America’s New Realm of Tyranny

When Republicans controlled both Houses of Congress and the White House, Conservatives often reminded Dems and their comrades, “Elections have consequences.” Dem-Marxists evidently heeded that maxim. The Communists altered the maxim that can now be read, “Criminally fixing elections only has consequences for the losers not bright enough to resist lawlessness.” Justin Smith presents his case below.

America’s New Realm of Tyranny

Conservative Americans Are Obliged to Abandon Biden – Dictator Joe’s Never-Ending Seizure of Power

By Justin O. Smith

Sent  1/27/2021 8:44 PM

Elections do have consequences. And allowing the Democratic Party Communists to steal and election and get away clean, without any severe punishment has consequences, just as all America is fixin’ to find out.

Dictator Joe Biden and his Communist Overlords, aided by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her Squad and Susan Rice and others, are moving America down the dark corridors of fascism into a new realm of tyranny, never before seen in our country. There are not any segments of society or government where these Communists of the Democratic Party are working for the betterment of Americans or advancing the cause of true Liberty; and, in fact, they are doing the exact opposite, taking America into a terrible point in history at an accelerated rate, under an empowered and unhinged Far Left that must be stopped and destroyed.

Everything Democrats support and advocate are based in fallacies and purposeful outright lies, and everything they currently are attempting to implement is the antithesis of every good and decent thing that made America the beacon of liberty for the world.

A short four months ago, this same dictator wannabe told ABC that only a dictator relies on executive orders, telling host George Stephanopoulos:

“I have this strange notion. We are a democracy. Some of my Republican friends and some of my Democratic friends even occasionally say, ‘Well, if you can’t get the votes (use an) executive order … (for) Things you can’t do by executive order unless you’re a dictator. We’re a democracy. We need consensus.”

Having full control of the reins of power, Dictator Joe has signed over thirty Executive Orders in his first week, and one of with several aimed at his new directive to make climate change the new security focus of America, along with white supremacists, domestic terrorists and insurrectionists. He also unilaterally reinstated the Paris Accord and ended the Keystone Pipeline, in a way that has already cost thousands of jobs for U.S. citizens and ensures the United States’ sovereignty and economy are weakened and China is strengthened in the process. At a time of great economic strain, these will only bring further destruction of our economy and hurt all Americans; but this is what Joe and his Commie cohorts need, if they are to drive Americans into the waiting arms of a Communist regime.

And naturally, what would a Communist inspired Democratic Party administration be without an EO on “Racial Equity”, such as the one Biden just signed, since America is a country rife with prejudice and racist views on Her people of color, according to Biden.

Not one single person, regardless of what any government does, can be made equal to others by taking from the majority to give to the minority. Look across the span of the races and one will find Blacks, Whites, Asians, Hispanics and Indians who are dumb as a rock, simply because they do not have the capacity to learn, due to low I.Qs, and likewise, one will find brilliance that spans the races, such as exhibited by the likes of Shelby Steele [Amazingly fair bio at Left-oriented Wikipedia & Hoover Institution profile] and Paul Harvey, and genders too; just look at Oriana Fallaci.

Equity and equality are not the same thing. In the minds and plans of Biden, the Squad and the Communist Overlords, equity isn’t equal access for all people and all races to opportunity and protection before the law. They intend to redistribute the benefits of social programs and economic goods in accordance with subjective assessments — read “their feelings” — regarding immutable privileges and disadvantages associated with entire demographics.

This push for “equity” is just one more malignant evil machination designed to redistribute the wealth of the nation, ala Marx-style, with the same miserable failed results as witnessed throughout history, that leave those it purports to help still standing in their ignorance and squalor while the nation has been further fleeced and conned and further impoverished.

White Americans are being presumed and alleged to be racist on the whole, when nothing could be further from the truth, as seen in today’s society, after so many White people, especially 1950s Republicans, have fought long and hard for the rights of Black people and all people to be secured by law. However, the radicalized Communist segments of America’s Black population and the Democratic Party are wielding this accusation in order to wield greater power against White Conservatives and Republicans, in order to further consolidate their power and stigmatize all Whites who stand outside the Democratic Party banner.

Dictator Joe’s deceptively cries out for all Americans to join his administration in “unity”, but it’s only an imposed unity, whereby those who agree with him are already on board and those opposed to him are demanded to climb aboard. It’s a unity that attempts to force his immoral views on all America, through an authoritarian regime moving to micromanage every aspect of our lives, as Biden tells America in disingenuous fashion:

“We can right wrongs. We can put people to work in good jobs. (even as he destroys thousands of jobs) We can teach our children in safe schools … we can reward work, rebuild the middle class … We can deliver racial justice . We can make America, once again, the leading force for good in the world.”

Just who in the hell would ever look to this immoral horse’s ass to define right and wrong, or decide how to create any job or “rebuild the middle class”, when he has been a part of the problem for his entire adult life, advocating flawed and failed policies at every turn in the road?

All America should also be made aware of the fact that the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021 was introduced by a large group of Democrat legislators on January 19th, which is basically the same bill introduced in 2017, aimed at “domestic terrorists” and “White Supremacists” and advocated by Representative Jerry Nadler and Senator Dick Durbin, as they scream their heads off about the “terrifying attack on the Capitol”, the false flag necessary to ensure this bill’s passage. Along with the presstitutes of the Leftist Mainstream Media, these poltroons and quislings to America fail to make any mention of the Black Lives Matter professional provocateurs and agitators in the forefront of many photos taken on January 6th at the Capitol, and many in the public are already wise to their game.

Even Tulsi Gabbard, a Democratic Party leader, former Representative and Presidential Candidate, has voiced concerns over this Administration’s moves in this area, since Biden is fully supporting this legislation, as she suggests this is a move to undermine civil liberties for a targeted population. Tulsi recently noted in extremely pointed remarks:

“When you have people like former CIA Director John Brennan openly talking about how he’s spoken with or heard from appointees and nominees in the Biden administration who are already starting to look across our country for these types of movements … he says make up this unholy alliance of religious extremists, racists, bigots, he lists a few others and at the end, even libertarians … [as she posed the following questions too] … what are we talking about? Religious extremists, are we talking about Christians, evangelical Christians? What is a religious extremist? Is it somebody who is pro-life? Where do you take this?”

Ms. Gabbard further observed:

(This legislation could create) “a very dangerous undermining of our civil liberties, our freedoms in our Constitution and a targeting of almost half of the country. … You start looking at obviously, have to be a white person, obviously likely male, libertarians, anyone who loves freedom, liberty, maybe has an American flag outside their house, or people who, you know, attend a Trump rally.”

Some of the usual anti-American resident tormentors of and enemies of Liberty are also supporting this ignoble bill, namely: The Arab American Institute, Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism, Muslim Advocates, The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights (what a joke), NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the Southern Poverty Law Center, Unidos and others.

But how quickly the Democrats dismiss all the violence they have perpetrated and condoned, from 2014 to the present, whether in Ferguson, Baltimore or DC itself, during the 2017 Inauguration, They refuse to acknowledge that BLM rioters burned a Church near the White House last year and threatened to enter the White House, and they have a convenient amnesia concerning the fact, that for over a hundred days and throughout this past summer — “the Summer of Love” — American cities were destroyed by their fascist Brown Shirts of BLM and Antifa, with hundreds of policemen injured and over $2 billion in damages inflicted, that left thousands of businesses destroyed and many Americans in the grave.

In ‘River of Forgetfulness’, Victor [Davis] Hanson writes:

“We are to forget all that because destroying the downtowns of major cities (mere ‘brick and mortar’) was then accepted tit-for-tat social justice. It was certainly not sedition, insurrection, and treason to torch a federal courthouse or incinerate police precincts with all their occupants inside. Slinging around an illegal ‘assault weapon,’ if you were Seattle rapper Raz Simone, was almost cool and neat, even if four people were shot, and two killed in his ‘autonomous zone’.”

Part and parcel of this Leftist takeover of America, members of the U.S. military are currently being forced to take a new loyalty oath, swearing that they do not belong to any “extremist groups”, after Representative Steve Cohen, Commie rat bastard that he is, suggested some White Supremacists might be in the ranks of the National Guard at the 2021 Inauguration. The definition of “extremist” will soon expand to cover anyone who is not explicitly “woke” and aligned and fully supporting the Marxist/ Maoist Cancel Culture. Any resistance to this move to the Far Left will be regarded as sedition, insurrection and treason.

And now, even though the initial propaganda show (the false flag) is over, America sees some 25,000 plus U.S. soldiers still holding the streets around the Capitol as a supposed new “threat assessment” from the Department of Homeland Security suggests a possible threat from “right-wing extremists” exists through April. Perhaps this is good public relations imagery to ensure that the First Amendment is criminalized and their domestic terrorism bill passes, after the January 6th U.S. Capitol “Reichstag Riot” left D.C. under de fact martial law and military occupation. And, as this leads to more draconian crackdowns against Conservative America and those who love and defend Freedom and Liberty, this societal death spiral will continue accelerating at lightspeed.

The Biden-Harris administration and its Communist Overlords have no autocorrect, no safety mechanisms in place, as we see them reopen the insane paths of a Leftist agenda that welcomes transsexuals into the military and biological boys back into girls’ sports and girls’ locker rooms. It’s the same sort of insanity exhibited in past years from the Paris Commune to the Bolshevik Revolution and throughout the horrors of 20th Century Communism, that has proven time and again, the Communists and/ or Biden’s Democratic Party and the Squad, left unchecked, will drive at full speed straight off the cliff of civilized norms of behavior into totalitarian systems of Gulags, forced starvations and killing fields.

It’s an unbelievable thing for any American to watch one’s country go down in flames, due to a diabolical Democratic Party betrayal and a Color Revolution implemented with foreign globalists’ help and Soros financing, in a mammoth historic tragedy. Even with the knowledge that it’s happened in other countries around the world, no one ever imagined that it could happen in America, and, in fact, most Americans who actually voted for Biden do not have any idea that it has happened here.

The people behind the seizure of power in America, the Establishment Deep State agents and their Communist Overlords are engaged in a never-ending seizure of ever more power and the infliction of even greater punishment, as they engage in a war against all people, who oppose them, especially Conservative and Christian Americans, without imaginable end. This is not quite the outcome expected by Wall Street and many bureaucrats, or any senior professor still holding some modicum of common sense, but it is demanded by the identity politics and the crazed Leftists who wield the intersectional passions that put Biden and the Commie Squad and the Communist oligarchy in power.

Reveling in their new, raw power, with their tyrannical intentions revealed and exposed, they have moved to relegate Conservative America onto the servile sidelines of society, as second-class citizens, as the members of The-Powers-That-Be draw a clear, sharp line between themselves and Americans who stand for the Founding, American traditions and principles and Freedom and Liberty. They’ve made it especially clear that there really isn’t going to be any place for Conservative America in the institutions of government, and as such, Conservative America is freed of any moral obligations toward them. By treating us as the enemy, they have proven what we already knew; they have always been the Enemy From Within, and we — the Conservative, Christian Americans — are obliged to abandon them and seek our own way, in the defense of Freedom and Liberty, in every manner available to us, whenever and wherever we are threatened and put upon and suppressed in any immoral manner.

Donald Trump and Religious Liberty

By Mark David Hall

January 20, 2020

The Imaginative Conservative

Many of America’s founders defended religious liberty, believing it grounded on the duty men and women have to worship their Creator. As late as the 1990s, Democrats and Republicans were able to work together to protect that liberty, but unfortunately, the political left has begun to abandon religious freedom.

Government and Liberty The featured image is a study for a mosaic in the Wisconsin State Capital, “Government and Liberty” (c. 1912), by Kenyon Cox (1856-1919), courtesy of Wikimedia Commons.

As the 2020 presidential campaign heats up, conservatives would do well to reflect on two important speeches made last fall that were virtually ignored by the media. In September, President Trump gave an excellent address at the United Nations where he made it clear that religious freedom is not just an American constitutional right, it is a God-given right that should be respected across the globe. A month later, Attorney General William Barr made virtually the same argument in a speech at the University of Notre Dame.

As late as the 1990s, Democrats and Republicans were able to work together to protect religious liberty. Most notably, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 passed in the House without a dissenting vote, was approved 97 to 3 by the Senate, and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton.

Unfortunately, the political left has begun to abandon religious freedom. The Obama Administration showed little concern for religious liberty when it required businesses to provide contraceptives and abortifacients to employees, even when business owners had religious convictions against doing so. It also offered a rare challenge to the doctrine of ministerial exception, a legal protection which holds that religious groups should be free to choose, in the words of Chief Justice John Roberts, “who will preach their beliefs, teach their faith, and carry out their mission.”

Not to be outdone, then-presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke announced in October that churches that hold disfavored views on same-sex marriage should lose their tax-exempt status. He apparently views this important religious liberty protection as a “reward” that can be withdrawn when the government disagrees with the theology of a church, mosque, or synagogue.

In the academy, Professors Marci Hamilton, Brian Leiter, Richard Schragger, John Corvino, Micah Schwartzman, and others have made well-publicized arguments criticizing religious liberty. These scholars have penned multiple works with titles such as Why Tolerate Religion? and “What if Religion Is Not Special?”

In his United Nations speech advocating religious liberty, President Trump made it clear that religion is, in fact, special. He observed:

The United States is founded on the principle that our rights do not come from government; they come from God. This immortal truth is proclaimed in our Declaration of Independence and enshrined in the First Amendment to our Constitution’s Bill of Rights. Our Founders understood that no right is more fundamental to a peaceful, prosperous, and virtuous society than the right to follow one’s religious convictions.

He is absolutely correct. As I argue in my recently published book Did America Have a Christian Founding?, Americans embraced a robust view of religious liberty precisely because they believed that it was a God-given right. Colonial leaders such as Roger Williams, William Penn, Elisha Williams, Samuel Davies, Isaac Backus, and John Leland regularly made biblical and theological arguments to support this freedom. So did the civic leaders who crafted our constitutional republic.

Many founders believed that religious liberty is grounded on the duty men and women have to worship their Creator. A fine example of this is George Mason’s 1776 draft of Article XVI of Virginia’s Declaration of Rights:

That as religion, or the duty which we owe to our divine and omnipotent Creator, and the manner of discharging it, can be governed only by reason and conviction, not by force or violence; and therefore that all men should enjoy the fullest toleration in the exercise of religion, according to the dictates of conscience, unpunished and unrestrained by the magistrate [emphasis added].

Mason’s draft of Article XVI was reprinted throughout the states and had an important impact on subsequent state constitutions and the national Bill of Rights. But it was not the draft that became law. James Madison, in his first significant public act, didn’t deny that individuals have a duty to worship God, but he objected to the use of “toleration” because it implies that religious liberty is a grant from the state that could be revoked.

The Virginia Convention agreed with Madison and amended Article XVI to make it clear that “the free exercise of religion” is a right, not a privilege given by the state. Like Virginia, the Massachusetts Constitution of 1780, which was largely drafted by John Adams, grounds religious freedom in the “duty of all men in society, publicly and at stated seasons, to worship the Supreme Being, the great Creator and Preserver of the universe.”

President Washington agreed with Madison that it was far too late in the day to speak of religious “toleration.” In his wonderful 1790 letter to the “Hebrew Congregation” in Newport, Rhode Island, he noted that all citizens

possess alike liberty and conscience and immunities of citizenship. It is now no more that toleration is spoken of, as if it was by the indulgence of one class of people, that another enjoyed the exercise of their inherent natural rights. For happily the Government of the United States, which gives to bigotry no sanction, to persecution no assistance requires only that they who live under its protection should demean themselves as good citizens, in giving it on all occasions their effectual support.

Like Mason, Madison, Adams, and Washington, President Trump and Attorney General Barr recognize that religious liberty is a God-given freedom that must be robustly protected, both in America and throughout the world. As we contemplate who we should vote for in November, we should remember which political party is most committed to protecting what many founders called “the sacred right of conscience.”

Does American Deism Negate a Christian Heritage?

Comment dialogue between myself and Matthew Jeffero on the Facebook Group REPUBLICANS – CONSERVATIVES -TEA PARTY PATRIOTS- RIGHT WING AMERICANS to the SlantRight 2.0 post “Judeo-Christian Values are in U.S. Constitution”.

My central contention is even if the majority of the Founding Fathers were more Deist than Christian, American Deists swung toward Christian principles and Christian Morality as central to Constitutional governing. The Founding Fathers that were Deists were Critical of Christianity, yet they criticized as unbelievable the supernatural acts recorded in the Bible and NOT the standard of Moral living life in the Bible. Deist Christians felt the Catholic and Protestant Clergy had a history of hypocritical manipulation of the Christian laity which led to internecine wars between Christians when Christian principles would have solved or assuage conflict.

James Madison known as the Founder of the Constitution

Sustain Govt by 10 Commandments - J. Madison

As a Deist Madison was critical of Christianity being a part of the Federal government his quote in the picture demonstrates Christian Morality should be promoted.

The original post on SlantRight 2.0 was a Google+ dialogue between myself and Sifu about the God of Christianity being an influence on America’s Founding Fathers. Matthew’s stickling point is that the Founding Fathers were preeminently Deists hence it would be hogwash to believe America has Christian roots.

Matthew gets a little scruffy with me about his concept of Deism as opposed to my thoughts which claim American Deists (in the majority) were quite different than the European Deism influenced by the French Revolution. I contend that even if the majority of the Founding Fathers were Deists their mindset was still one that Christian morality and ethics is the foundation for good governance. Thus I answered Matthew’s snarky question, “Do I need to post a link of the definition of the word? Geez man, read a book,” with a lot of quotes from those who examine Christian/American Deism vs. French/European Deism.

Matthew Jeffero If you looked at most of the founding fathers they were deist. Pesty (I suspect Matthew means “pesky”) facts, kind of gets in the way. March 21 at 11:11am

John Houk Actually Matthew Most of the Founding Fathers were Christian Deists. Meaning they believed that Christian Morality makes for good government. This is unlike French influenced European Deists that tended more toward libertine atheism and an unnatural hatred for the Christian paradigm in any fashion. Those are the pesky facts. Reputed as a Deist Benjamin Franklin still believed the Moral system and the Faith of Christianity was the best the World had ever seen; thus it is the morality of Christianity that makes good people.

Matthew Jeffero Do you know deism is. Do I need to post a link of the definition of the word? Geez man, read a book. March 21 at 2:39pm

John Houk Okay Matthew here is something to read:

Two Paths for Deism:

What few people know is there are two deisms, the atheistic and religiously hostile deism of the French Revolution, and the more amicable deism of America and England. They posit two differing worldviews on issues of liberty and tolerance. English Deism and Freemasonry became the foundation of the American Revolution while the Enlightenment French Humanism became the basis of the bloody French Revolution and later Marxism and its offshoots.

What is called radical deism today is better called deistic Humanism. This is a philosophy, not a religion. We find at its head Voltaire, Rousseau, Diderot, the mass murderer Maximilian Robespierre, and the radical Jacobins. The Humanist French Revolution sought to destroy all traditional European institutions including Christianity, seeking to replace this with “enlightened” philosophy and reason as a basis for society. Oh yes, being led by ‘enlightened’ despots.

This radical deism did much to undermine revealed religions such as Christianity. The result has not been ‘enlightenment’ of the masses, but the rise irrationality and secular extremism. …

We can call it what we will be deistic Humanism, French deism, etc. it’s not a religion, but a secular philosophy. Voltaire had replaced the original understanding of God with Aristotle’s Prime Mover, which science has discredited today.

The French Revolution was based on reason alone and led to only bloodshed and tyranny. Reason without an underpinning of God or a higher power leads only to ruin. …

The Five Articles of Classical Deism

In England, Deism was critically concerned with the origins of religion, but positive in moral and religious affirmation. Early English Deists believed that the Bible contained important truths, but they rejected the concept that it was divinely inspired or inerrant. They were leaders in the study of the Bible as a historical (rather than an inspired, revealed) document. Lord Herbert of Cherbury (d. 1648) was one of the earliest proponents of Deism in England. In his book “De Veritate,” (1624), he described the “Five Articles” of English Deists:

[1] belief in the existence of a single supreme God

[2] humanity’s duty is to revere God

[3] linkage of worship with practical morality

[4] God will forgive us if we repent and abandon our sins

[5] good works will be rewarded (and punishment for evil) both in life and after death.

… (Dissecting Deism Past and Present; By Lewis Loflin; Sullivan.County.com)

Christian deism

Christian deism, in the philosophy of religion, is a standpoint that branches from Christianity. It refers to a deist who believes in the moral teachings—but not divinity—of Jesus. Corbett and Corbett (1999) cite John Adams and Thomas Jefferson as exemplars.[1]

It adopts the ethics and non-mystical teachings of Jesus, while denying that Jesus was a deity. Scholars of the founding fathers of the United States “have tended to place the founders’ religion into one of three categories—non-Christian deism, Christian deism, and orthodox Christianity.”[8] John Locke and John Tillotson, especially, inspired Christian deism, through their respective writings.[9] Possibly the most famed person to hold this position was Thomas Jefferson, who praised “nature’s God” in the “Declaration of Independence” (1776) and edited the “Jefferson Bible“—a Bible with all reference to revelations and other miraculous interventions from a deity cut out.

Christian deists see no paradox in adopting the values and ideals espoused by Jesus without believing he was God. Without providing examples or citations, one author maintains, “A number of influential 17th- and 18th-century thinkers claimed for themselves the title of ‘Christian deist’ because they accepted both the Christian religion based on revelation and a deistic religion based on natural reason. This deistic religion was consistent with Christianity but independent of any revealed authority. Christian deists often accepted revelation because it could be made to accord with natural or rational religion.”[11]

An Affront to America

True 5 Pillars of Islam

I usually like to write an intro for guest writers; however Justin does a much job in his email that I am doing the old copy and pasted to use an excerpt of his introductory email. – John R. Houk

… [T]he masses [are] in denial and the media [is] perpetrating fallacies and outright lies.

Recently a Daily News Journal editorial was so outrageous in its suggestion that I couldn’t believe my eyes. They suggested that “the faithful” be more supportive of Muslims and the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro. That’s like asking a rape victim to hold hands with her rapist

I believe that although I specifically address a Tennessee issue, this piece will resonate across America, and many small communities will recognize themselves within this context too; please also note, I do address the national aspect of the problem in limited fashion within paragraphs 5 and 6. An Affront to America

By Justin O. Smith

Sent: 4/9/2014 8:28 PM

On March 30, 2014 the Daily News Journal felt the need to chastise many members of the Murfreesboro community, and they seemed to suggest that Christians and Jews, “the faithful”, should support the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, join hands and sing ‘Kumbaya’, as if in so doing, Islam will reform itself, become America’s friend and stop attacking us. The DNJ editorial board called the challenge to the ICM’s expansion and burial ground “affronts to this community”, and yet, they affront the community themselves by not understanding it is our First Amendment right and our duty to question anything that may harm the U.S. and impede the Constitution; the question is not one of any Muslim’s freedom to worship, but instead, it is a question of the harmful effects of the ideology of Islam and the advocacy of Sharia law for the U.S., that occurs daily within the walls of these mosques.

Under the First Amendment, we certainly have the right to question the lack of common sense in our leaders, as they turn their backs on Christians truly in need of refuge and protection from islamofascists in Islamic nations and they continue to allow Muslim “refugees” into our sovereign territory – our nation – a people and an ideology that does, in fact and from their own words, seek supremacy over all, here in the U.S. and across the globe.

Imam Zaid Shakir is a Council on American Islamic Relations advisor and a regular speaker at CAIR events and the Islamic Center of Nashville. In 2013, Shakir told an audience that under Islamic law “the kafir (infidel) won’t be equal with the Muslim”, and the New York Times quotes him saying that he “still hoped that one day the United States would be a Muslim country ruled by Islamic law.

I pose this question to the editorial board of the Daily News Journal: Do we – the American people, U.S. citizens – [to be denied free speech] or do we not have the right to be vigilant and expose real threats [of] Islam, Sharia law and mosques [that] represent to any community in which they are found? Your editorial suggests not, and that is the real affront to the community.

Currently there are 227 mosques in California alone; 86 in New Jersey; 67 in Pennsylvania and Texas; 66 in Ohio; 57 in Florida and Illinois; 41 in Georgia; 15 in Tennessee and approximately 2000 nationwide. Most of these mosques are funded by Saudi Arabians of the extreme Wahhabist sect of Islam and led by, for lack of a better term, “radical” Egyptian imams/Muslim Brotherhood who are simply following Islam and the words of Mohammed in the strictest sense.

And yes, Muslims do have the right to worship in any manner they choose. They can worship their Three Cranes, the moon, Mohammed, Isa – their false depiction of a Jesus, or Allah. But, they do not have the right to circumvent our laws, create parallel Sharia law courts within our communities and override or supplant every premise and concept of liberty and equality under the supreme law of the land – Our U.S. Constitution – in the name of Islam, as they have already attempted in Michigan, Florida and numerous other states.

Scream as loudly as you wish DNJ editors, as you depict a “peaceful” Murfreesboro mosque and just simply ignore the quiet anger and hatred for the U.S. that simmers just under that quiet calm. Or have you forgotten Nihad Awad and CAIR agents of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group align themselves with this mosque – a mosque that supports Hamas terrorists in Gaza and had the “holy warrior”/jihadist Mosaad Rawash on the board of the ICM?

When it pertains to Islamic terrorism, we only see opposition from the Middle Tennessee Islamic community. Remziya Suleyman, islamofascist apologist and “human rights” (read “Muslim”) activist, often boasts that she organized all the Muslims in Tennessee, in order to beat alleged anti-Sharia legislation; this bill was actually an anti-terrorism/material support bill, so essentially, Suleyman equates bills aimed at terror and terror finance as anti-Sharia.

In 2010 Awadh Binhazim, a Muslim “chaplain” at Vanderbilt University and a director of the Islamic Center of Tennessee said that as a Muslim, he had no choice but to “go with what Islam teaches”, which is homosexuality “is punishable by death”. Whether one accepts the homosexual lifestyle or not, what other faith in the 21st century holds such a backward and inhuman belief? Binhazim also taught alongside Abdulhakim Mohamed, a terrorist sympathizer and supporter of bin-Laden, at the Al Farouq mosque in New York (9/11 Commission Report).

Yasir Qadhi, imam of Al-Maghrib Institute in Memphis – TN, studied under Ali al-Timimi, who was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of encouraging violent jihad against Americans, after 9/11, and Qadhi was on a terror watch list in 2006. In 2003, Timimi stated, “Muslims were overjoyed because of the adversity that befell their greatest enemy” (the U.S.).

Where are the reports from the mainstream media and the Daily News Journal on the hate-filled words of imam Yasir Qadhi and his fellow Muslim Brothers? Their refusal to report such threats is the affront to the community.

In 2013 Qadhi said that he had been “commanded to fight the people” until they testify “there is no god but Allah” (la illaha illa Allah). And he continued, “The life and property of mushrik (one who worships others besides Allah) holds no value in the state of jihad…which means if they don’t testify…(above quote)…”their lives and property are halal – that is, permitted to be taken by Muslims, if you are “a filthy Christian or Jew.”

VIDEO: US Imam preaching theft, rape and murder of Christians and Jews in the US [Direct video link provided by Editor]

The affront is to America and Our American Heritage, because Islam is not just a religion, and the Daily News Journal would have us silenced on the violence, the terror and multiple human rights violations Islam brings with it, such as the institutionalized misogyny depicted in ‘Honor Diaries’. They would silence the fact that most of Islam as it exists today, without reform or apology, is incompatible with a free society. These ignorant (see Webster’s 1:a, DNJ) enablers on the DNJ’s editorial board tear at our vigilance in the name of liberty, as they highlight what Americans are doing to supposedly “repress” the Muslim residents and they accept that Islam has political sovereignty. And yet, these are the same fools who go crazy, when Christians stand in defense of the U.S. Constitution, which was founded upon Judeo-Christian principles; these same Progressive multiculturalist fools refuse to admit that there is a global jihad within Islam__ that it is a political project, an imperial project – in a way that modern Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism and Buddhism are not, and a historically bloodthirsty faith.

David’s Comment to: Disputing Separation Church/State Part 1

G Washington & American Praying, Flag & Under God

Thank you David for your glowing comment to Part One. The only thing I might disagree with is the statement:

First Amendment. Second, and an important point — the Bill of Rights — only amplify the Constitution, those ten Amendments do not alter it.

For the most part the statement is true; however the word “Amendment” does entail amending something that is there. Frankly I am not a Constitutional expert. I can’t vouch that the Bill of Rights amplifies or amends any part of the Constitution document. I am guessing though if I pursued the point I could find something that amends to go along with the amplification.

At any rate Dougindeap also commented on Part One which I posted previous to David’s comment below. Dougindeap stubbornly maintains his position that the separation of Church and State is as much a part of the Constitution as the separation of Branch Powers and with enumerated (though as he points out not specified) checks and balances. The enumerated checks and balances are in the description of the powers rather than specifying what is checked and/or balanced.

David’s Comment to: Disputing Separation Church/State Part 1

John, thank you for the article. I think the big problem is the disconnect between the presuppositions of people and the facts of history as they have been misguided through leftist propaganda. The states at our founding had state religions, churches sponsored by state taxes. These faded over time but were never barred and could return today if the people so choose.

However, we do have a separation of church (the bureaucracy) and the state at the federal level, as no official church (entity or bureaucracy) can be established per the First Amendment. Second, and an important point — the Bill of Rights — only amplify the Constitution, those ten Amendments do not alter it. The Bill of Rights are only stating in negative terms what the Constitution already says in its silence.

This does not apply however to “the church” (the people) and the state. What might be a better way to form this argument is to point out that the values of the individual — the virtues of morality and virtue — found in their religious faith are never barred from influencing the power of the state. Liberalism (a faith based ideology) is used all the time, yet because of our connection to “the church” those on the right are thought to be by default prevented from having our views and values represented at the table of government. This is completely false as you so eloquently show. How sad that our Republic of Virtue rooted in the moral foundations of Christianity and Western civilization is the only view discriminated against by every single group — including those liberal Christians who should know better.

The First Amendment — far from excluding the “church” (the people of faith) it is promoting it, it is advocating for it, by proclaiming that the Federal government cannot discriminate for one sect over another or silence it any way through “law” vis a vis Congress shall make NO law establishing or prohibiting. The Christian moral view of law and its implementation was the view of the Founding Fathers and assumed to be the view of future generations. Without it they knew full well the Republic could not stand. And on that point where do we stand? We have been rudderless for generations and are now sinking by taking on the flood of immorality and calling it good. This stuff is not very hard to understand — unless you are a liberal politician, professor, Hollywood elite or mind numbed media personality.

Thank you for all you valuable work!

Returning to a Christian Moral Stand will Perpetuate the USA

America's Christian Foundation

Not long ago President Barack Hussein Obama delivered the State of the Union Address (1/28/14) before Congress and the American television viewers who decided to tune in. I personally am disgusted with the President’s overbearing roughshod approach of shoving his Leftist transformationism down the throat of America. In other words – I chose not to watch it. Instead I listened to, watched and read the reviews of Conservatives that have a greater regard for Original Intent constitutionalism.

With all this in mind I came across an essay from a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that in essence could be themed the State of America’s Existence through the filter of history and our Christian heritage. Pastor Rick Joyner of MorningStar Fellowship Church (and Ministries) is one of those rare ordained Christian leaders that chooses to exercise both his First Amendment Right to Religious Freedom and the Right of Free Speech. Contrary to Supreme Court, the IRS as well as Separation of Church/State enthusiasts Christians and Christian Leaders SHOULD take steps to be an influence on the operation of government. The concept of “Separation of Church/State is found NO WHERE in the U.S. Constitution but rather is a derivative political doctrine twisted from a Thomas Jefferson letter to the Danbury Baptist of Church of Connecticut that was concerned that its parishioners would have to pay tax support for a State Established Church which were STILL in effect on the State level in the novice Federal Union of the United States of America, but were prohibited on a Federal level Constitutionally for the U.S. government. Evidently uncharacteristically Justice Hugo Black wrote the majority opinion that emphasized the bizarre interpretation of the Jefferson-to-Danbury Baptist Church Letter to forbid anything to do with government money to have anything to do with religion – focus on Christianity. This warping of an issue NOT FOUND in the U.S. Constitution occurred in the year 1947. This is 159 years after the Ninth State (New Hampshire) ratified the Constitution creating the United States of America’s present form of government.

Pastor Joyner is not complying with the Leftist edict to keep the Church out of the State. His observations are worth reading.

Restoring The Republic

MorningStar Prophetic Bulletin #83

By Rick Joyner

February 6, 2014

MorningStar

America is not the kingdom of God, and it is definitely not the New Jerusalem. Even so, many nations have been called by God for special purposes. After years of studying American history and the founding of our Republic, His hand in our founding became clear to me. America has a purpose in preparing the way for His coming kingdom.

The kingdom of God will not be a democracy, but a kingdom. It will be built on many of the freedoms that are foundational to America’s strength and accomplishments. People were created to be free, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. The coming kingdom will be the world’s Jubilee. Like the biblical year of Jubilee in which all debts will be cancelled and all inheritances restored, this will happen for all mankind.

In Isaiah 40 we see that we prepare the way for the Lord by building a highway. America is part of that highway. While other nations have a part in this too, my primary calling is to my own nation. With the crisis America is in now, I am focusing on its part although the same principles can apply to others. Though America has had many great crises that have threatened our existence, they have all resulted in a great advance toward our ultimate purpose. The present crises can do the same. As we are engaged in building our part of this highway, the favor and blessings of God have been upon us, and it is His way to save the best for last. We must not give up on our country now. We can be sure that God has not.

Crises = Opportunity

For many years we have been saying that each year would be more challenging than the last. I don’t think we have been wrong yet. What can we expect for 2014? It will be even more challenging too, but that does not mean it will not be a great year. Keeping in mind that victories don’t come without battles, and no great victories without great battles, this is the year we can expect some breakthroughs and a turning. Now is the time to see these crises/opportunities and prepare for them.

2013 gave us shocking revelations, unprecedented in American history, of the government’s use of the IRS to intimidate and control political opposition, domestic spying by the NSA, and the building of an apparatus that could be used for totalitarian control even beyond the imagination of the authors of 1984 and Animal Farm. The year ended with ObamaCare collapsing, the Administration reeling, stock markets soaring, and the politically incorrect Duck Dynasty rising in popularity far past the President or any other politician. We can learn much from these signs.

Not everyone who stood up for Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty agreed with him. However, there was a rising agreement that he had the right to say what he thinks without being penalized. Repulsion to political correctness is on the rise as well as a refreshing embracing of anyone with clear speech and the courage to say what they actually think. This is certainly a good sign.

The revelations of our government’s domestic spying apparatus should have caused the greatest outrage of Americans. The relative passivity of Americans about this is troubling. However, there are also signs that people are waking up to this threat as well.

As the saying goes, “If you do not change your direction, you will end up where you are headed.” Therefore, we will look at these and other major revelations that are illuminating ultimate issues with serious consequences. We will do this using a slightly modified version of The Three Great Questions:

Where are we headed?

Where should we be headed?

What can we do about it?

Where Are We Headed?

First we need to understand that where our government is headed may not be where the people are headed or want their government headed. There is a growing disconnect between the will of the people and the Federal Government.

We must also understand that you can be a liberal and not be a socialist. You can be a socialist and not be a Marxist. One of the most destructive deceptions at this time is to judge others, especially other people groups, by their most extreme elements. That being said, America’s turn to the left has gone past classical liberalism toward socialism, with momentum towards Marxism.

The Federal Government has been steering us in this direction, although the general population of America remains steadfastly on the conservative side of moderate. A recent study revealed that those who identified themselves as liberal actually increased by 10%. However, that was from 17% to 27% with more than twice that percentage identifying themselves as conservatives. America remains a basically moderate nation, slightly leaning toward the conservative side.

Democracy is Being Destroyed

Even though America still leans slightly to the conservative side of moderate, that may never again be reflected in voting without election laws that protect the validity and sanctity of the vote. Consider these facts:

In every swing state where voter I.D. was required, Romney won in 2012. In the major swing states of Ohio and Pennsylvania where no voter I.D. was required, dozens of precincts had 100% of the vote go to Obama. Some precincts counted more votes (all for Obama) than there were registered voters in the precincts. This is simply not possible. As even the Democratic Party pollster Patrick Caddell stated, “This election was within the margin of fraud.”

Where Should We Be Headed?

The American Republic must be restored. The Constitution must be restored as the supreme law of the land.

What Can We Do About It?

There must be a general education about the Constitution and a resolute insistence that those who hold public office in any form keep their vow to defend it from enemies both foreign and domestic. Restoring the integrity of the vote is fundamental to the true will of the people ever being done in America again. How can we require an I.D. for buying a pack of cigarettes and not require one to vote?

Overwhelming evidence shows that the 2012 election was not a legitimate election. Increasing doubt will be cast on every election from now on if basic voter I.D. laws are not implemented with all voter fraud being considered a serious felony with serious penalties, and serious enforcement.

Voting is the foundation of democracy. To the degree that this most basic of all rights, upon which all of our other rights depend, is so abused, we no longer have true democracy in America. We should challenge the legitimacy of any election where voter I.D. is not required and enforced. Even the U.N. observers declared that it is not possible to have a legitimate election without voter I.D.

Those who promote voter fraud by being against voter I.D. should be considered the enemies of our Constitution and of democracy that they are. If there is to be freedom, then the most basic right of every American—to have their vote count—must be restored. Our votes do not count if we continue to allow the level of fraud now common in our elections.

The Secretary of State of each state is the one who authenticates elections. It was reported that the Administration invested far more heavily in this office than the Republicans, and in some states, more than they did in the governorship. Why? Obviously, this is a position where the utmost integrity is required to preserve integrity in elections. Without giving this position the importance it deserves, major voter fraud will continue.

Laws should be passed and enforced that any government official who compromises the integrity of any election is guilty of treason—because they are. Voter fraud is the most basic attack against the American Republic and the Constitution.

Truth is Built on People of Truth

We can have the best form of government and still have bad government, if we have people without integrity running it. We cannot expect those who would gain their position falsely to govern fairly, honestly, or without corruption. We will not rid our government of growing corruption without restoring the integrity of the vote.

In a democracy, the people are the sovereign and the government works for the people. With the erosion of our Constitutional moorings, the government has been increasingly brazen to force its will on the people. The Revolutionary War was fought to throw off this tyranny, and it is this tyranny that our Founders encouraged citizens to rise up and throw off again anytime it manifests in our government.

In fact, that was the reason for the Second Amendment. The right to bear arms was not for hunting or recreational target practice, it was specifically for the purpose of keeping citizens armed and able to overthrow any tyrant or tyranny that sought to impose itself on the people through the government.

Another Revolution/Civil War?

Some think another revolution or civil war could never happen in America because a majority of Americans would never allow it. It would not require a majority, or even close to a majority, for this to happen. Marx was right when he declared that a tiny percentage of the passionate would rule the majority who are indifferent. This was proven when just twenty thousand Bolsheviks overthrew the Czar and took over Russia, a nation of millions and one of the strongest countries in the world at the time.

During the American Revolutionary War, roughly 30% of colonists were in favor of the Revolution, and only a small percentage of those actually participated in the conflict. Another 30% were loyal to the king and steadfastly opposed to revolution. The remaining 40% of the people tended to drift from one side to the other depending on who it looked like was winning, or they turned against one side because of the atrocities they were committing.

The revolutionaries during the American Revolution were liberals. The conservatives were loyalists to the British crown. The definition of liberal and conservative has changed since then but, after over 250 years, we continue to have the same general political breakdown: 30% liberal, 30% conservative, and 40% in-between. The American Civil War had a similar breakdown, and the acrimony is growing as it did before both of these two most terrible conflicts.

It Is Still About Slavery

Signs are strong that if we are not soon drawn back together as a nation, we will be torn apart. The basic issue dividing us continues to be slavery. This is not about a single people group being enslaved, but whether we will all become slaves of the state or remain a free people.

Many have attempted to give the impression that slavery in America was less cruel and diabolical than it really was. Some slave owners may have been relatively humane in their treatment of slaves, but the key word here is “relatively.” Slavery itself was inhumane and diabolical, and the American form was as bad, or worse, than what was found anywhere in history. The point is not to stir up old wounds, but to make a connection to the totalitarian slavery America is headed for if we do not change our direction. Neither Hitler nor Stalin had the technology for the kind of totalitarian control apparatus that is now in the hands of the U.S. Government. In the hands of the wrong people, whether from the right or the left, the kind of totalitarian control that could be imposed on America would be worse than has ever been known before.

The revelations of 2013 regarding the use of the IRS to suppress political opposition is the worst abuse of power since the Civil War, and to date, there have been almost no political repercussions for it. Recent news reports say that the IRS is planning on handing out hundreds of millions of dollars in bonuses to “increase the morale of the agency.” Well I guess millions of dollars could help just about anyone’s morale! Certainly not everyone in the IRS should be implicated in the suppression of conservative groups. Many IRS agents and employees are faithful public servants. Even so, this could hardly be a more “in your face” insult to the victims of IRS abuse and a clear revelation of just how callous the IRS remains.

Then we have the revealing of domestic spying by the NSA: the U.S. Federal Government not only developed the most sophisticated and comprehensive totalitarian control apparatus in history, but they are already using it against U.S. citizens.

With the revelation of this apparatus, we cannot help but wonder if this is the reason why blatant violations of our Constitution by our Federal Government surface continually, yet only a few of our elected representatives, who vowed by solemn oath to defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic, have the courage to protest it, much less seek the impeachment and maybe even the arrest of those responsible.

The Supreme Court found the Affordable Care Act (ACA) constitutional on the basis of a decisive vote by Chief Justice Roberts, that it was in fact a tax which no one could understand, and which Roberts could not even explain. How could we not believe that someone had gotten to him? Was he threatened with the revelation of something about himself or a family member that is now being used to control him? Nothing else seems to make sense of Judge Roberts’ decision.

This will now be a cloud that hangs over all government officials—they are being controlled to keep them from speaking out or possibly voting as they would like, because something is being used to silence them. Just the threat that NSA information is being used in this way greatly erodes the trust of citizens in their government.

The Power Grab

The Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA or ObamaCare) is the single biggest power grab in American history, and if fully implemented, could result in the worst tyranny ever. Just as rat poison is 98% food and only 2% poison, ObamaCare is filled with elements intended to appeal to almost everyone, but a most deadly poison is sown throughout it. Senator Rand Paul warned this in his letter released February 4:

President Obama’s NSA was caught spying, collecting, and storing data on virtually every American citizen.

And some are now saying the “ObamaCare” database may end up being even worse.

But I’m afraid the worst spying and data collection scheme of them all could turn out to be the massive National ID database buried deep within the so-called “Immigration Reform Bill.”

Do you remember early in President Obama’s first term when he implemented the “Cash for Clunkers” program? The auto dealers logged onto the government site to take advantage of this and found that they had to agree that their computers and all of their contents became government property upon signing up. This requirement created such an immediate outcry that the Administration quickly backed off. However, they have not stopped using every means to seize private information on American citizens. A pattern persists in this Administration that you would have to be intentionally blind not to see.

ObamaCare is not likely to ever be fully implemented. If we were shocked by the mismanagement of the website, the actual implementation of this law would be beyond even that. We can expect the outrage to continue to grow as millions lose the health coverage that President Obama promised they could keep. Outrage will grow as all others end up paying many times more than they were paying only to receive even less coverage, while the quality of our healthcare system continues to erode under the present mismanagement. We will not just be losing our freedom and our money, but many lives will be lost as this impossible red tape machine gets loosed upon America. Even if the ACA gets tabled soon, it has already infected the country with enough poison to be devastating.

America’s Lifeblood

America’s strength was built on the freedom that released human initiative. This was summed up as the right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Elements in the ACA attack all three of these basic freedoms at their roots. Just the threat of the ACA has dragged our economy to a virtual halt, costing millions of jobs, and will cause millions more to be laid off or dropped to part-time status.

Those who promoted the ACA, and forced it upon America against her will, may not have intended to destroy our economy. Even so, the madness of this worst-ever devised legislation will accomplish this by mismanagement. If the government cannot design and run a website, how can it run the entire healthcare industry? This has now gone beyond Einstein’s definition of insanity—we actually need another word for the madness we are being subjected to by our government.

If healthcare really was the Administration’s purpose with the ACA and not the control of the people, why was the IRS assigned to police it? The intent and ability of the IRS to suppress dissent has now been clearly exposed. Through the ACA, the government will have access to all of our financial records, as well as the authority to withdraw from our accounts at will. Then, as was illuminated a few weeks ago, we now know that buried within this law the government is given authority to seize the assets of estates to pay the medical costs of the deceased. Wasn’t the insurance supposed to do that? With the implementation of the ACA, Americans can kiss inheritances goodbye.

We no longer have a government that is of the people, for the people, or by the people. Totalitarian control is reaching its tentacles deeper into our lives each passing day. Will we change our course, or will we end up where we are headed?

We will change our direction. We will have a Jubilee. Our inheritance will not be stolen, but restored.
