Below we read how America’s old enemies are still enemies by colluding with ChiComs that the American Left keeps wanting to extol rather than blame. The State Department confirmed to staff members of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform during a briefing on April 15 that the state-run media in China, Russia, and Iran are working in together to blame the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic on the United States, according to an internal GOP Oversight and Reform Committee report.
In the report that was obtained by Townhall, it also laid out how the World Health Organization and China had been misleading on the severity of COVID-19 during the early stages of the pandemic, which originated out of the city of Wuhan, the capital of Central China’s Hubei province:
“According to a cybersecurity report, Chinese state-run media has attempted to shift the blame for the pandemic away from China and instead painted China as a global leader in the response to the pandemic. A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry has openly blamed U.S. servicemembers for originating the virus in China. China further censored and detained any Chinese official, including doctors, who tried to warn of the true origins of the virus.
“The State Department has confirmed Chinese, Iranian, and Russian state-run media are all promoting similar messages in an effort to blame the U.S. for COVID-19. Further, China is attempting to use propaganda regarding its pandemic response to convince the world that socialism, communism, and authoritarianism are better than freedom, liberty, and representative government.”
The State Department said they are doing the following to push back against Chinese propaganda:
Using a global programmatic strategy to counter and expose propaganda by partnering with international organizations to reinforce U.S. messages.
Countering the CCP’s claim of supremacy in COVID-19 response by using social media campaigns in Europe, India, Africa, and the Indo-Pacific to push out the truth about the U.S. response to the pandemic, including their status as a long-standing leader in global public health.
Continual coordination of foreign media analysis and response between the Group of Seven to ensure a synergy of effect – multiplying the efforts of all the countries to combat global propaganda campaigns.
Pointing to the U.S. intelligence community finding evidence of China purposefully underreporting their number of cases and deaths from COVID-19, the report said, “The global health community relied on these early Chinese reports to plan responses in other countries, and such underreporting may have led other countries to operate under false assumptions regarding the spread of the virus.”
The report further takes aim at the WHO’s missteps, resulting in lost time to adequately prepare for the disease.

“These preliminary investigations included China jailing any doctor that disseminated any information about COVID-19 not first cleared through state-run media. Additionally, the WHO failed to promote in a timely manner Taiwanese warnings of human-to-human transmission in December 2019; Taiwan is not currently recognized by the WHO as an independent nation. On January 23, 2020, the WHO finally recognized human-to-human spread was occurring – a month after the first warnings,” the report stated about the WHO’s now-infamous January 14 tweet.
“By the time the WHO declared COVID-19 a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) on January 30, 2020, the disease had infected almost 10,000 and killed almost 1,000 people in nineteen different countries,” it continued. “The Guardian has reported the delay in the PHEIC declaration was a result of intense pressure from China. While making the declaration, Dr. Tedros said ‘China is to be congratulated for the extraordinary measures it has taken to contain the outbreak.’ Since then, there have been over 2.5 million new cases and 175,000 deaths worldwide.”
Because the WHO criticized President Trump’s order to restrict travel to and from China and their continued praise for China “despite clear Chinese efforts to cover-up their complicity in the pandemic,” Oversight Republicans wrote to Dr. Tedros in early April demanding documents and a briefing. The request included:
All documents and communications regarding public health, including but not limited to COVID-19, novel coronavirus, or coronavirus, between the WHO and the Chinese Communist Party or the government of China between August 2019 and present.
All documents and communications regarding the total number of infected persons and deceased persons related to the current COVID-19 pandemic in China, including those infected but asymptomatic.
The Ethiopian Embassy contacted Oversight Republicans to confirm they had received the letter on April 11, but so far, no documents have been produced and the briefing has yet to be scheduled.
If you live in a nation where the rule of law affords you at least the semblance of Freedom, you should trust information coming from Communist China like a mouse should trust a carnivorous snake.
The only indisputable fact about the Coronavirus (increasingly being called COVID-19) is the point of origin is Communist China. The official Communist government line on the Coronavirus is somehow the virus developed in some kind of wetland/fish market in Wuhan. That line is apparently receiving wide acceptance by the Mainstream Media (MSM) and official non-Chinese government and health organization outlets.
YET those same outlets are also reporting the Communist government in China is being less than cooperative in divulging statistical and scientific data relating to the Coronavirus.
That lack of cooperation has led many investigative news outlets typically relegated to Conspiracy Theory by the MSM to come to conclusions that differ from the Communist government line by scanning documented info that the MSM has failed to divulge or has buried in their difficult to locate media sections.
Those conclusions disagreeing with the official Communist government line points from the worst case scenario of a bio-weapon development accident to a best case scenario bio-virus study accident all spilling into the Chinese population originating in Wuhan China.
Propping up the Conspiracy Theory conclusions is a discovered fact (from a Chinese government memo) is that the Communist government has unleashed thousands of Internet propaganda trolls to counter negative info-stories relating to the Coronavirus associated with Chinese Communist designs. One such report on the propaganda trolls comes from The Epoch Times (who are sadly in the process of transforming from free to subscription):
The propaganda department in virus-stricken Hubei Province has engaged over 1,600 censors to scrub the internet of “sensitive” information relating to the coronavirus outbreak, according to an internal document obtained by The Epoch Times.
The internal report, dated Feb. 15, detailed the agency’s efforts to ramp up censorship measures. It was drafted after a speech given by Chinese leader Xi Jinping via video link on Feb. 10 to “frontline responders” of the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei, where the virus first broke out.
The revelations come as the Chinese regime tightens information controls over the worsening outbreak, as netizens have increasingly turned to the internet to vent their frustrations about the authorities’ response, or document what is happening on the ground.
The illness has seen a steadily growing official list of infections and deaths on a daily basis. Experts and commentators, however, believe the actual number of infections to be far greater, due to underreporting and shortages in testing kits and hospital beds—meaning many people are left undiagnosed.
1,600 Trolls Deployed
According to the document, the department has hired more than 1,600 trolls, known as the 50-cent army in China, to regulate internet speech continuously, 24/7.
The trolls, through technological and manual screening, had identified as many as 606,800 posts online with “sensitive or harmful information,” it said.
Their approach, it said, was to “timely dispel the online rumors” and “strike powerful blows offline.”
As of Feb. 14, the online censors had deleted as many as 54,000 such “rumors,” and had social media influencers write nearly 400 commentary articles to shape the narrative.

I hope he is correct but it is my opinion that history doesn’t show the Chinese populace rising in anger over authoritarian rule even back toward Imperial Chinese days. The Mao Zedong Communist movement took place in a China ultimately governed by various Chinese warlords who perpetrated the illusion of an emperor. Essentially Mao was a warlord that defeated other warlords utilizing the Mao concept of Marxism. Perhaps Communist authoritarianism filtered by Western institutions implanted in Hong Kong and Taiwan filters a Mainland uprising. I don’t know.

Why Chinese Communism Could Be the Final Casualty of the Coronavirus
The Maoist totalitarian state is being reborn in China under Xi Jinping, who is constructing a personality cult akin to that which surrounded the late “Great Helmsman.” Xi is determined to strengthen his and the Chinese Communist Party’s authority. However, the response of the Chinese government to the COVID-19 virus has undermined the CCP’s credibility—and ultimately may threaten the party’s hold on power.
Despite the modern world’s many extraordinary medical miracles, the potential of a pandemic, an easily transmitted disease with a high fatality rate, continues to worry medical professionals. Most people have heard of the Black Death, when bubonic plague killed between 75 and 200 million people in Eurasia in the mid-1300s. A century ago the Spanish Flu infected a half billion people and killed between 20 and 50 million worldwide, more than the number of deaths in World War I.
The worst pandemic in recent years was Ebola between 2014 and 2016: there were about 28,600 cases and 11,300 deaths, an average 40 death rate, though the fatality rate of specific outbreaks ranged between 25 percent and 90 percent. SARS, severe acute respiratory syndrome, infected almost 8,100 and killed roughly 800 people in 2002 to 2003.
SARS is particularly relevant because it also was a coronavirus that originated in a Chinese “wet market” that featured the sale of live and wild animals. Beijing’s response to that health crisis was heavily criticized. In 2004 a report from an Institute of Medicine forum accused the Chinese government of a “fatal period of hesitation regarding information sharing and action.” The regime was more concerned about presenting an atmosphere of calm and stability during a leadership transition than preventing the spread of a disease of unknown potency and transmissibility.
Luckily, SARS fell short of past pandemics. However, the Chinese government is making similar mistakes in its response to what is now being called COVID-19. The latter appears to be much less deadly than SARS, though apparently more easily spread. As of mid-February, the number infected exceeds 73,000, with some 1,900 deaths, assuming Beijing’s statistics are accurate. Some doctors and outside researchers estimated that 100,000 or more Chinese actually have been infected.
Nevertheless, the Xi government’s obvious concern belies its official confidence. Vice Premier Sun Chunlan denounced “quarantine deserters,” indicating that people were evading the government’s harsh control measures. The regime just announced that anyone returning to Beijing from elsewhere in the People’s Republic of China must report to local authorities and self-quarantine for two weeks. Obviously, a pandemic in the nation’s capital would have significant political and economic implications.
Handling a medical crisis of this nature will never be easy, irrespective of the form of government. The PRC faced an additional challenge because the epidemic hit amid the Lunar New Year, during which tens of millions of Chinese traditionally travel. Many of those on the move are migrant workers, who leave the countryside to work in cities. The circumstances could hardly have been worse.
Nevertheless, the government’s response has fallen short of that necessary to slow if not stop the disease’s spread. Initial blame rested with the Wuhan provincial government. Wet markets continue to operate, despite the evident risk of transmission of diseases from animals to people, the genesis of both SARS and COVID-19.
Moreover, as the disease first emerged, the province was reluctant to acknowledge reality. Officials failed to admit person-to-person transmission and sponsored a Lunar New Year public potluck dinner with more than 10,000 families intended to set a world record.
“Having a big event like this at a time of an epidemic amounts to a lack of basic common sense,” observed Shanghai physician Li Xinzhou.
The province also failed to report a single infection during the first half of January, which coincided with a local party congress, so as not to discourage attendance.
Beijing decided to lock down the entire city of 11 million. But the Xi government gave advance notice that it was closing the airport and train station, enabling a flood of people to escape while the door was still open. Five million Wuhan residents ended up elsewhere in China and beyond.
Even with much of its population missing, the city lacked the essentials to combat the epidemic. The lack of beds caused hospitals to send patients home to self-quarantine without professional care. That the authorities had not stockpiled masks, hand-sanitizer, and more to respond to an unexpected pandemic was perhaps understandable. But refusing to acknowledge let alone confront the swiftly swelling tsunamic of infections made it impossible to catch up.
Although Wuhan’s CCP leadership deserved censure—and the party chief since has been removed—the increasing centralization of power orchestrated by Xi discouraged local leaders from taking responsibility. That is a natural and predictable consequence of shifting power upward to the national leadership. Xu Zhangrun, a law professor who last year lost his position at Tsinghua University for criticizing Xi, argued that the monopoly of power “has served to enable a dangerous ‘systematic impotence’ at every level.”
Jude Blanchette of the Center for Strategic and International Studies argued that: “Xi’s leadership style has effectively instilled a ‘wait and see’ attitude within the bureaucracy,” which “is leading to slow and hesitant responses from government officials as they wait for pronouncements from Beijing before taking action.”
Obviously, the slower the government’s reaction, the less effective its response. Indeed, Wuhan’s Mayor Zhou Xianwang refused to accept blame, telling China’s CCTV: “As a local government official, after I get this kind of information [regarding human-to-human transmission] I still have to wait for authorization before I can release it.”
In taking control, the central government seemed uncertain whether to advertise Xi’s role. Having placed him at the “core” of the party and affirmed his omniscience and omnipotence, it was not easy to limit his responsibility for handling COVID-19. Nevertheless, for a time Xi disappeared from public view. Speculation on the reason ranged from protecting Xi from infection to insulating him from blame. Some compared the episode to 2012, when the then-vice president similarly vanished, apparently to confront party challenges centered around provincial chief and politburo member Bo Xilai, who was ousted and imprisoned.
Instead, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, who has been marginalized by Xi, was sent to Wuhan to show Beijing’s concern. Apparently, Li was seen as expendable—though there was no word on whether he was quarantined on his return. Li also was publicly placed in charge of the CCP’s “leading small group” on the epidemic. Most LSGs operate without public attention and at least half are chaired by Xi, presumably to tighten his control of the party and policy apparatus. But not for COVID-19.

Finally, after much speculation, the president and party general secretary ventured onto Beijing’s streets, with facemask, to highlight the regime’s concern. Xi was said to be “personally leading and directing” efforts to control the virus, and people were told to “rally around the party with Xi Jinping at the core.” Said to be in “personal command,” he issued “important directions” on the issue. He was in full apparatchik-speak: “We should fight bravely” and “resolutely contain the spread of the epidemic, and resolutely win the people’s war, an all-out war, a resistance war to prevent and control the epidemic.”
Still, the regime was quick to blame the US and other Western nations for banning visitors who had been to the PRC. The Foreign Ministry accused America of having “unceasingly manufactured and spread panic.” Yet Hong Kong and Russia tightened travel restrictions before America did so.
Official Chinese media complained about the lack of American aid, after refusing US offers. At the time the US was preparing a shipment of materials in short supply. Beijing long refused access to foreign scientists and refused to furnish the virus to other nations’ laboratories. The Xi regime defended itself by citing flu deaths in America, even though far more Chinese die of that infection.
In any case, despite its best efforts, Beijing could not offload blame for such obvious failings as lack of beds and medical equipment. Indeed, the Xi government’s attacks on Washington occurred with the backdrop of increasingly coercive measures being applied in China. For instance, there currently are more than 80 Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen, as well as several provinces, under some form of lock-down/quarantine/isolation—more than 45 million people.
The regime’s mistakes appear to have damaged its reputation for competence. Nevertheless, so long as the number of infections and deaths do not race wildly out of control, and economic activity soon resumes without a new rush of infections, the consequences of such inefficiency might have only limited political impact. However, these are major hedges. The economy was slowing even before the epidemic and the new restrictions imposed in Beijing suggest that relief remains weeks and perhaps months away.
A soft landing also presumes that the Xi government’s existing figures can be trusted. Lack of transparency and honesty may be the regime’s greatest weakness in fighting COVID-19. The CCP previously gained a reputation for covering up the party’s role in disasters, such as earthquakes and train accidents. The regime also lost credibility attempting to limit the political fall-out during the SARS crisis.
Current skepticism exploded after the death of Dr. Li Wenliang, an ophthalmologist who sounded the alarm when he observed the rise in suspicious infections. He was detained by the police and accused of spreading “false information.” He and seven other doctors were threatened with arrest and forced to admit that they had “severely disrupted the social order.” He then treated patients, catching the virus and dying at age 34. The government sought to defuse public hostility by claiming that he was still alive and being treated even after his death.
Li’s death set off a social media explosion. In the hours after his death, millions of comments poured in through Weibo, the Chinese Twitter, and other social media platforms. Before he died Li told an interviewer: “A healthy society should not have just one voice.” Many posts declared “I want freedom of speech,” which the government removed as quickly as possible. Even some Chinese inclined to trust the government went online to express their anger over his treatment.
Alas, Li was not alone in being silenced. Numerous ad hoc bloggers and citizen journalists plied Wuhan’s streets and hospitals, filing reports and posting videos. These activists reported nonexistent test kits and full hospital beds, people turned away by hospitals, underreported hospital deaths, uncounted deaths of undiagnosed patients, and increased cremations. These suggested that infection and death rates are higher than officially stated.
In late January the government relaxed control of private reporting, but that ended quickly as Beijing took control of the disease narrative and especially infection statistics. Accounts of doctors, video bloggers, and ad hoc reporters were deleted. Some bloggers, such as lawyer Chen Qiushi, welder Fang Bin, and human rights activist Hu Jia, were detained. The latter two were later released, but the former officially remains in government quarantine.
The regime also distributed its new media line: “Sources of articles must be strictly regulated, independent reporting is strictly prohibited, and the use of nonregulated article sources, particularly self-media, is strictly prohibited.” Social media providers were told they were under “special supervision.” Moreover, the regime sent a legion of official journalists to Wuhan and surrounding Hubei province to “report” on the virus. Cheng Yizhong, a newspaper editor fired for reporting on SARS, nearly two decades ago, opined: “All Chinese are suffering the bitterness of CCP monopoly over papers, resources and truth.”
This self-serving censorship has highlighted the more fundamental problem of tyranny. Chen Guangcheng, a lawyer and human rights activist who escaped to the US, wrote: “The Chinese Communist Party has once again proved that authoritarianism is dangerous—not just for human rights but also for public health.” He charged that the CCP “has succeeded in turning a public health crisis into a health rights catastrophe.”
Similar was the judgment of fired law professor Xu Zhangrun: “The coronavirus epidemic has revealed the rotten core of Chinese governance, the fragile and vacuous heart of the jittering edifice of state has thereby shown up as never before.” The result, he added, is to abandon “the people over which it holds sway to suffer the vicissitudes of a cruel fate. It is a system that turns every natural disaster into an even greater man-made catastrophe.”
Ominously, Zhangrun has not been heard from since his article appeared.
A successful conclusion to the epidemic—if infections and deaths soon plateau and start to fall—might minimize memories of the Xi government’s inadequate preparation and slow response. However, economic losses already are huge, in the tens of billions of dollars. And there appears to be no early end to the crisis.
Zhong Nanshan, an 83-year-old epidemiologist respected for his role in combatting the SARS epidemic, predicted that COVID-19 infections would peak this month and end by April. However, he admitted: “We don’t know why it’s so contagious, so that’s a big problem.” The government’s failure to level with people at risk, share information with health care professionals to enable them to respond effectively, and justify to all the tough measures required may not be easily forgotten.
Some observers compare the pandemic to the impact of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster in the Soviet Union, when Moscow lied to its own citizens and foreign nations with equal enthusiasm. However, that blow was delivered to a regime already in a state of advanced decay. The PRC does not look as vulnerable. Nevertheless, Beijing’s reputation and prestige have suffered.
Xi and the CCP justify an increasingly authoritarian, even totalitarian regime on the basis of caring for the Chinese people. The COVID-19 crisis has exposed that claim to be a lie. Popular skepticism toward other self-serving government claims will rise in the future.
Similar failure in a future crisis, with regime credibility already damaged, could force political change today considered to be unthinkable. Ironically, Mao likely would understand the regime’s peril: “A potentially revolutionary situation exists in any country where the government consistently fails in its obligation to ensure at least a minimally decent standard of life for the great majority of its citizens.”
Although he was speaking of people at a “subsistence level,” the principle has broader effect. Which ultimately could be the PRC’s undoing.

The Pentagon is preparing for war should China, Russia, or other adversaries attack vital American satellites and other space systems, a senior Pentagon official told Congress on Wednesday.
John Rood, undersecretary of defense for policy, testified before a House subcommittee that the Trump administration’s new defense policy calls for conducting military and other operations in response to space attacks, mainly by China and Russia.
Rood said American space systems are essential for “our prosperity, security, and way of life.”
“And [Defense Department] space capabilities are critical for effective deterrence, defense, and force projection capabilities,” he told a hearing of the House Armed Services subcommittee on strategic forces.
“Due to the critical importance of these assets, the national security strategy states, ‘any harmful interference with or attack upon critical components of our space architecture that directly affects this vital U.S. interest will be met with a deliberate response at a time, place, manner, and domain of our choosing.'”
The statement on space defense was the first clear policy announcement by a senior U.S. official outlining “declaratory policy” normally reserved for strategic nuclear weapons use.
The new policy represents a break from the policies of the Obama administration that sought to promote transparency initiatives and arms control agreements as a way to limit space weapons or conflict in space.
The policy likely will be opposed by arms control advocates, and by both China and Russia, which have been promoting agreements limiting space weapons at the United Nations while secretly building arms for space conflict.
Rood said the Pentagon has requested $12.5 billion in funding for the fiscal year 2019 that begins Oct. 1 for building up what he termed a “more resilient defendable space architecture.”
The request is $1.1 billion more than funding for last year on military space.
Rood, and Air Force Gen. John Hyten, commander of the Omaha-based Strategic Command, testified on the command’s budget request of $24 billion.
Neither elaborated on what space warfare capabilities are being developed. The Pentagon also has not said how it would deter and defend satellites from attack.
Space defense so far has involved development of intelligence capabilities to identify and assess if an incident in space is an attack, or the result of a malfunction or disruption due to collision with space debris.
Military space “resilience” also calls for the Pentagon to rapidly replace or restore satellites after attacks or other disruptions.
The Pentagon’s Defense Science Board, in a report last year, warned that the vulnerability of U.S. satellites to electronic attack was “a crisis to be dealt with immediately.”
The Joint Staff intelligence directorate warned earlier this year that China and Russia will have fully developed space attack weapons in place by 2020 that will threaten all U.S. satellites in low earth orbit—100 miles to 1,200 miles in space.
More than 780 orbiting satellites operated by 43 nations are currently in low-earth orbit and are vulnerable to electronic or kinetic attacks.
Satellites form the backbone of the U.S. military’s ability to conduct combined arms warfare over long distances. They provide communications, navigation, intelligence and surveillance, weapons targeting, and attack warning.
Analysts say anti-satellites attacks knocking out 12 Global Positioning System satellites, located in medium-earth orbit around 12,550 miles high, would be severely degraded military operations.
U.S. space weapons are likely to match anti-satellite weaponry developed by both China and Russia. That would include several types of weapons and capabilities, ranging from advanced missile defense interceptors modified for space attacks on satellites, cyber warfare capabilities to disrupt or destroy anti-satellite and space weapons systems both in space and on the ground, and lasers and electronic jammers.
A defense source said one of the more stealthy anti-satellite capabilities being considered is a laser weapon capable of overheating an orbiting satellite that would disrupt or destroy electronic components.
Small satellites with robotic arms capable of maneuvering and grabbing or crushing satellites also could be developed. Such satellites have been tested by China.
The experimental space plane known as the X-37B, that has been secretly tested on long-duration flights in space, is also said to be a potential platform for delivering weapons and fighting in space.
Hyten, the Stratcom commander, said in his prepared statement that the Pentagon and National Reconnaissance Office are implementing a “space warfighting construct.”
“This construct supports the national space policy and focuses on the forces, operations, and systems needed to prevail in a conflict that extends into space,” he said.
“Space is a warfighting domain just like the air, ground, maritime, and cyberspace domains,” Hyten said.
Currently, a defense and intelligence center called the National Space Defense Center [Blog Editor: NSDC info], located at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado, runs 24-hour operations for rapid detection, warning, and defense from space attacks.
War games involving space war also are held regularly with U.S. military forces and allies, including Asian and European allies.
Hyten also revealed that U.S. adversaries will deploy hypersonic strike vehicles—that can travel at more than 7,000 miles per hour—in the next few years.
China has conducted at least seven tests of hypersonic vehicles and Russia as well has conducted several hypersonic missile tests.
The hypersonic vehicles are designed to defeat missile defenses.
Hyten urged speeding up U.S. development of hypersonic strike weapons as well as what he termed conventional prompt strike weapons.
“New long-range, survivable, lethal, and time-sensitive strike capabilities, such as a hypersonic (conventional prompt strike) weapon, will allow the U.S. to achieve its military objectives in these environments,” Hyten said. “This new weapon class prevents adversaries from exploiting time and distance and provides additional response options below the nuclear threshold.”
Rood said U.S. missile defenses currently are configured for countering missile threats from North Korea and Iran and are not capable of stopping strategic strikes from China and Russia.
The undersecretary described China and Russia as the “central challenges” for the Pentagon in an increasingly complex military threat environment. “Both Russia and China are seeking to reshape the world order,” he said.
Rep. Mike Rogers (R., Ala.), the subcommittee chairman, has been pressing for creation of a separate space corps within the Air Force.
Defense legislation passed last year calls for a study on the issue and for recognizing space as a warfighting domain.
“These were the first steps down a long path in the right direction,” Rogers said. “Much remains to be done here to ensure we’re postured to both successfully deter a conflict in space, and if need be, prevail over any adversary if a conflict extends into space.”
Rogers said for space defense, the Air Force has discussed the idea of shifting from large satellites to many smaller satellites. “But what I’ve seen so far in the FY ’19 budget isn’t convincing me we’re heading in that direction fast enough,” he said.
As part of the Pentagon’s budget for nuclear modernization, two modified nuclear weapons are planned.
One is a smaller warhead on submarine-launched ballistic missiles, to counter Russia’s development of a new nuclear cruise missile in violation of the Intermediate-range Nuclear Force Treaty.
A second smaller nuclear weapon will be a new sea-launched nuclear cruise missile designed to counter China’s large arsenal of medium and intermediate-range nuclear missiles.
The Pentagon also is bolstering the ground-based anti-missile interceptor force now located in Alaska and California. Twenty additional interceptors will be added to the 44 interceptors currently in place.
The added missiles are designed to counter North Korean and Iranian long-range missile threats.
Rood said the Pentagon is considering a third anti-missile interceptor base on the East Coast but has not made a final decision.
The third base will be part of the Pentagon’s forthcoming Missile Defense Review that is nearing completion.
Rood said recent disclosures of new strategic nuclear capabilities by Russia were known to the Pentagon. The statements were “not surprising but disappointing,” he said.
As for China, Rood warned that China is “developing a very large strategic offensive nuclear force.”
“Both countries are pursuing hypersonic weapons and other capabilities and their behavior in the cyber realm concerns us,” he said. “All of those things apiece are concerning and why in the national defense strategy we highlighted those two countries as our primary and central focus for our national security efforts going forward.”
Asked if the U.S. doctrine of mutual assured destruction used to deter nuclear conflict with China and Russia will endure, Hyten said: “I don’t think we have to worry about that for at least a decade.”
U.S. strategic nuclear capabilities will remain strong enough to keep the doctrine in place, he added.
Hyten said Strategic Command is interested in developing missile defenses capable of knocking out missiles in the early stages of flight.
Direct energy and cyber attacks are two possible weapons.

A WND story says former Trump White House aide Sebastian Gorka believes radical Islamic jihadists, China and radical leftists pose the greatest threats to U.S. national security, but that “they will be defeated by President Trump and his supporters who are restoring America’s global dominance and reclaiming the country’s culture.”
Based on the record so far, this is as likely as Hollywood coming completely clean about Harvey Weinstein’s perversities.
Russia is not even on the list of Gorka’s top three threats! Yet Russia is behind the Jihadists, is in an alliance with Red China, and still backs the radical leftists.
Gorka tells WND, “The immediate term threat is the Shia-jihadis – this is Iran, this is the Republican Guard, Hezbollah. If they get nuclear weapons, that’s a game changer and that’s why it’s so important the president decertified the Iran deal.”
Yet, Iran’s nuclear weapons program is made possible by Russia. Why no mention of that? And why didn’t Trump cancel the Iran deal as he promised to do?
In the first place, Obama should have been impeached. Under United Nations auspices, he ordered the bombing of Libya, in order to depose a ruler, Gadhafi, who had given up his weapons of mass destruction and was fighting al Qaeda. The massacre of Americans in Benghazi by Jihadists resulted from this illegal and unconstitutional war. All of this benefited the Muslim Brotherhood. Indeed, Obama issued a secret 2011 Presidential Study Directive-11, or PSD-11, supporting this radical Islamist group throughout the Middle East.
National security reporter Bill Gertz said, “The directive, according to officials familiar with its contents, outlined how the administration would seek to support the Muslim Brotherhood around the world despite the Islamist supremacist organization providing the ideological underpinning for jihadist terrorism for both al Qaeda and its successor, the Islamic State.”
PSD-11, which is still secret, should be released by the Trump Administration and declared exhibit number one in a criminal investigation of Barack Hussein Obama.
Trump was supposed to turn things around. In Afghanistan, Gorka tells WND that Trump’s speech sending more American soldiers to their deaths in an endless conflict didn’t use the words “radical Islamic terrorism.” He was upset about that omission. But Trump also didn’tmention Russia’s role in sendingarms to a Taliban faction killing our troops.
This is what we called the RedJihad, a book quoting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as saying that Soviet/Russian support for international terrorism made radical Islam into the threat it is today. He explains that, “without the support offered by the Soviet bloc and the Arab world, international terrorism would revert to its earlier, localized manifestations before the 1960s and would hardly dominate the global scene.”
If you want to defeat radical Islam, engineer regime change in Russia, which is still the global center of revolutionary violence against America.
Domestically, Sebastian Gorka mentions in the WND interview the influence of Obama associates Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in academia, but ignores how their communist terrorist networks spawned the Obama candidacy and presidency. These networks, nurtured even today by Bill Ayers in his new book, Demand the Impossible: A Radical Manifesto, are promising an uprising of some sort on November 4. The RefuseFascism group, which is behind the November 4 protests, is a front of the Revolutionary Communist Party and its founder, former Ayers and Dohrn associate Bob Avakian.
As we document in ComradeObama Unmasked, Obama supported America’s enemies at every opportunity, including the communist regime in Cuba, the communists running South Africa, and even the FARC narco-terrorists in Colombia.
But he stands out during his eight years in office as the real Russian agent, who was passive when Russia invaded Ukraine and Syria, gave Russia a nuclear weapons advantage over the U.S., and awarded the Russians special trading privileges. Working with Russia, he conceived the Iran nuclear deal.
However, on his way out the door, in a classic Marxist dialectical maneuver, his CIA director John Brennan launched an investigation of President Trump as a Russia agent. It was a stroke of genius that put Trump on the defensive, gave the liberal news media months of joy, and resulted in multiple Russia-gate investigations, including by a former FBI director determined to get Trump.
On the 100th anniversary of the Virgin Mary Fatima revelations about Russia’s threat to world peace, we also learn from Dr. Paul Kengor’s new book that the Soviets were behind the May 13, 1981, attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II. The book, A Pope and a President: John Paul II, Ronald Reagan, and the Extraordinary Untold Story of the 20th Century, says Reagan’s CIA director Bill Casey confirmed the Soviet role, in the face of official CIA resistance to the finding.
Until the reality of Obama’s communist support is examined and the secret role of Russia in global conflict exposed, the former president and America’s enemies will have the upper hand.
But Gorka and Trump seem clueless. “China has the most leverage to deal with North Korea,” Gorka told WND. “And the fact that the president and Ambassador Haley at the U.N. have managed to convince China that even if you’re in a competition with us, you will not profit by having a nuclear war on your border and they joined us with Russia – it’s a big deal – in the tightest sanctions package against North Korea in history, that tells you how big a problem North Korea is. China may be our long-term enemy, but they don’t [want] a war in their back doorstep either.”
Does he really think another in an endless series of U.N. resolutions will make any difference? The U.N. is another communist front, designed by a Russian agent working in our State Department by the name of Alger Hiss. Have we forgotten?
Working through the U.N. is a dangerous dead end.

The reliance on China to deal with its nuclear client, North Korea, is another dead end.
The key failure involves the inability or unwillingness to investigate Obama’s global network and what his anti-American policies were designed to do.
In terms of the threat within, consider that the FBI website still features wanted posters of two fugitives: DonnaBorupand Elizabeth Anna Duke, both members of the May 19th Communist Organization.

Here’s the big revelation: “A former May 19 member I spoke with identified Obama as participating in their public protests and meetings. In his ‘Dreams’ book, Obama mentions transferring to Columbia to pursue his interest in activism and recounts attendance at some events similar to those sponsored by May 19.”

Are Hillary Clinton’s China ties behind a dropped espionage investigation?
It’s always a possibility that cases are dropped because of national security concerns regarding other operations that are ongoing, but sometimes the U.S. government makes decisions based purely on political considerations, especially when it comes to China
Few Americans could fathom the notion that the United States is so indebted to China that one of Beijing’s spies could get away with espionage – especially with an White House in love with espionage prosecutions. But that might be the only reasonable explanation for the Obama administration’s decision to pass on prosecuting a State Department contractor who was allegedly paid thousands of dollars to someone believed to be a Chinese agent seeking information on Americans.
According to Fox News, a November 2014 FBI affidavit that was filed in U.S. district court in Maryland indicates that the FBI launched a probe into the matter but that the Justice Department eventually decided not to prosecute.
The affidavit shows that the FBI investigated the contractor after she admitted she was in contact with individuals she believed were Chinese intelligence officers. Fox News further reported:
The affidavit from agent Timothy S. Pappa states the translator, Xiaoming Gao, was paid “thousands of dollars to provide information on U.S. persons and a U.S. government employee.”
According to the documents, she admitted these meetings took place in hotel rooms in China for years, where she reported on her “social contacts” in the U.S. to an individual who went by the name of “Teacher Zhao.”
The affidavit, which was quite detailed, even says that translator lived briefly “for free” with a State Department employee who held a top-secret clearance and at the time designed high-security embassies, including the U.S. compound in Islamabad, Pakistan (which is a client state of China’s).
The State Department employee was not named in the affidavit, Fox News reported, but he initially told the FBI he had not discussed his job with Gao, only to later change that statement.

But sometimes the U.S. government makes decisions based purely on political considerations, especially when it comes to China, and here is where this unusual decision deserves more scrutiny:
— In recent days International Business Times reported that Hillary Clinton, as secretary of state (and head of the State Department), threw tech company Cisco “a lifeline” in 2009 shortly after the company had undergone a high profile Senate hearing regarding its Chinese operations. It seems Cisco had a large part in developing China’s “Great Firewall that helps China’s authoritarian regime censor information and surveil its citizens.”

Cisco was honored as a finalist for the State Department’s award for “outstanding corporate citizenship, innovation and democratic principles.” The next year, the company won the award. While the honors were for the company’s work in the Middle East, they gave Cisco a well-timed opportunity to change the subject and present itself as a champion of human rights.
The company’s ties to Clinton?
What Clinton did not say at the State Department award ceremonies was that Cisco had been pumping money into her family’s foundation. Though the foundation will not release an exact timeline of the contributions, records reviewed by International Business Times show that Cisco had by December 2008 donated from $500,000 to $1 million to the foundation.

There are other potential Clinton-China ties as well. In March CBS News reported that a Chinese firm with ties to North Korea had donated heavily to the Clinton Foundation:
Rilin Enterprises- pledged $2 million in 2013 to the Clinton Foundation’s endowment. The company is a privately-held Chinese construction and trade conglomerate and run by billionaire Wang Wenliang, who is also a delegate to the Chinese parliament. Public records show the firm has spent $1.4 million since 2012, lobbying Congress and the State Department. The firm owns a strategic port along the border with North Korea and was also one of the contractors that built the Chinese embassy in Washington.

Hedge fund megadonors capitalize on offshore opportunities
On the list of the largest U.S. companies by market value, those in the $30 billion to $45 billion range are household names: Capital One Financial, DirecTV, Phillips 66, Yahoo.
But far fewer people know much, if anything, about Citadel Multi-Strategy Equities Master Fund Ltd., with a gross asset value of $33 billion, or Elliott International, L.P., at $30.8 billion, or AQR Style Premia Master Account, valued at $16.6 billion. All are hedge funds organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
The release of the Panama Papers has brought fresh reminders of the stunning amount of wealth held offshore, but that’s a world these donors and their firms navigate routinely as part of a rarefied investment community far more wealthy and sophisticated than the market to which most people have access.

All told, the value of their 151 hedge funds is as high as $390 billion. Most of that is in the funds based overseas, mostly in the Cayman Islands. Of the 151 funds in the firms’ SEC reports, 67 are organized under the laws of the Caymans, where the firms manage some $282 billion in current asset value. About $103 billion of the wealth is held in Delaware-based hedge funds.

A quarter of the funds report greater than 50 percent ownership by non-U.S. investors (which could include offshore holding companies and other entities), and foreign investors own at least part of 41 percent of the funds. By far, most of the funds catering to these offshore entities are organized in the Cayman Islands.
In the presidential contest, hedge fund managers have played an enormous role in plumping up the coffers of several candidates’ super PACs. Sussman, for instance, who has given out more than $7 million this cycle in all, has contributed $4 million to Priorities USA Action, the group backing presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. What is the global effect on Capitalist market economies when an avowed Communist dictatorial nation is welcomed as an elite currency in the global finance? It truly is something serious to ponder.
I can hear the hollering and cries now that the Cold War (U.S. led West vs. Communist USSR [and to a lesser extent China]) has been over since the Presidency of Ronald Reagan in the 1980s. In the case of the former Soviet Ruble and the Chinese Renminbi (aka yuan), no Communist nation ever achieved a financial rating as elite. Or at least that is until now.
The People’s Republic of China (i.e. Communist despotism) had its national currency the Renminbi declared an elite currency by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in November 2015 (official elite start date October 2016). The Renminbi thus joins the American Dollar, the EU Euro, British Pound and Japanese Yen as a stable currency. This banks and nations can trade with the Red Chinese currency to add to reserves to back an economy. To place this in perspective check out this WaPo excerpt:

For all of Communist China’s strides in becoming the world’s second largest economy the fact remains it is a ONE-Party nation with property rights and the rule of Law are under the foundation of State controlled Marxist ideology which has morphed into Chinese Communism.
The pseudonymous writer Tony Newbill projects the feeling that the Renminbi will cause a bit of global financial instability as the Chinese currency becomes a reserve option threatening the stability of the Dollar, Euro, Pound and Yen. I think he is on to something as evidenced by the Islamic Supremacist dictatorship of Sudan and the Communist dictatorship of North Korea will now have greater capability of trading in Renminbi in making deals with transnational terrorists thus avoiding restrictions and sanctions from nations that use the Dollar, Euro, Pound and Yen. AND that is just one example.
In introducing an article from the NYT Newbill provokes your thinking toward the West’s banking reformation involving how the Western governments address financial crises when banks begin to fail due to bad investments, especially in the case of transnational giant too big to fail banks. Instead of using the bailout path, the G20 nations have imposed a banking rule (See Also HERE) involving Bail-inabled Bonds. Hence the term Bail-in instead of a taxpayer supported government Bailout.
Since I am not exactly a big depositor in any bank I was somewhat clueless on the difference between a Bailout and a Bail-in. To comprehend the NYT article Newbill sent me to post, I had to read up on what the heck a bail-in entailed.

On the weekend of November 16th, the G20 leaders whisked into Brisbane, posed for their photo ops, approved some proposals, made a show of roundly disapproving of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and whisked out again. It was all so fast, they may not have known what they were endorsing when they rubber-stamped the Financial Stability Board’s “Adequacy of Loss-Absorbing Capacity of Global Systemically Important Banks in Resolution,” which completely changes the rules of banking.
Russell Napier, writing in ZeroHedge, called it “the day money died.” In any case, it may have been the day deposits died as money. Unlike coins and paper bills, which cannot be written down or given a “haircut,” says Napier, deposits are now “just part of commercial banks’ capital structure.” That means they can be “bailed in” or confiscated to save the megabanks from derivative bets gone wrong.
Rather than reining in the massive and risky derivatives casino, the new rules prioritize the payment of banks’ derivatives obligations to each other, ahead of everyone else. That includes not only depositors, public and private, but the pension funds that are the target market for the latest bail-in play, called “bail-inable” bonds.
“Bail in” has been sold as avoiding future government bailouts and eliminating too big to fail (TBTF). But it actually institutionalizes TBTF, since the big banks are kept in business by expropriating the funds of their creditors.
It is a neat solution for bankers and politicians, who don’t want to have to deal with another messy banking crisis and are happy to see it disposed of by statute. But a bail-in could have worse consequences than a bailout for the public. If your taxes go up, you will probably still be able to pay the bills. If your bank account or pension gets wiped out, you could wind up in the street or sharing food with your pets.
In theory, US deposits under $250,000 are protected by federal deposit insurance; but deposit insurance funds in both the US and Europe are woefully underfunded, particularly when derivative claims are factored in. The problem is graphically illustrated in this chart from a March 2013 ZeroHedge post:

Bail-in in Plain English
The Financial Stability Board (FSB) that now regulates banking globally began as a group of G7 finance ministers and central bank governors organized in a merely advisory capacity after the Asian crisis of the late 1990s. Although not official, its mandates effectively acquired the force of law after the 2008 crisis, when the G20 leaders were brought together to endorse its rules. This ritual now happens annually, with the G20 leaders rubberstamping rules aimed at maintaining the stability of the private banking system, usually at public expense.
[B]ail-in . . . is a statutory power of a resolution authority (as opposed to contractual arrangements, such as contingent capital requirements) to restructure the liabilities of a distressed financial institution by writing down its unsecured debt and/or converting it to equity. The statutory bail-in power is intended to achieve a prompt recapitalization and restructuring of the distressed institution.
The language is a bit obscure, but here are some points to note:
o What was formerly called a “bankruptcy” is now a “resolution proceeding.” The bank’s insolvency is “resolved” by the neat trick of turning its liabilities into capital. Insolvent TBTF banks are to be “promptly recapitalized” with their “unsecured debt” so that they can go on with business as usual.
o “Unsecured debt” includes deposits, the largest class of unsecured debt of any bank. The insolvent bank is to be made solvent by turning our money into their equity – bank stock that could become worthless on the market or be tied up for years in resolution proceedings.
o The power is statutory. Cyprus-style confiscations are to become the law.
o Rather than having their assets sold off and closing their doors, as happens to lesser bankrupt businesses in a capitalist economy, “zombie” banks are to be kept alive and open for business at all costs – and the costs are again to be to borne by us.
The Latest Twist: Putting Pensions at Risk with “Bail-Inable” Bonds
First they came for our tax dollars. When governments declared “no more bailouts,” they came for our deposits. When there was a public outcry against that, the FSB came up with a “buffer” of securities to be sacrificed before deposits in a bankruptcy. In the latest rendition of its bail-in scheme, TBTF banks are required to keep a buffer equal to 16-20% of their risk-weighted assets in the form of equity or bonds convertible to equity in the event of insolvency.
Called “contingent capital bonds”, “bail-inable bonds” or “bail-in bonds,” these securities say in the fine print that the bondholders agree contractually (rather than being forced statutorily) that if certain conditions occur (notably the bank’s insolvency), the lender’s money will be turned into bank capital.
However, even 20% of risk-weighted assets may not be enough to prop up a megabank in a major derivatives collapse. And we the people are still the target market for these bonds, this time through our pension funds.
In a policy brief from the Peterson Institute for International Economics titled “Why Bail-In Securities Are Fool’s Gold”, Avinash Persaud warns, “A key danger is that taxpayers would be saved by pushing pensioners under the bus.”
It wouldn’t be the first time. As Matt Taibbi noted in a September 2013 article titled “Looting the Pension Funds,” “public pension funds were some of the most frequently targeted suckers upon whom Wall Street dumped its fraud-riddled mortgage-backed securities in the pre-crash years.”
Wall Street-based pension fund managers, although losing enormous sums in the last crisis, will not necessarily act more prudently going into the next one. All the pension funds are struggling with commitments made when returns were good, and getting those high returns now generally means taking on risk.
Other than the pension funds and insurance companies that are long-term bondholders, it is not clear what market there will be for bail-in bonds. Currently, most holders of contingent capital bonds are investors focused on short-term gains, who are liable to bolt at the first sign of a crisis. Investors who held similar bonds in 2008 took heavy losses. In a Reuters sampling of potential investors, many said they would not take that risk again. And banks and “shadow” banks are specifically excluded as buyers of bail-in bonds, due to the “fear of contagion”: if they hold each other’s bonds, they could all go down together.
Whether the pension funds go down is apparently not of concern.
Propping Up the Derivatives Casino: Don’t Count on the FDIC
Kept inviolate and untouched in all this are the banks’ liabilities on their derivative bets, which represent by far the largest exposure of TBTF banks. According to the New York Times:
American banks have nearly $280 trillion of derivatives on their books, and they earn some of their biggest profits from trading in them.
These biggest of profits could turn into their biggest losses when the derivatives bubble collapses.
Both the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2005 and the Dodd Frank Act provide special protections for derivative counterparties, giving them the legal right to demand collateral to cover losses in the event of insolvency. They get first dibs, even before the secured deposits of state and local governments; and that first bite could consume the whole apple, as illustrated in the above chart.
The chart also illustrates the inadequacy of the FDIC insurance fund to protect depositors. In a May 2013 article in USA Today titled “Can FDIC Handle the Failure of a Megabank?”, Darrell Delamaide wrote:
[T]he biggest failure the FDIC has handled was Washington Mutual in 2008. And while that was plenty big with $307 billion in assets, it was a small fry compared with the $2.5 trillion in assets today at JPMorgan Chase, the $2.2 trillion at Bank of America or the $1.9 trillion at Citigroup.
. . . There was no possibility that the FDIC could take on the rescue of a Citigroup or Bank of America when the full-fledged financial crisis broke in the fall of that year and threatened the solvency of even the biggest banks.
That was, in fact, the reason the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve had to step in to bail out the banks: the FDIC wasn’t up to the task. The 2010 Dodd-Frank Act was supposed to ensure that this never happened again. But as Delamaide writes, there are “numerous skeptics that the FDIC or any regulator can actually manage this, especially in the heat of a crisis when many banks are threatened at once.”
All this fancy footwork is to prevent a run on the TBTF banks, in order to keep their derivatives casino going with our money. Warren Buffett called derivatives “weapons of financial mass destruction,” and many commentators warn that they are a time bomb waiting to explode. When that happens, our deposits, our pensions, and our public investment funds will all be subject to confiscation in a “bail in.” Perhaps it is time to pull our money out of Wall Street and set up our own banks – banks that will serve the people because they are owned by the people.

China’s Renminbi Is Approved by I.M.F. as a Main World Currency
Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, announces that China’s renminbi will become a world reserve currency alongside the dollar, euro, pound and yen.
HONG KONG — The Chinese renminbi was anointed as one of the world’s elite currencies on Monday, a milestone decision by the International Monetary Fund that underscores the country’s rising financial and economic heft.
The move will help pave the way for broader use of the renminbi in trade and finance, securing China’s standing as a global economic power. Just four other currencies — the dollar, the euro, the pound and the yen — have the I.M.F. designation.
But the path to the I.M.F. decision, a bumpy process that stretches back years, also introduced new uncertainty into China’s economy and financial system.
To meet the I.M.F. requirements, China was forced to give up some of its tight control over the currency, culminating in the abrupt devaluation of the renminbi that shook global markets in August. The changes could inject fresh volatility into the country, at a time when its economy is already slowing.
The I.M.F. designation, an accounting unit known as the special drawing rights, bestows global importance.
Many central banks follow this benchmark in measuring their reserves, which countries hold to help protect their economies in times of trouble. By adding the renminbi to this group, the I.M.F. effectively says that it considers the currency to be safe, reliable and freely usable.
It is a “recognition of the progress that the Chinese authorities have made in the past years in reforming China’s monetary and financial systems,” Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the I.M.F., said in a statement in Washington. “The continuation and deepening of these efforts will bring about a more robust international monetary and financial system, which in turn will support the growth and stability of China and the global economy.”
The designation is a point of pride for Beijing, which had made it one of its highest economic policy priorities.
In the months before the fund’s decision, China moved aggressively to expand the currency’s standing on a global stage, building trading hubs in Europe and developing a raft of renminbi-denominated bonds and commodity contracts. In devaluing the currency, China changed the way it sets the value of the renminbi each morning, allowing market forces to play a bigger role.
The I.M.F. decision also says a lot about the waning influence of Europe: The renminbi is mainly replacing part of the euro’s role in the special drawing rights. Assessing currencies for the accounting system, the fund put a greater emphasis on their different roles in international finance. The dollar still dominates in finance and trade, while the renminbi is quickly gaining ground on the euro.
The United States Treasury said it “supported” the I.M.F. decision.
Besides its symbolic weight, the I.M.F. label, which will take effect at the end of September next year, carries specific benefits. The renminbi will become one of the currencies used in the disbursement and repayment of international bailouts denominated in the fund’s accounting unit, like Greece’s debt deal.
The renminbi’s new status “will improve the international monetary system and safeguard global financial stability,” President Xi Jinping of China said in mid-November.
While the renminbi may gain favor internationally, the I.M.F. designation does not mean that China’s economic overhaul is complete. China maintains heavy regulatory control over the country’s financial system. The country also falls short in legal protections, with the Communist Party continuing to play a strong role in deciding court cases.
Such issues could limit the overall appeal of the renminbi — and China’s ambitions.
“It is a historic moment in international finance for an emerging market economy, with a per-capita income barely a quarter that of other reserve currency economies, to be anointed as the issuer of one of the world’s major reserve currencies,” said Eswar Prasad, a former head of the I.M.F.’s China division who is now the Tolani Senior Professor of Trade Policy at Cornell University. But “the most likely scenario is that the renminbi will erode but not seriously rival the dollar’s status as the dominant global reserve currency.”
The changing currency dynamics also create new geopolitical concerns.
As the renminbi becomes more deeply woven into the global economy, it undermines the ability of the West to impose financial sanctions on countries accused of human rights abuses and other violations, like Sudan and North Korea. Such countries can increasingly carry out transactions in renminbi.
China contends that it is crucial to respect nations’ sovereignty and that leaders should be allowed to set policy without fearing international criticism or intervention. China remains a close business and financial partner of Sudan and North Korea. Mr. Xi invited the president of Sudan to a recent military parade in Beijing.
“As the renminbi rises, countries will have more choices about where they do their banking — and how to potentially circumvent sanctions,” said Christopher Brummer, a Georgetown University law professor specializing in currencies.
Beijing’s effort to position the renminbi as a rival to the dollar traces back to the innocuously named “Document 217.”
The Chinese central bank posted the document on its website with little fanfare in August 2010. But buried in the document’s technical jargon was an important measure with global implications.
Under a new rule, China would start allowing other countries’ central banks to begin buying its bonds in Shanghai. Officials in other countries just had to get permission first from the People’s Bank of China.
Nigeria was paying close attention. Lamido Sanusi, the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, had already been mulling whether to park part of the country’s $40 billion in foreign exchange reserves in renminbi.
A prominent Islamic scholar, he was the son of an influential Nigerian prince who served as his country’s ambassador to China during the Cultural Revolution. Back then, his father advocated a shift by Africa away from Western dominance and toward closer relations with China.
When Mr. Sanusi became the central bank chief in 2009, Nigeria had extensive trade ties with China. In shifting a portion of reserves, he bet — correctly, as it turned out — that the renminbi would appreciate. Interest rates on renminbi-denominated bonds were also several percentage points higher than yields on comparable Treasuries.
Nigeria started purchasing large sums of renminbi in the little-regulated Hong Kong market in 2010, rather than Shanghai as the Chinese rules prescribed, and without seeking Beijing’s permission. Mr. Sanusi then stunned the Chinese government by mentioning at a conference a few weeks later in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja, that his country was ready to put up to a tenth of its entire reserves, or $4 billion, into renminbi.
“The Chinese Embassy came over and met me,” said Mr. Sanusi, who last year was crowned Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II, the traditional and religious leader of Kano State in northern Nigeria. “They just wanted to have clarity.”
Chinese officials, he said, were pleased that a major trading partner in Africa liked the renminbi. But Nigeria’s move also posed a dilemma. Large-scale purchases of renminbi by overseas central banks would make it more difficult for China to prevent the renminbi from appreciating, which in turn would make exports less competitive.
When Nigeria eventually requested permission to buy bonds in Shanghai, the Chinese central bank agreed, although it tightly capped the purchases. “We got something less than what we applied for,” said Lamido Yuguda, the director of reserve management at the Central Bank of Nigeria, declining to provide precise figures. “It was something we could live with.”
After the experience with Nigeria, China moved slowly and cautiously on further currency liberalization over the next four years. The government did not encourage other central banks to buy large sums of renminbi. Instead, China entered into a series of swap agreements with dozens of countries like Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Germany and Iceland.
Under these agreements, China said it would provide billions of renminbi if the other country needed them in a crisis. But China would keep the renminbi until that point, so that any interim purchases would not be sufficient to push up the value of the currency.
Beijing’s cautious strategy backfired this year, when China ramped up its campaign for I.M.F. reserve status. One of the I.M.F.’s main considerations is that the currency be “freely usable.”
The People’s Bank of China acknowledged last spring that other central banks held a modest $108 billion worth of renminbi, about 1 percent of total foreign exchange holdings by central banks. By contrast, central banks had $500 billion worth of swap agreements to obtain renminbi, more than for any other currency, including the dollar.
Beijing lobbied hard through the spring to persuade the I.M.F. to consider the swaps as evidence that the renminbi was “freely usable.” But the United States and other countries opposed bending I.M.F. rules.
The fund decided during the summer to stick to more traditional criteria, like the amount of currency that central banks had been able to buy and how easily the renminbi could be traded. After that, the I.M.F. pressed the Chinese central bank to make its currency more responsive to market forces.
China had to move fast. After this year, the next chance to push the renminbi into the fund’s accounting system would not come until 2020.
During the summer, Chinese officials made a series of rapid-fire moves, most notably devaluing the currency by 4.4 percent against the dollar as part of a new method for setting the daily trading range of the renminbi. The process would give the market more influence over the daily value of the renminbi, which is set each morning by the central bank.
The aftermath of the devaluation has been a shock to China’s system, providing a window into the uncertainty the country now faces with a more globally oriented currency.
After the devaluation, many Chinese companies moved to pay off foreign debts for fear the renminbi would fall further. Investors also sold huge sums of renminbi and switched into other currencies. China’s central bank spent nearly $100 billion in August alone to prop up the renminbi.
“Making it more market-based makes it more difficult to manage,” said Larry Hu, the chief China economist in the Hong Kong office of Macquarie Capital Securities. “But making it more market-based also makes it more efficient.

Haney (And HERE), USAF (Ret). Then on August 25 he posted an article by Jerome Corsi. Both articles are about the belief that Iran already clandestinely has nuclear weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Their guess speculates the Iran Nuke Deal is an Obama ploy to cover his butt when the truth is exposed. They cite the recent history Russian, Chinese and North Korean support going toward Iran to keep the Twelver Shi’ite nation solvent during decades of sanctions from the West because of various Iranian violations to a peaceful world.

WITH WEAPONS DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY SYSTEMS
Since 1979, a cabal of nations has aided and abetted Iran in its efforts to develop a robust nuclear program under the guise of generating a nuclear energy system. This cabal is mainly comprised of Russia, China, and North Korea. Since sanctions began being placed on Iran in 1979, with more added since, Iran still had enough free reign to develop its capabilities despite the sanctions regime because of this cabal. All the moving parts are in place, the material is there, and this means they are already nuclear – “break out” is imminent now.
During this period, North Korea had evaded sanctions, and like Iran, lied, cheated, and broke virtually every agreement it ever signed with the United Nations. Now North Korea is a nuclear weapons power, and we believe Iran has already done the same. Each had created hidden facilities but only North Korea has actually tested weapons fully. Because Iran has to date only detonated trigger devices that does not mean the Mullahs do not have weapons capability now because they certainly have enough material.
Both Iran and North Korea are also fast approaching inter-continental missile capability, and Iranian government observers, research scientists, and senior military officials have been on-site in North Korea for the testing of its systems. In essence, Iran has had the benefit of having North Korea essentially do their development and testing for them.
Iran has tested their launch systems like the Shahab series of launch and delivery vehicles and the attendant guidance and control systems, and they certainly had fine mentors along the way. The cabal has assisted Iran along all the pathways for acquisition of a nuclear weapon; from system requirements, specifications, prototyping, development, and acquisition. Iran has NEVER had to go it alone.
These are facts. Please feel free to challenge our findings and discuss where you think we have gone wrong.
· The coalition of Russia, China and North Korea have assisted Iran in achieving a nuclear capable weapon. Since the 1979 sanctions have been in place, Iran has had free reign to develop their nuclear weapons program unabated. This weapons program was under the guise of a nuclear energy program for domestic energy production. China and North Korea during this same timeframe developed their nuclear programs, maturing same to include land-based and sea-launch weapons systems, testing their entire launch, delivery and detonation process through actual nuclear detonations.
· Iranian Government observers, research scientists, and senior Military officials have been on-site in North Korea for all their tests of nuclear component systems. In essence, Iran has had the benefit of having North Korea essentially do their development and testing for them.
· Iran was able to test their launch systems (i.e., the Shahab series of launch and delivery vehicles and the attendant guidance and control systems). Russia, China and North Korea always had the latitude and time to develop and test warhead design, fissionable material and detonation testing. Iran participated onsite in most all of the scheduled testing.
· The coalition of Russia, China and North Korea have assisted Iran along all the pathways for acquisition of a nuclear weapon, from system requirements, specifications, prototyping, development, and acquisition. Iran has NEVER had to go it alone. The coalition support them 100%.
It is now clear that since 2009, the Obama administration has crafted a plan that guarantees Iran will have a nuclear weapon, and the devil is in the details. For instance; the copy of the agreement handed out in English for the American delegation did not fully replicate the copy handed out in Farsi for the Iranians. The American delegation never mentioned this to the West and especially not to the American people nor Congress. The Iranian delegation read both the English and Farsi-worded agreements, and declared that while they agreed with the one in Farsi, the one in English WAS NOT THE SAME, AND WAS IN NO WAY ACCEPTABLE TO THEM.
In addition, there are more devils in the details, and these are in the side agreements between Iran and the IAEA. We now know that one of those arrangements calls for Iran to actually be its own inspecting body. The fox gets to be the hen house security team. With Obama’s statement to Russian President Dimitri Medvedev in 2012, incoming President Vladimir Putin knew he had the green light on a host of issues with the now famous “live mike” incident.
The green light was not just for missile defense, it also applied to all things Iran. We know this because Iranian Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani was seen in Moscow despite a worldwide travel ban, just prior to Secretary of State John Kerry testifying before Congress on the agreement reached with Iran.
Being proven communist sympathizers, John Kerry, Obama, and his henchwoman, Iranian born Valerie Jarret, it is demonstrable that their plan has always been to aid that cabal. Prime negotiator John Kerry, who has his very own place in Communist Vietnam’s War Memorial with a photo, recently admitted that his daughter married an Iranian-American who has extensive family ties to Iran. Incidentally, Kerry’s chief counterpart in the nuclear deal negotiations, Mohammad Javad Zarif’s son was the best man.
We remind all that Barack Obama, mentored during his formative years by Frank Marshall Davis, a confirmed member of the American Communist Party, is also demonstrably not only predisposed to support all things Islam, he has a close relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood as has been proven in the “Betrayal Papers” series.
Now that the agreement has become a settled international agreement, where the United States would be going it alone if Congress somehow negates our involvement in it, the world will release of up to $150 Billion in Iranian assets all but guarantees funding for their nuclear weapons program and their terrorist proxies, Hezbollah, and Hamas and others, to include Assad of Syria.
What better way to wipe Israel off the face of the earth than a well-timed and specifically-delivered nuclear weapon? And what better time to “negotiate” a pathway to “achieving” a nuclear weapons capability, than when you already have one? It is important to note as well, that Iran has been designing plans for the United States as well, after all, intercontinental ballistic missiles are not intended for neighboring Israel, they are aimed at the United States and they have plans for an EMP already drafted.
In January 2014, the Arms Control Association even agreed that “…as Iran progresses down a path towards a nuclear-weapons capability, the difficulties in finding a compromise that would protect against a nuclear-armed Iran while being acceptable to the leadership in Tehran have grown.” Obama and Kerry are pushing an agreement upon America that surely many members of Congress have not read, and are not adding to the confidence level needed to ensure Iran does not “go nuclear.”
IT WON’T BE LONG BEFORE IRAN DETONATES ITS FIRST NUCLEAR DEVICE.
In 2015, given that the Iranians have not agreed to any inspection of any facility for many years, and WILL NOT NOW AGREE TO INSPECTION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, the odds that Iran already has a nuclear weapon are really quite high. Why is it acceptable to so many that Iran gets to be its own inspector? The likely answer is, they know Iran already has the capability.
From the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) web site: “Iran acquired the Soviet R-17 (R-300; NATO: Scud-B) from Libya. Tehran has continued to utilize a number of foreign suppliers to develop a missile production infrastructure. To date, Iran claims to have developed five liquid-propellant ballistic missiles, (the Shahab-1, Shahab-2, Shahab-3, Ghadr-1 and Qiam); the Safir space launch vehicle (SLV); and the solid-propellant Sejjil missile.”
With $150 Billion in assets already flowing their way, they will finalize the first series of deliverable weapons. A first-strike launch against Israel? Support of international radical Islam, the global Caliphate, and terrorism will accelerate worldwide. Nothing will stop Iran and its proxies now if the “Iran Deal” goes forward.
The so-called “Iran Deal” is moot at this time and not worth the paper it is written on. The cabal wins!

MILITARY EXPERTS: IRAN ALREADY HAS NUCLEAR WEAPONS
Corsi, NEW YORK – Amid debate over President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran, two retired military officers contend their accumulation of evidence from open and intelligence sources shows Tehran already has a nuclear-weapons capability.
Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Dennis B. Haney assert that since 1979, a cabal of nations has aided and abetted Iran in its efforts to develop a robust nuclear program under the guise of generating a nuclear-energy system.
And they believe the White House is fully aware.
In an interview, Vallely told WND that President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry and chief White House adviser Valerie Jarrett “are treading on treason under the U.S. Constitution for aiding and abetting Iran, a known enemy of the United States, while throwing Israel, a longtime U.S. ally, to the wolves.”
They charge the cabal is mainly comprised of Russia, China and North Korea, which have worked behind the scenes in collaboration with Iran to put all the parts in place.

The assistance includes providing the material needed to make a bomb. Vallely and Haney believe Iran can make a bomb now, and a “breakout” nuclear test detonation is imminent.
‘Treading on treason’
Vallely told WND that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “knows that Israel has little option but to launch a pre-emptive military strike on Iran, and I suspect Saudi Arabia will assist Israel militarily when the attack occurs.”
“Signing a nuclear agreement legitimizes Iran’s nuclear weapons future, while removing sanctions that gives Iran access to billions of dollars that can be diverted to advancing Iran’s terrorist goals against the United States and Israel,” Vallely said.
Haney agreed.
“President Obama has given the green light to the potential destruction of Israel by signing this agreement while Iran swears ‘death to Israel,’” Haney told WND.
“President Obama knows Iran has the bomb, and he knows Iran plans a nuclear attack on Israel. Obama has never liked Israel; he does not see Israel in the future of the Middle East that he sees dominated by radical Islam.”
Haney said Obama “is simply covering his tracks with this nuclear agreement with Iran.”
“The point is that Obama already knows Iran has the bomb and the entire negotiation has been nothing more than a charade, a smoke screen to cover up that Iran already has the bomb,” he said.
“The White House and Secretary of State Kerry know that Iran already has nuclear weapons capability and, to protect Obama’s legacy, the White House does not want it known Iran was allowed to develop nuclear weapons on Obama’s watch,” he explained.
“This way, a pathway for Iran to get the bomb has been created and put in place, so when Iran finally announces it has a nuclear weapon, Obama can argue that Iran simply got the bomb quicker than anybody anticipated, but not in violation of the agreement.”
He declared: “Iran is a nuclear weapons power now!”
In a joint statement, Vallely and Haney say an accumulation of available evidence shows a coalition of Russia, China and North Korea have assisted Iran since 1979 in achieving a nuclear weapon, despite sanctions, under the guise of a domestic nuclear energy program.
Vallely explained to WND that he and Haney have taken a systematic approach to evaluating each component needed to deliver a nuclear weapon, from the development and testing of a ballistic missile system, to the design of a nuclear weapons warhead, to the development of the weapons-grade uranium needed to produce a bomb.
“To come to our conclusion that Iran is a nuclear weapons power right now, we supplemented publicly available research, plus information from intelligence sources, including Iranian resistance groups such as the National Council of Resistance of IRAN, NCRI,” Vallely explained. “With the assistance of Russia, China and North Korea, Iran has developed and tested every component needed to develop and deliver a nuclear weapon against Israel.”
WND reported in February that the NCRI, in a Washington, D.C., press conference, added to a series of disclosures it made regarding Iran’s secret nuclear weapons program more than a decade ago. NCRI has claimed Tehran is operating a secret uranium-enrichment site northeast of the capital city that was not disclosed during the recent negotiations to the United States or to the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA.
Vallely and Haney made clear in their statement their conclusion that Iran will soon detonate its first nuclear device.
“Iranian government observers, research scientists and senior military officials have been on-site in North Korea for all their tests of nuclear component systems,” they said. “In essence, Iran has had the benefit of North Korea doing their development and testing for them.”
They said Russia, China and North Korea “always had the latitude and time to develop and test warhead design, fissionable material and detonation testing.”

‘Ties to Iran’
Vallely and Haney combine their analysis of Iran’s nuclear weapons capabilities with an argument that Obama, Kerry and Jarrett have close ties to Iran that influence their political judgment.
All three allowed the United States to sign a nuclear weapons agreement with Iran knowing Tehran could develop a nuclear weapon today and realizing that an atomic Iran would be an existential threat to Israel, the retired officers said.
“Barack Hussein Obama, raised and schooled in Islam, mentored by American Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis, with his primary adviser being Iranian-born Valerie Jarrett, has crafted a plan that guarantees Iran will have a nuclear weapon,” they said.

In 2009, Kerry’s daughter, Vanessa Bradford Kerry, married a Los Angeles-based Iranian-American physician, Dr. Brian (Behrooz) ValaNahad, who was born in New York, educated at UCLA, attended medical school at Yale and completed his internship and neurosurgery residence at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
The Nemazee connection
WND has reported the ties between American–Iranian Hassan Nemazee and John Kerry and Hillary Clinton.
Nemazee, prominent in Democratic Party fundraising since Bill Clinton’s second term in the White House, is an American-Iranian now serving time in federal prison for criminal bank fraud. Nemazee’s family fortune in Iran traces back to the Iranian opium shipping trade with China that began in the mid-1800s.
Nemazee’s credentials in raising money for Democratic Party presidential hopefuls is impressive. In 2004, he served as Kerry’s presidential campaign fundraising chairman in New York, and in 2008, he served prominently as one of Hillary Clinton’s most successful national presidential campaign fundraising chairmen.
Coincidentally, Jarrett was born in Shiraz, Fars Province, Iran, in Nemazee Hospital, named after Hassan Nemazee’s father, who had the distinction of transitioning the Nemazee family opium trade with the Far East into the 20th century.
‘Let’s provide Iran nuclear fuel’
WND reported that during his first presidential debate with President George W. Bush in 2004, Kerry, then the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, argued that the U.S. should provide nuclear fuel to Iran. Kerry said the U.S. should trust Tehran, as had President Clinton with North Korea, that the Iranians would not use the fuel to make a bomb.
In the early 1970s, Pyongyang had begun to acquire nuclear fuel and plutonium processing technology from the Soviet Union to expand North Korea’s IRT-2000 research reactor that was gradually diverted to nuclear weapons development.
Then, in October 1994, former President Jimmy Carter announced from Pyongyang that Kim Il-sung had accepted the broad deal later formalized as the “Agreed Framework.” Within less than a decade, North Korea withdrew from the Nonproliferation Treaty and prohibited IAEA inspectors to actively monitor Pyongyang for nuclear weapons activities.
Vallely and Haney, both members of the independent Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi, made clear they are speaking for themselves regarding Iran and not on behalf of the commission.

I checked out some of her experiences with other examples just to corroborate. It turns out she is or was not the only victim. Although Soleilmavis somewhat cautiously points toward American Intelligence agencies without specifically naming one, the fact is many nations with resources explored remote mind control tactics and technologies for their own national purposes and interests. I am guessing the global Intelligence situation was a ‘keep up with the Jones’ scenario.

Whistleblower Reveals Military Mind Control Project At Major University
What if the government could change people’s moral beliefs or stop political dissent through remote control of people’s brains?
Sounds like science fiction, right? Well, a leaked document reveals that the US government, through DARPA research, is very close to accomplishing this.
Activist Post was recently contacted by an anonymous whistleblower who worked on a secret ongoing mind-control project for DARPA. The aim of the program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields.
The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. The DARPA funding for this project can be confirmed on the ASU website here. The head of the project, Steve Corman, has worked extensively in the area of strategic communication as it applies to terrorism and “extremism” – or what could be called “the war of ideas.”

This DARPA research brings about many ethical questions and dilemmas. Mainly, this research aims to literally induce or disrupt the operation of narratives within the brain. In other words, this research aims to stop individuals from thinking certain thoughts and make others believe things they normally would not believe. This research has tremendous interrogation possibilities and could potentially be used to more successfully spread propaganda or stop political upheaval to an unsuspecting public.
Abstract – In July 1995 the CIA declassified, and approved for release, documents revealing its sponsorship in the 1970s of a program at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, CA, to determine whether such phenomena as remote viewing “might have any utility for intelligence collection” [1]. Thus began disclosure to the public of a two-decade-plus involvement of the intelligence community in the investigation of so-called parapsychological or psi phenomena. Telepathy … and the Technology of Mind Control
This page documents actual government experiments primarily from USA but mentions foreign precursor governments as well. The projects are documented as real however the descriptions – in my opinion – is logical conjecture based on incomplete de-classified documents and trusting on the reliability of anonymous and revealed witnesses.
A “profane” or materialistic view of telepathy became commonplace after World War II. Just as new mathematical models and theories of physics had been brought to bear on development of the atomic bomb, so too new tools were brought to bear on the human mind.
Just as Cold War scientists raced to design rocket engines and missile technologies that would give their country superiority on the nuclear battlefield, so too did scientists rush to develop ever more complex and thorough models of the human brain. They literally began to see the brain as a mental battlefield.
Implicit within this Cold War race to acquire brain “technology” was the crude assumption that the human mind could be mechanically “modeled” or understood as an artificial construct. The brain began to be viewed as a complex “thinking machine” or computer that could be analyzed, broken into component parts, and back-engineered.
Within this context, telepathy began to be seen as an exotic form of mental radio transmission, only one of many communication functions performed by the mental machine.
Communication per se was nothing new. But technicians became fascinated by the potential to communicate silently and covertly, at a distance. Likewise, telepathy seemed to offer a powerful means to distract and confuse the enemy, to program assassins, or to forcibly extract secret information from an enemy’s mind.

I first became aware of Allan H. Frey’s work at Willow Grove in 1972, just after completing “The Holographic Concept of Reality.” I was working with Dr. Carl Scheicher (MRU) at the time, and was asked about the significance of this work. Realizing its possible use in mind control, my first reaction was to go on “red alert.”
Full significance was not yet understood at this time. Basically, Frey had discovered another sensory motor input in the higher blue-band frequencies of 0.3-3.0 GHz. – at very low amplitudes of power. It was “as if” we had another type of “vision,” but did not know how to “see” what was being received. It constituted the next generation of subliminal communications.

What got this paper classified “top secret” for almost 20 years was that it was critical for the use of Allan Frey’s study, and its possible application to mind control. I never was able to draw what was so important in that initial paper until I began researching this paper, more than 24 years later. I will discuss those aspects further into this document.
In 1961, Allan Frey, a freelance biophysicist and engineering psychologist, reported that humans could hear microwaves. Most United States scientists dismissed this discovery as the result of outside noise.
James C. Linn offered a more technical description of the experiment.
“Frey found that human subjects exposed to 1310 MHz and 2982 MHz microwaves at average power densities of 0.4 to 2 mW/cm2 perceived auditory sensations described as buzzing or knocking sounds. The sensation occurred instantaneously at average incident power densities well below that necessary for known biological damage and appeared to originate from within or near the back of the head.”

The other two books are “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” and “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man – The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000”.
The book “The Queen of the South in Matthew 12:42” is Christian in nature and proposes a theory racial migration by the descendants of Shem (Noah’s son). The theory is completely new to me so I have to do a bit of contemplation before I can concur with her theory.
According to Soleilmavis Liu the future of Queen of the South is not a reference to the Queen of Sheba that may or may not have hooked up with Solomon, rather she will be a gal from South China of the Dong-Yi people whom she traces through a migration of some descendants of Shem.
A PDF posted by Nature and Science by Soleilmavis entitled “The Ends of the Earth” in 2011 sounds like a precursor to her book about the Queen of the South. Here is the abstract of that PDF:

The Brief History and Brief legends
Since Peleg, the world was divided (Genesis 10-25).and the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth (Genesis 11-8).
The descendants of Shem spread out over all the Continent of Asia to North and East. The journeys for them to “the East Corner” and “The North Corner” were not very long.
Jesus Christ was the descendant of Jacob (Israel) and Shem. In Old Testament Bible Stories, God used Jews stories to teach us that when the Jews obeyed God, they did well. When they disobeyed, the consequences were bad. In New Testament Bible Stories God told us stories of Jesus and his 12 disciples (12 apostles) who lived near Jerusalem.
The Queen of the South was also the descendant of Shem.
The Queen of the South is offspring of the Dong-Yi People and Dong-Yi Culture. She is also the son of the Woman and Son in Revelation 12, or Liu Bang’s mother and her son, who were offspring of the Dong-Yi People.
The Queen of the South is also and offspring of the Queen of Sheba(1) in 1 Kings10: 1-13, who was an offspring of Sheba(1) and the Dong-Yi People.
There is even more and probably better context of Soleilmavis’ theory on the Queen of the South, but there is not a copy and paste option with Google Books. I had to transcribe those two short paragraphs.
In all honesty this is very divergent from what I studied in Bible School. I have not had the opportunity to read the entire book yet thus those two above paragraphs could be out of context to the whole of Soleilmavis’ End Times book. So I am withhold specific criticism of her thoughts at this time.
The esteemed preacher Charles Spurgeon identifies the Queen of the South as being from Abyssinia orArabia Felix. Today Abyssinia correlates to Ethiopia in East Africa and Arabia Felix to Yemen. Christians tend to lean to the belief the Queen of Sheba came from Ethiopia while the Muslims lean to Yemen. In either case there is a bit of a discrepancy with a Chinese Queen of Sheba propounded by Soleilmavis. But as I said I need to read the full context; ergo for the sake of curiosity it would be tempting to purchase “The Queen of the South Matthew 12:42”.
Soleilmavis’ third promoted book is “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man – The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000”. Keeping in mind her thoughts on the migration of some of the descendants of Shem, she explores cultural memes of China. Soleilmavis is not harsh toward the Mao-Marxist cultural changes to China but in a courteous manor she reasons the Marxist influences have affected the moral stature of Chinese culture in the present to the negative. Soleilmavis’ even tone is understandable since she was born and raised in the People’s Republic of China and her lecture at a Shanghai university of course would be scrutinized by the Chinese government. All of which is certainly brave because Soleilmavis Liu is a devout professing Christian in a nation that does not look too favorable on the Christian faith.
Soleilmavis’ third book “The Struggles of an Ordinary Man – The Turbulent History of China Through a Farmer’s Eyes from 1930 to 2000” examines the socio-cultural aspect of the everyday Chinese citizen. She calls this segment of China the “Ordinary Man,” I sense in American terms that would be the common man.

As you can guess the data I find the most interest in are Soleilmavis’ experiences with government agency mind control experiments on unfortunate involuntary victims. This is something one does not hear much about because it is too often relegated to the dark rooms of Conspiracy Theory. Once something is branded Conspiracy Theory those who consider themselves rational human beings become skeptical of the theory’s validity. Nevertheless Soleilmavis is not a lone dog in this victimization and there is some documentation as I have related earlier in this post.

Arab nations agree on unified military force amid Yemen fighting, Egyptian TV reports (Jerusalem Post 3/26/15)
CAIRO – Arab foreign ministers agreed a draft resolution on Thursday to form a unified military force, the Arab League’s secretary general said at a meeting in Egypt.
The agreement came after warplanes from Saudi Arabia and Arab allies struck Shi’ite Muslim rebels fighting to oust Yemen’s president on Thursday, in a major gamble by the world’s top oil exporter to check Iranian influence in its backyard without direct military backing from Washington.
“The Arab … ministers agreed on adopting an important principle, which is forming the unified Arab military force,” Nabil Elaraby told reporters after the meeting in the resort of Sharm El-Sheik.
“The task of the force will be rapid military intervention to deal with security threats to Arab nations,” Elaraby added.
The draft resolution will be referred to the Arab leaders during their March 28-29 summit in Egypt.

Beware ISIS strategy that fortifies Russia, Iran, and Syria (Washington Times 3/2/15)
In asking Congress to authorize the use of military force against Islamic State militants, President Obama stressed the importance of showing the world “we are united in our resolve.” Demonstration of united resolve against blood-thirsty terrorists whose ranks, ambitions and territory have grown exponentially is important. But forging strategy to battle ISIS without also forging strategy to thwart Syria, Russia and Iran is a terrible mistake.

DIA: Islamic State Spreading Beyond Syria and Iraq (Washington Free Beacon 2/3/15)
