016, Obama shook U.S.-Russia relations by confiscating country retreat properties in Long Island and Maryland that were owned by the Russian Embassy, expelling 35 embassy employees as payback for supposed Russian interference in the 2016 election; this prompted the conversation between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and put Flynn’s entrapment by the FBI in motion.

One should also note that General Flynn was loathed and despised by the Obama political and national security bureaucrats for properly criticizing them for politicizing intelligence. The FBI was not a fan either, especially Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, due to Flynn’s support of an agent who alleged the Bureau had subjected her to sex discrimination..

K.T. McFarland ##documents her recollection of those days, because she was there from the start, as the Deputy National Security Advisor for President Trump. McFarland notes in her May 1st Fox News article: “When I talked to Flynn about these events at the time he was still national security adviser, he didn’t strike me as someone who had deliberately lied or tried to dissemble precisely what he said to Russian Ambassador Kislyak on what call or on exactly which day.”

https://video.foxnews.com/v/embed.js?id=6153302975001&w=466&h=263

Flynn, the incoming National Security Advisor, had committed no crime whatsoever, by speaking to the Russian Ambassador, because the Logan Act of 1799 was never intended to criminalize communications during a presidential transition, as it only outlawed NEGOTIATIONS BY UNAUTHORIZED AMERICAN CITIZENS WITH FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS. As the President Trump’s newly appointed and authorized agent, the call to Ambassador Kislyak was simply business as usual and nothing out of the ordinary or different from what incoming presidents and their staff and Cabinet have done for decades.

Notes taken by William Priestap, former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence, were ordered to be released late Wednesday, April 29th, by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, and the Justice Department released eleven more pages the same day. They reveal a perjury trap created by the FBI and the senior members of the bureau and the agents in charge of the fabricated allegations that President Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia.

The agents involved discussed refraining from any mention of the General’s Miranda rights, before conducting their January 2017 interview with him, a practice regularly used by the FBI, in order to get “suspects” to incriminate themselves and to be charged with a crime, if they mislead agents.

In part, the notes read: “What is our goal? Truth/Admission or get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

Even more disturbing, we now also know that the Special Counsel and Mueller’s “investigation” was always just a part of the larger effort to conceal this conspiracy, allowing FBI and DOJ officials involved in the conspiracy to hide all of the evidence inside Mueller’s operation, thus making it impossible for defense lawyers to access and impeding efforts by Congress too. This ploy also prevented the Trump administration from being able to conduct a proper investigation, even as Flynn’s original defense team, Covington & Burling, was selling him down the river and helping his antagonists frame him.

[Blog Editor – the point:

All documents that could have helped Flynn’s defense were systematically withheld by the FBI and the Department of Justice, preventing anyone — not just Flynn’s defense team — from uncovering the plot. Covington & Burling’s sudden release of long hidden documents suggests that they may have been part of this entire sorry plot, making them guilty of many crimes themselves.

To date and many tribulations later, the Good General is out $3.5 million to Covington & Burling, and he still had $4.6 million in unpaid legal bills as of last year. He was forced to sell his house in September 2018 to pay legal expenses, receiving $819,995, confirmed by Powell and Fox News. [Flynn Legal Defense Fund]

Highlighting just how vast this plot might actually be, on April 29th, Katie Pavlich asked two very important questions: “What did FBI Director Christopher Wray know and when? And why has he been covering for these scum bags?” Ms. Pavlich is an editor at the conservative news outlet of Townhall and a regular Fox News contributor.

Even more intriguing, there is now a whistleblower inside the FBI who has given information to The Federalist and the Daily Caller that claims Christopher Wray and his general counsel, Dana Boente, moved heaven and earth to try and prevent U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen’s discoveries from being given to Sidney Powell, Flynn’s lawyer. Supposedly it was also Boente, who convinced Jeff Sessions to recuse himself from the Trump/Russia collusion case, when he was then-Acting Deputy Attorney General, according to Joe DiGenova, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.

DiGenova exclaimed: “This story is like a Russian novel. I mean, this is Dostoyevsky, it’s even better than Dostoyevsky.”

Other documents notably show that the FBI was prepared to formally close their investigation of Flynn and the case against him on January 4th 2017, but 20 minutes after the memorandum circulated, Peter Strzok, a rabidly anti-Trump agent, and other agents intervened and managed to keep the “case” ongoing. And this was immediately followed on January 5th by a meeting between President Obama, V.P Biden, FBI Director James Comey, Susan Rice — Flynn’s predecessor, and Attorney General Sally Yates, regarding how Comey would brief President-elect Donald Trump the next day, feeding him the false information contained in the fabricated Steele Dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign.

Remember also how Susan Rice would later write a memo on January 20th about the meeting, in a blatant attempt to cover her own ass, stating, “President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.” Rice wrote this during the very moments the FBI was preparing to go after Flynn in an all-out frontal assault.

These criminals in the upper echelons of the Obama administration had to find a way to remove Flynn, since he was the only member of President Trump’s inner circle who would immediately recognize what was being plotted against the new president. Flynn had also been the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency under President Obama and he knew all the dirty secrets of the intelligence community, and he had enough scars from battles with the intelligence services to understand the underlying dynamics and the manner information was withheld and exploited by intelligence operators.

Flynn’s understanding of what was actually transpiring also moved him to initially offer a guilty plea, although he did not really believe he was guilty, and neither did the FBI agents who interviewed him; however, after Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s staff threatened to go after his son for failing to register with the Justice Department as a foreign agent, he felt he had no good choice. This government coercion by way of threatening one’s family crosses many lines and should be setting off warning bells across the land, since the charge was once again a fabrication of a most foul nature.

Not long after the Good General was briefed by Sidney Powell, his defense lawyer, on the evidence revelations, he posted a video of the American Flag waving at his home, prompting Donald Trump, Jr. to write in a tweet: “Imagine having your life and reputation ruined by rogue US govt. officials. Then years later when the plot finally comes to light the first thing you do is post an American flag. This is the guy they want you to believe was a Russian asset.”

President Trump recently stated that Michael Flynn was victimized by “dirty, filthy cops at the top of the FBI.”

Utilizing tactics that would have made the Soviet NKVD of **Lefortova proud, these agents set off in search of a crime without the slightest concern for destroying the life of this fine brave man, a three star general, who had passionately fought America’s enemies and terrorism and dedicated his entire life to serving America. They placed their evil Machiavellian plot above their duty and above God and country, as they simultaneously acted to leverage General Flynn to testify against the President and others about alleged wrongdoing, in order to advance the Russia hoax to discredit President Trump and oust him; and, although they thought they were going to get away with their conspiracy, thanks to Sidney Powell’s tireless never-ending efforts, their gambit and conspiracy is on full display.

[**Blog Editor: Since polls have indicated that American Millennials are warming up to Communism, one should examine the life of a political prisoner in Lefortova Prison still in use today by the Russian Federation:

“Why does this even matter anymore?”, some may ask.

So many of America’s current troubles are due to the culture of pervasive dishonesty, corruption and criminal activity across all levels of U.S. government, every area of our national life, and, most arrogantly and insidiously, the anti-American lawlessness around the CIA, FBI and Department of Justice during and after the 2016 election. Anything goes and nothing matters in this war of politics that is sure to become a hot one with lead flying in all directions one day in the not too distant future, if we don’t reform our government and eradicate the vile vermin from its ranks and try with all our might to go on as a credible and moral nation.

K.T. McFarland explains it best: “Take politics out of it for a moment and consider this: a cabal of senior leaders of the FBI — unelected and accountable to no one — plotted against a newly elected President of the United States.”

The morning of April 30th, President Donald Trump tweeted: “What happened to General Michael Flynn, a war hero, should never be allowed to happen to a citizen of the United States again!”

America will never return to normal, until the American people are shown that real justice exists in this country, even as we note federal attorney John Durham’s investigation looms in the background and strives to do just that; and yet, Barr seems reluctant to go after the collaborators in Congress and the media. Every damned traitor to America, who took part in this seditious conspiracy operated by several agencies of the federal government against a decorated three star general — a conspiracy that extended to members of Congress who are not immune from prosecution for felony crimes — in an explicit effort to overthrow President Donald J. Trump, such as Barack Obama, Susan Rice, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, Michael Atkinson, Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, Dana Boente, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Colonel Alexander Vindman, William Priestap, James Baker (DOJ), James Baker (DOD), Eric Ciaramella, Robert Mueller, Senator Richard Burr, Representative Adam Schiff and a huge litany of many others, must be charged, prosecuted and imprisoned or executed, according to the depth of their complicity, before the regular wheels of justice and faith in the system can ever be reestablished. [Bold text agreement by the Editor]

If nothing is resolved and the status quo stands ….. if they are allowed to get away free and clear from these terrible deeds against a fine man such as General Flynn and a sitting U.S. President, rogue agents of any future administration will remain free and clear to do the same, and much worse to the average American, and no one should want that to be America’s future.

Wrong Wray — It’s NOT the Whole FBI

Current FBI Director Christopher Wray views FBI exoneration of targeting President Trump before and after election in 2016 in the IG Michael Horowitz Report. President Trump should view another firing of another Deep State FBI Director AND replace Wray with someone willing to drain the swamp stench of Dem influence in that Agency.

Wrong Wray — It’s NOT the Whole FBI

The vast majority of the 12,484 special agents and 2,950 intelligence analysts in the FBI steadfastly abide by their oaths.

By  Mark Alexander

Dec. 11, 2019

The Patriot Post

On Tuesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray issued his response to the Justice Department’s FISA report, concluding: “Finally, we will review the performance and conduct of certain FBI employees who were referenced in the Report’s recommendations — including managers, supervisors, and senior officials at the time. The FBI will take appropriate disciplinary action where warranted. Notably, many of the employees described in the report are no longer employed at the FBI.”

But in a follow-up interview, when asked if he had any evidence that the FBI unfairly targeted Trump’s campaign, Wray replied, “I don’t.” If his response was specifically related to the FISA report evidence that was limited in its scope, then Wray’s comments are in line. But if he was suggesting that there is no evidence of bias among “managers, supervisors, and senior officials at the time,” that assertion is ludicrous and earned this response from Donald Trump: “I don’t know what report [Wray] was reading, but it sure wasn’t the one given to me.”

Moreover, Director Wray was asked a leading question as to whether he was offended by suggestions that the FBI is part of the “deep state.”

He took the bait on a broad question: “I think that’s the kind of label that is a disservice to the 37,000 men and women who work at the FBI who I think tackle their jobs with professionalism, with rigor, with objectivity, with courage … so that’s not a term I would ever use to describe our workforce and I think it’s an affront to them.”

Wrong, Wray — the question asked was absurd and disingenuous. He knows better and should have chosen his words much more carefully. The “deep state” assertions have always been limited to a handful of FBI personnel Wray identified in his response — those high-ranking “managers, supervisors, and senior officials” with strong bias in favor of Hillary Clinton. This has never been about the FBI at large.

Almost two years ago, in “The FISA Memo and the Demos’ Deep-State Operatives,” I noted:

Democrats and their Leftmedia outlets are promoting the diversionary false narrative that serious questions about the political motives of those who seeded the FISA warrants are a “broad assault on the Department of Justice and FBI” by President Trump and Republicans. According to Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), “This wasn’t about oversight. This is about … attacking the DoJ and FBI, a transparent attempt to discredit these institutions.”

As I noted then, in fact, it is Democrats like Schiff who are broad-brushing the FISA memo inquiry to include “institutions” rather than “individuals.” The memo names a handful of corrupt Democrat deep-state operatives in the DoJ and FBI who colluded to help Hillary Clinton defeat Donald Trump and who, after his stunning upset, sought to undermine the legitimacy of Trump’s presidency.

As I also noted then: “The vast majority of the 12,484 special agents and 2,950 intelligence analysts in the FBI steadfastly abide by their oaths ‘to support and defend’ our Constitution. They also strive to live up to the FBI motto: Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity. Indeed, most FBI agents, whose reputations are being sullied by the corrupt actions of a few high-ranking officials, are both personally and professionally offended by that corruption.”

Again yesterday in “The DoJ FISA Report — Trump Was Right,” I noted that “Hillary Clinton’s backers were high-ranking FBI bureaucrats” — as Wray identified in his report.

For the record, it was and remains Democrats who, by advancing this charade to take Trump down, have cast a cloud over the entire FBI — a cloud that will take years to dissipate. When Wray answers loaded media questions without redress, he also throws his whole agency under the bus.

Will Durham Finally End Deep State Corruption?

John R. Houk

© May 15, 2019

By now you have probably read that AG William Barr has appointed John Durham from the DOJ to investigate probable corruption in the process that led to spying on the Trump Campaign of 2016. Hopefully the scope of that investigation includes an examination of the FBI investigation into Crooked Hillary’s ILLEGAL private unsecured email server and Crooked Hillary Campaign involvement (which must include any Obama connection) in 2016 election manipulation.

BUT a history of Dem law breaking excuses means I’m not holding my breath for any actionable prosecution. I MEAN MY GOD, Trump appointee Director Christopher Wray is providing every appearance of covering up for FBI spying and corruption in all connections to President Trump:

By most accounts John Durham has been receiving accolades as a politically neutral Prosecutor of integrity. BUT when Robert Mueller was appointed as Special Prosecutor, he too received integrity accolades from the GOP and Dems alike. I remember Rep. Louie Gohmert raising concerns about Mueller. AND sure enough Mueller proceeded to assemble a prosecutorial team of Crooked Hillary donors and Dem Party hacks.

AGAIN due to a history of Dems skating away from legal action when laws are broken, I will not be surprised if NOTHING comes to account with a Durham investigation. By the way – for the same reasons I’m not holding my breath with reputed forthcoming revelations from Inspector General Michael Horowitz relating to FBI impropriety.

If my underwhelming suspicions are proven inaccurate, I WILL BE ECSTATIC.

6 Things to Know About the Prosecutor Investigating Spying on Trump Campaign

By Fred Lucas

May 14, 2019

The Daily Signal

Edgar Hoover FBI Building

John Durham, known for prosecuting FBI agents connected to infamous mobster James “Whitey” Bulger, is now a fourth attorney general’s pick to lead a special investigation into suspected government misconduct.

The Justice Department confirmed to media outlets that Attorney General William Barr named Durham, now U.S. attorney for the District of Connecticut, to look into why and how department and FBI officials began investigating associates of President Donald Trump before the 2016 election.

Durham’s resume includes investigating the mafia and crooked politicians.

Attorneys general from the Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama administrations all previously appointed Durham to lead special investigations.

Barr reportedly selected him to head the probe weeks ago, as the FBI came under intensified scrutiny for spying on one Trump campaign adviser and sending a confidential informant to talk to another.

In the aftermath of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report clearing the Trump campaign of conspiracy with Russia to influence the election, many Republican lawmakers called for an investigation into how the probe of Trump and his team commenced.

Two known incidents loom large: The FBI obtained a warrant under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to put Trump campaign aide Carter Page under surveillance. The FBI also sent a confidential informant to talk to George Papadopoulos, another Trump campaign aide, in a bar. The woman told Papadopoulos that her name was Azra Turk, and he later described her as “flirtatious.”

Here are six things to know about the prosecutor picked by Barr.

  1. Career Prosecutor

Durham, 68, began his career as a Connecticut state prosecutor working from 1978 to 1982 in the New Haven State’s Attorney’s Office.

A registered Republican, he next served in nonpolitical positions through 35 years in the U.S. District of Connecticut, based in New Haven.

From 1982 to 1989, Durham supervised the New Haven field office of the Boston Strike Force in the Justice Department’s Organized Crime and Racketeering Section. For the next five years, he was chief of the criminal division for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Haven.

From 1994 through 2008, he served as deputy U.S. attorney, and then, through 2017, as counsel to the U.S. attorney.

Trump’s first attorney general, Jeff Sessions, appointed Durham as acting U.S. attorney for Connecticut in October 2017, and Trump nominated him for the post the next month. He took office in February 2018.

  1. Busting Mafia-FBI Connection

In 1999, then-Attorney General Janet Reno appointed Durham to investigate corruption in federal law enforcement in Boston.

He examined whether two Boston mob figures, Bulger and Stephen “The Rifleman” Flemmi, had corrupted the FBI agents whom they served as informants.

Durham’s investigation led to a 10-year prison sentence for retired FBI agent John Connolly Jr., found guilty of helping the two gangsters avoid prosecution.

As part of this investigation, Durham produced documents showing four men had been framed by FBI agents and convicted of murder in the 1960s. Two died in prison, but two others won a $100 million civil judgment against the Justice Department.

  1. Special Probes of CIA and Terror Detainees

In 2008, then-Attorney General Michael Mukasey appointed Durham as a special prosecutor to conduct what turned into a three-year probe of the destruction of CIA interrogation tapes. He didn’t recommend any prosecutions.

In an overlapping probe, then-Attorney General Eric Holder named him as a special prosecutor to investigate alleged mistreatment of terror suspects by CIA interrogators and government contractors.

The second probe came after the Justice Department released a report noting possible past abuse by CIA interrogators. Durham concluded by closing most of the cases, but called for continued inquiries into the deaths of two prisoners.

  1. Devoted Catholic, Red Sox Fan

Despite handling high-profile cases, Durham typically keeps a low profile.

Earlier this year, according to The Day newspaper in New London, Connecticut Deputy Chief State’s Attorney Leonard C. Boyle noted the only reason that Durham would make a public speech to a crowd at the University of St. Joseph, a Roman Catholic school in West Hartford, Connecticut.

“Other than an overwhelming commitment to the cause of justice, the two great devotions of John’s life are his Catholic faith and his family,” Boyle said of Durham.

Durham and his wife Susan have four sons and eight grandchildren. He reportedly is a big Boston Red Sox fan.

The New Republic, a liberal magazine, wrote of Durham in 2011 that he “earned a nonpartisan, camera-shy, ‘white knight’ reputation.”

  1. Public Corruption

Durham led some of the biggest public corruption cases in Connecticut.

Among them was the case of Connecticut Gov. John G. Rowland, a Republican who resigned in 2004 after federal prosecutors found he illegally took gifts from state contractors. Rowland pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a year in prison for offenses committed as governor.

Durham also led an investigation of Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim, a Democrat, who was convicted on racketeering and bribery charges in 2003. Ganim spent six years in prison.

  1. Lauded by Democrats

Democrats recently excoriated Barr for even using the word “spy” to talk about actions by the Obama administration’s FBI and Justice Department against the Trump campaign before the presidential election in November 2016.

However, Democrats could have a difficult time in attacking Durham.

Confirmed as U.S. attorney in February 2018 by a voice vote in the Senate, he had gained praise from Democrats when Trump nominated him.

Among these admirers were two of Trump’s biggest critics, Connecticut’s two Democratic senators—Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy. The two men had recommended Durham to serve as U.S. attorney.

“John Durham has earned immense respect as a no-nonsense, fierce and fair prosecutor, and we are pleased that the White House has agreed with our recommendation that he serve as United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut,” a joint statement by Blumenthal and Murphy said. “As an Assistant United States Attorney, John Durham has proven himself time and time again in some of the most challenging and sensitive cases.”

It looks like Barr has found just such another case for Durham.

Congress. Republicans Send Criminal Referrals for Hillary, Comey, Lynch & McCabe

Liberty Headlines

“Because we believe that those in positions of high authority should be treated the same as every other American…”

(Kaylee McGhee, Liberty Headlines) Several lawmakers are asking Attorney General Jeff Sessions to investigate former Obama officials, including former FBI Director James Comey, for alleged violations of federal statutes.

Interview with Representative / Congressman on the House Judiciary Committee Ron DeSantis by Brian Kilmeade on the Fox News Fox and Friends program Wednesday April 18 2018 4/18/2018. [*** There is more interesting content in the description I will post after the McGhee cross post.]

Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., along with 10 other congressmen, sent a letter to Sessions, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and U.S. Attorney John Huber, saying there is evidence that Obama-era officials partook in corruption and even treason.

“The investigations into the Hillary Clinton and the Presidential campaign revealed egregious levels of misconduct and mishandling of sensitive information,” Gosar said in a statement.

Comey’s deliberate refusal to investigate Clinton’s misuse of a personal email system “suggests improper investigative conduct, potentially motivated by a political agenda,” Gosar said in the letter.

Comey’s recently published memoir, “A Higher Loyalty,” is also considered “questionable conduct” because of its detailed alleged conversations with President Trump, even confidential ones.

According to Gosar, this suggests Comey was responsible for sensitive leaks to the media, since he had already admitted to asking “a friend to share the content with the reporter.”

Such behavior is treasonous, the legislators said.

The lawmakers also want Hillary Clinton investigated, specifically her former presidential campaign’s connection to the Washington firm Fusion GPS, which led research into potential collusion between Russia and Trump, ultimately leading to the controversial Steele dossier.

Clinton disguised payments to Fusion GPS, violating the Federal Election Commission’s statutes.

The Steele dossier eventually led to an investigation into alleged collusion between Trump and Russia, which Gosar says is unfounded since the dossier was based on “false and unverified” information and funded by illegal means.

“The actions of these government officials outlined in our letter point to evidence of corruption and possible treason. It’s time these unelected bureaucrats stop hiding behind their titles and start being held to the same standards as every other American.”

Peter Strzok & Lisa Page/PHOTOS: Justice Dept. & Ohio State U.

Gosar said he wants everyone connected to the Steele dossier investigated, including FBI Agent Peter Strzok and FBI Counsel Lisa Page, who frequently had conversations via text about how they could undermine Trump’s presidential campaign and secure a Clinton win.

Strzok and Page also allegedly assisted Clinton in hiding her misuse of her personal email server, in which it’s believed she compromised confidential communications.

The Wall Street Journal reported in January that, “the latest texts show the FBI also eliminated evidence that Mrs. Clinton compromised high-level communications.”

“Because we believe that those in positions of high authority should be treated the same as every other American, we want to be sure that these potential violations of law are vetted properly,” the Congress members’ letter stated.

*** Interesting text from the above Youtube video description section:

Congressman / Rep on the House Judiciary Committee Ron DeSantis said all of the following:

Remember, he (Former F.B.I. Director James Comey) testified to the Congress that he did not make any decision regarding Secretary Clinton until after she was interviewed. He was asked that specifically by one of my colleagues. And, yet the evidence that’s come out since then demonstrates that actually they made this determination months before not only interviewing Secretary Clinton but also interviewing a number of key witnesses. And, so the lack of candor with the Congress is something that needs to be investigated.

So, here’s the issue with Hillary Clinton: You notice, they (the Mueller Special Counsel) are supposedly going after (President Trump’s Attorney) Michael Cohen for an FEC (Federal Election Commission) violation because of this non-disclosure payment (to Stormy Daniels). Now, that’s not really a theory that’s been tried before…I mean, it seems a little odd to me…but if that is potentially an offense…Well, is it (Hillary Clinton and her campaign) camouflaging these payments? What they (Hillary Clinton and her campaign) did was they paid from the Clinton campaign to a law firm Perkins Coie and then Perkins Coie paid Fusion GPS Christopher Steel and that’s how the (phony Russian) Dossier was developed. So, they effectively disguised the fact that they were funding the Dossier. That’s not the way the Federal Election laws are supposed to work…You’re supposed to disclose your expenditures. So, if you (Mueller and his Special Counsel team) are going after (President Trump’s attorney) Cohen, why isn’t anybody also looking at how the Clintons handled this?

With regard to Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, we raise concerns regarding her decision to threaten with reprisal the former F.B.I. informant who tried to come forward in 2016 with insight into the Uranium One deal. He (the F.B.I. informant) testified in front of the Congress in the committees that he was threatened by Lynch’s Justice Department. We think that’s a serious issue and we think it deserves further investigation.

With regard to Former Acting Director of the F.B.I. Andrew McCabe, if they’re going to go after people like (Lieutenant General) Michael Flynn for a false statement to the F.B.I. on really a tangential fact that wasn’t material to any criminal offenses, but yet you have the deputy director (Andrew McCabe)…Remember, he initiated the investigation of Michael Flynn. You have the deputy director (Andrew McCabe) lying under oath…Is there going to be a similar case brought against him or do we have two different sets of rules for people?

With regard to top counterintelligence F.B.I. agent, Peter Strzok, and senior F.B.I. lawyer Lisa Page, if you look at those text messages, it raises a lot of alarming things, one of which is obstruction of a congressional investigation. He said, well we don’t want to provide all the 302s (summaries of interviews of subjects of an investigation), that’ll be explosive to Congress. So, they (Peter Strzok and Lisa Page) are going back and forth acknowledging that they’re not fully complying with Congress. So, we need to look at that and obviously a host of other issues that came out of these text messages.

FBI-DOJ Secret Society?

John R. Houk

© January 23, 2018

Ok, it’s time for more discussion on revealed information that FAKE NEWS loves to ignore or twist.

Married to other spouses love birds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page who are obvious conspirators against President Trump and attempted to everything in their power to insure a Crooked Hillary election victory in November 2016, have been caught with their pants down – so to speak.

Their FBI text messages before the 2016 election and afterwards by the love birds expose a Deep State collusion between the FBI and DOJ in anti-Trump motives and moves.

AND CHECK IT OUT! The revealed text messages are incriminating enough, BUT – shades of Lois Lerner50,000 text messages between the love birds have mysteriously disappeared from the most technological law enforcement agency in the world; i.e. the FBI! HMMM… Can you say COVER-UP!?

AND along with missing texts and – GASP! – five months of lost digital correspondence, Strzok-Page messaging has revealed their exists after Trump’s election a FBI-DOJ Secret Society.

Could this “Secret Society” be responsible for missing probably incriminating evidence of criminal FBI-DOJ messaging up to and including treason?

As the Dems undoubtedly will point out, without the evidence criminality can’t be proven. The Dems then would say something like, “Nothing to see here – just move on and forget about it.”

BUT Conservatives and the non-Establishment GOP must dig in their heels and toss aside obstructionists in government (law enforcement and elected officials) by any legal means necessary. Executive Branch obstructionists need to be fired – forget about the Dem lies of cover-up. It is obvious the largest cover-up is among Dems and their stealth bureaucracy in the Executive Branch held over from treasonous Obama. Also, legal investigative procedures against Obstructionist Dems and Establishment Republicans.

Well, those are my thoughts. Below is a number of sources that inspired my lack of faith in a government hampered by Deep State/Secret Society unconstitutional activity against a duly elected President of the United States – Donald J. Trump.

FBI’s Strzok and Page spoke of ‘secret society’ after Trump election, lawmakers say

By Adam Shaw

January 23, 2018

Fox News

Two top FBI officials under fire for exchanging anti-Trump text messages during the 2016 election spoke of a “secret society” the day after President Trump’s victory, according to two lawmakers with knowledge of the messages.

Peter Strzok — a top counterintelligence official involved in both the Hillary Clinton email probe and FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe — exchanged more than 50,000 messages with senior FBI lawyer Lisa Page, with whom he was romantically involved.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, said Monday that among the messages the pair exchanged are references to a “secret society” within the Department of Justice and the FBI.

“We learned today about information that in the immediate aftermath of [Trump’s] election, that there may have been a secret society of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI — to include Page and Strzok — that would be working against him,” Ratcliffe said Monday on Fox News’ “The Story with Martha MacCallum.”

“I’m not saying that actually happened, but when folks speak in those terms, they need to come forward to explain the context with which they used those terms,” he added.

Gowdy said the “secret society” reference occurred the day after Trump won the presidential election in November 2016.

“There’s a text exchange between these two FBI agents, these two supposed to be objective fact-centric FBI agents, saying that perhaps this is the first meeting of the ‘secret society,’” Gowdy said.

“So of course I’m going to want to know what secret society you’re talking about because you’re supposed to be investigating objectively the person who just won the Electoral College; so yeah I’m going to want to know,” he said.

MORE THAN 50,000 TEXTS EXCHANGED BETWEEN FBI OFFICIALS STRZOK AND PAGE, SESSIONS SAYS

It isn’t the first time the messages have raised questions about what may have been going on at the FBI. In one previously released message, Strzok appeared to make reference to an “insurance policy” against a Trump win.

‘So of course I’m going to want to know what secret society you’re talking about because you’re supposed to be investigating objectively the person who just won the Electoral College, so yeah I’m going to want to know.’ – Rep. Trey Gowdy

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40…” he wrote.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Strzok claims the message was addressing a colleague who felt the FBI could take its time with allegations of Trump/Russia collusion because Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton was thought certain to win.

“Andy,” meanwhile, may have been a reference to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who is at the center of new tensions with the Trump administration.

Axios reported late Monday that Attorney General Jeff Sessions, urged by President Trump, has been pressuring FBI Director Christopher Wray to fire McCabe.

The outlet reported that Wray threatened to resign if McCabe was fired. White House Counsel Don McGahn reportedly told Sessions that McCabe wasn’t worth losing the FBI director over and risking another media firestorm like when Trump axed former director James Comey last year.

The developments come as the DOJ announced that the FBI “failed to preserve” five months of texts between Strzok and Page.

“We will leave no stone unturned to confirm with certainty why these text messages are not now available to be produced and will use every technology available to determine whether the missing messages are recoverable from another source,” Sessions said in a statement provided to Fox News. “If we are successful, we will update the congressional committees immediately.”

The missing messages from Strzok and Page span a crucial window, between the presidential transition and the launch of Mueller’s Russia probe. Strzok was removed from the probe by Mueller after he learned of the messages.

On Tuesday, President Trump described the missing messages as “one of the biggest stories in a long time.”

BREAKING: New Texts From Anti-Trump FBI Agents Mention A ‘SECRET SOCIETY’

“What ‘secret society’ are you talking about?”

By RYAN SAAVEDRA

January 22, 2018

Daily Wire

New text messages from anti-Trump FBI agents reviewed by investigators reportedly make reference to a “secret society,” in what could be the nail in the coffin for special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

Investigators have reviewed 50,000 text messages on FBI servers looking for all exchanges between anti-Trump FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page during the 2016 election, Fox News reported. The revelation comes as investigators are seeking the whereabouts of approximately five months’ worth of text messages between Page and Strzok.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy told Fox News on Monday that one of the newly-revealed text messages spoke of a “secret society.”

“The day after the election, the day after what they really, really didn’t want to have happen, there’s a text exchange between [Strzok and Page] … saying, ‘Perhaps this is the first meeting of the secret society,'” Gowdy said. “So, of course I’m going to want to know: What ‘secret society’ are you talking about?”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice is doing everything in its power to retrieve the missing text messages and to get to the bottom of what happened.

“We will leave no stone unturned to confirm with certainty why these text messages are not now available to be produced and will use every technology available to determine whether the missing messages are recoverable from another source,” Sessions told Fox News. “If we are successful, we will update the congressional committees immediately.”

“After reviewing the voluminous records on the FBI’s servers, which included over 50,000 texts, the Inspector General discovered the FBI’s system failed to retain text messages for approximately 5 months between December 14, 2017 to May 17, 2017,” Sessions continued. Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel in the Russia investigation on May 17.

Former Chief Asst. U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy noted that Sessions was not clear on whether the 50,000 text messages were all between Strozk [sic] and Page.

One of the most shocking text messages revealed thus far was from Strzok to Page and mentioned an “insurance policy” in case Trump won:

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in [deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe’s] office that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40…”

Regarding the “insurance policy” text message, The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro wrote: “This looks an awful lot like motivation for launching an investigation into Trump in order to sink Trump as a hedge against Trump’s victory. The FBI’s investigation into Russian governmental interference in the election began in July 2016, just weeks before Strzok’s text message. And that means that there is now more of a smoking gun of FBI corruption against Trump than there is of Trump colluding with Russia.”

GOP lawmakers raise concerns over ‘secret society’ in FBI agents’ texts

By OLIVIA BEAVERS

01/22/18 10:57 PM EST

The Hill

House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) on Monday raised concerns that the two FBI agents who privately exchanged text messages disparaging President Trump mentioned a “secret society” shortly after the Republican candidate won the election.

Gowdy joins a chorus of Republicans who are upset over texts between FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, with some claiming they serve as proof of the bureau’s bias against Trump in the probes into Russian election meddling, as well as into Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server while secretary of State.

Strzok, who spoke in openly derisive terms about Trump, served on both investigations before being removed from the Russia probe by special counsel Robert Mueller.

“The day after the election … there is a text exchange between these two FBI agents, these supposed to be fact-centric FBI agents saying, ‘Perhaps this is the first meeting of the secret society,'” Gowdy said on Fox News’s “The Story with Martha MacCallum.”

“So I’m going to want to know what secret society you are talking about, because you’re supposed to be investigating objectively the person who just won the Electoral College,” he continued.

Gowdy also pointing to his concern about their mention of an “insurance policy” in their back-and-forth during the spring of 2016, a remark that has captured Republicans’ attention.

Mueller removed the agents from his team after news of their critical messages surfaced, but Republicans continue to argue the agents reveal a prejudice against Trump within the FBI.

Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas), a House Judiciary Committee member, also indicated that the existence of a secret society within the government raises red flags that top officials were working against Trump.

“We learned today about information that in the immediate aftermath of his election, there may have been a ‘secret society’ of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI, to include Page and Strzok, working against him. I’m not saying that actually happened, but when folks speak in those terms, they need to come forward to explain the context,” Ratcliffe said on Fox with Gowdy by his side.

The Texas lawmaker said he is not bothered that Strzok and Page had an “intense anti-Trump bias,” as long as they put their personal feelings aside and performed properly and fairly in their job.

The FBI told lawmakers in a letter over the weekend that the bureau did not have a record of messages exchanged over a roughly five-month period between Strzok and Page, citing problems with the bureau’s issued mobile phones.

The announcement further fueled the scrutiny of Republicans, who are calling for efforts to track down the missing messages.

Ratcliffe indicated that their disappearance appears suspicious.

“It is possible these text messages that are missing, perhaps they really were lost. Perhaps it is another strange coincidence,” Ratcliffe said, adding that it “is harder and harder for us to explain one strange coincidence after another.”

Republicans have also sought to draw attention to the text messages as a sign that the investigation is politically motivated against the president, while Democrats accuse their colleagues of attempting to undermine the Russia probe, which is looking into possible ties between Trump campaign aides and Russia.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Monday announced the Justice Department will investigate the missing text messages, a decision that comes after he faced pressure from the White House and GOP lawmakers to look into the matter.

“We will leave no stone unturned to confirm with certainty why these text messages are not now available to be produced and will use every technology available to determine whether the missing messages are recoverable from another source,” Sessions said in a statement.

The president and his allies have described Mueller’s Russia investigation as a “witch hunt.”

2 Perspectives of Ongoing Deep State Coup

John R. Houk, Editor

It is looking more and more Dem conspirators in the FBI and DOJ tried to fix the November 2016 election to Crooked Hillary’s favor. AND barring the failure of a Crooked Hillary election, then the conspiracy appeared intending to take out President Trump with fake evidence.

Here are two perspectives on Deep State intentions that essentially overthrows the U.S. Constitution with behind the scenes criminal-political coup d’état behavior.

DEEP STATE DOSSIER DISINFORMATION

Establishment media ignore the real sources of the Russia investigation.

By Lloyd Billingsley

January 2, 2018

FrontPageMag.com

Mueller Deep State

George Papadopoulos was the “improbable match that set off a blaze that has consumed the first year of the Trump administration.” Like the Trump campaign itself, advisor Papadopoulos “proved to be a tantalizing target for a Russian influence operation.”

Thus opens a 2500-plus-word December 30 New York Times piece headlined “How the Russia Inquiry Began: A Campaign Aide, Drinks and Talk of Political Dirt,” by Sharon LaFraniere, Mark Mazetti and Matt Apuzzo, with reporting by Adam Goldman, Eileen Sullivan and Matthew Rosenberg. The multiple authorship betokens serious investigation but this piece shapes up as dezinformatsiya and the Times gives it away in the early going.

“It was not, as Mr. Trump and other politicians have alleged, a dossier compiled by a former British spy hired by a rival campaign,” that started the investigation, and there is some truth to that. The dossier, one of the dirtiest tricks political tricks in US history, was only part of a plan revealed by FBI counterintelligence boss Peter Strzok in the office of FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. As a Strzok email explained: “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40. . .”

Like FBI boss James Comey, Strzok was a partisan of Hillary Clinton, the likely reason he got the job of spearheading the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails. It was Strzok who changed “gross negligence” to “extremely careless,” freeing the Democrat from the prospect of criminal charges. As David Horowitz said, it was the greatest political fix in American history.

Donald Trump went on to win the White House but for Democrat “progressives,” that meant that Trump and Putin must have teamed up to steal the election from Hillary. That is the real source of the Russia investigation, sanctified in December 2016 by Senators Chuck Schumer, John McCain, Lindsey Graham and Jack Reed. None was a fan of Trump and it recently emerged that McCain associate David Kramer, formerly with the State Department, met with dossier co-author Christopher Steele. The New York Times piece fails to mention Mr. Kramer and remains reluctant to follow the money, supposedly the first rule of investigative reporting.

The Clintons are not exactly short on cash and FBI deputy director “Andy” McCabe got some $500,000 from the Clintons for his wife’s political campaign. The establishment media are not curious whether Peter Strzok got a piece of the action, and if so how much. The Clinton’s faithful Odd Job would not be the first FBI man to grab the gold from under the table.

The FBI’s Robert Hanssen gave thousands of pages of classified material to the KGB and its Russian successor agency the SVR.  In return, the Russians gave him $600,000 in cash and diamonds, plus another $800,000 in a Russian bank. The FBI’s Richard Miller engaged in an affair with Svetlana Ogorodnikova and gave the Russian an FBI counterintelligence manual in exchange for sexual favors, $15,000 in cash and $50,000 in gold. FBI agent Earl Pitts gave KGB agent Aleksandr Karpov classified information and unmasked an FBI agent working in counterintelligence. The KGB and its Russian SVR successor paid Pitts $224,000.

Strzok works counterintelligence but on his watch Pakistani-born Iman Awan enjoyed access to the computers of the House Intelligence Committee and the Democrats’ favorite IT man performed his IT work from Pakistan for several months a year. If Peter Strzok knew about Awan’s illicit data-mining operation it seems clear he did nothing to stop it. On the other hand, POTUS 44 had commanded the FBI to look the other way when Muslims were involved, and the Bureau, which wields a budget approaching $9 billion, duly followed orders.

In the office of Andy McCabe, Peter Strzok discussed the “insurance policy” with his consensual flame Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer and Clinton devotee. When that emerged, new FBI boss Christopher Wray did not fire Strzok and take his gun and badge. Instead Wray stashed Strzok in human resources, where he will still command access to FBI records.

After all this, and a lot more, the New York Times opts to point the finger at George Papadopoulos. The establishment media prefer to claim that the FBI’s Clinton fan club and the bogus dossier had nothing to do with the Russia investigation.

Did the FBI perchance deploy the dossier to secure a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign? Russophile Nellie Ohr, wife of demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr, duly hired on at Fusion GPS. What was Nellie’s role in the dossier?  Who paid for the dossier? Congress has been trying to get answers but the FBI has been stonewalling. What are they trying to hide?

Devin Nunes, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, wants the DOJ and FBI to hand over all documents related to the dossier on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. The committee also seeks to interview Ohr, Strzok, FBI attorneys James Baker, Lisa Page, and Sally Moyer and FBI assistant congressional affairs boss Greg Brower.

If the FBI and DOJ fail to comply in full, that will certify their partisan corruption, the larger back story of the Russia investigation. All testimony should be public so the people can watch on C-SPAN and avoid the deep-state disinformation of the old-line establishment media.

TABLES TURN: NOW FBI PROBED FOR ELECTION INTERFERENCE

House Intel Committee investigates plot to stop Trump

January 1, 2018

WND

President Donald Trump

WASHINGTON – What began as an investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election has now become a probe into how federal law enforcement conspired to stop Donald Trump from becoming president.

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence has expanded its investigation that began with claims of Russian collusion and a fraudulent memo paid for by Trump opponents to one that focuses on members of federal law enforcement – both in the U.S. Justice Department and the FBI – and how they actively worked against the Trump campaign and the eventual Trump presidency.

In a startling turnabout, committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., is accusing the Justice Department and the FBI of misleading him in “a pattern of behavior that can no longer be tolerated.” He charges that Justice claimed it possesses no documents related to the infamous Trump dossier, then, under pressure, produced “numerous” such papers.

U.S. Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif.

U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., is already opposing the move, even though he and other Democrats have conceded recently that finding a Russia-Trump conspiracy has produced no real evidence.

Nunes has put in place what amounts to a separate investigation of the FBI and the Justice Department hierarchy.

According to reports, the major components are:

  • Fusion GPS, the opposition research company that prepared the bogus Trump-Russia dossier with money from Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

  • How the FBI allowed that dossier to fuel investigations since July 2016.

  • Investigative bias that has been discovered regarding several key investigators.

A key subpoenaed witness is David Kramer, an associate of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. Kramer is one of the few people known to have possessed a hard copy of the dossier. McCain asked Kramer to represent him at a Nov. 28, 2016, meeting with Christopher Steele in Surrey, England. Steele compiled the 35 pages of memos making up the dossier based on his paid Kremlin sources.

Kramer then obtained a copy of the dossier from Fusion GPS and McCain hand-delivered a copy to then-FBI director James B. Comey in December 2016.

Thank President Trump for all his accomplishments during his first year in office. Send him a FREE card of your choice. Go to ThankTrump.us

According to an interview in Mother Jones magazine, Steele said he supplied his memos accusing Trump of a Russia conspiracy to the FBI in “early July” 2016. Comey has testified he began the counterintelligence investigation in “late July.” The memos accused the Trump team of a conspiracy with the Kremlin to damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Nunes wants more information on how the bureau used the document to investigate Trump people. He has been unsuccessfully trying to gain access to FBI documents.

In a Dec. 28 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Nunes said the Department of Justice at first said dossier-related FBI interview summaries, known as 302s, “did not exist.” Weeks later, under an Aug. 24 subpoena, DOJ suddenly located “numerous FD-302s pertaining to the Steele dossier, thereby rendering the initial response disingenuous at best,” the House intel committee chief wrote.

Based on the record of stonewalling, Nunes said the committee no longer can accept Justice’s position that it cannot turn over other official investigative forms, called 1032s. They document meetings between the FBI and confidential human sources.

He gave the Justice Department until Wednesday to comply with his requests.

“Unfortunately, DOJ/FBI’s intransigence with respect to the August 24 subpoenas is part of a broader pattern of behavior that can no longer be tolerated,” Nunes wrote. “At this point, it seems the DOJ and FBI need to be investigating themselves.”
