Jerome Corsi has written an interesting article on yet another half-brother of President Barack Hussein Obama. It is evident that Barack Senior liked the foreign ladies as well as the ladies of his home nation of Kenya. Corsi writes about Mark Obama Ndesandjo who is releasing a book in September that is apparently unflattering to Barrack Junior.

At this point I’d just like to state I am no longer a supporter of the Birther ideology that Obama was really born in Kenya and that his Birth Certificate was fraudulently reproduced to appear Obama was born in Hawaii. I still believe the Obama Junior Birth Certificate was doctored with an unclear reason that one can only theorize. My biggest suspicion is when Obama’s mother remarried another foreign man of Muslim heritage and moved to Indonesia that there was a citizenship change. Even if this is true I am unsure how dual citizenship would mess up Obama’s eligibility for President unless one makes the case Obama Senior was a foreign national, meaning Obama Junior was the son of one Natural Born citizen and a foreign national born on American soil. Still, as much as anyone makes an issue that the Constitution requires two American citizens (Natural Born or Naturalized) to eligible for President, the Constitution is indeed vague enough giving Congress the power to redefine eligibility as long as one is born on American soil.

Then there is the issue of Obama going to great legal lengths to obfuscate Birthers from finding missing links in Obama’s early childhood and relationship to his foreign-Muslim born father and moving to Indonesia living with his foreign-Muslim born Indonesian Step-father as well as all the school records between here and there and here again. The more the Birthers dug into his past the more important it became for President Obama to toss a public bone. Thus the release of the enigmatic Birth Certificate with the appropriate Hawaiian documentation BUT a lot of suspicious holes as to authenticity.

At any rate I believe Obama is eligible to be President even if under cryptic circumstances it is obvious the current POTUS is still hiding something. Add that to all the lies that are a heartbeat away from being exposed via covered-up and/or hidden documents pointing toward the Constitution’s definition of the design of High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Probably Obama is safe from impeachment as long as the Republican Establishment cites Senate control by the Dems and their fear that another discussion of impeaching a President will damage the Republic of the USA. The Republican Establishment is more concerned about political expediency than protecting the integrity of the U.S. Constitution.

So this is my qualified Birther denial. In case you case you are unaware Jerome Corsi is still a devoted Birther and so writing this article on Mark Obama Ndesandjo had to be a certain joy.

NEW YORK – Yet another Obama relative is about to surface in the United States to cause the president grief over the credibility of key aspects of the autobiography that helped propel him to the White House, “Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.”

Mark Obama Ndesandjo, Barack Obama’s Kenyan half-brother, plans to release Sept. 16 his own autobiography, “An Obama’s Journey: My Odyssey of Self-Discovery across Three Cultures,” published by Globe Pequot Press.

WND reported in December Ndesandjo initially planned to self-publish the book.

In an advance copy of the 374-page memoir obtained by WND, Ndesandjo describes his relationship with his half-brother as distant and strained.

In an appendix, Ndesandjo disputes as inaccurate and a fabrication much of what Obama presented as his African roots in “Dreams from My Father,” which was used to introduce his complex family story to the nation.

Ndesandjo’s mother was Ruth Baker, a Jewish Bostonian that Barack Obama Sr. met and married while pursuing graduate studies at Harvard. Barack Obama is the son of the Kenyan and his second wife, Stanley Ann Dunham, a white student he met while studying at the University of Hawaii.

Baker was a 1958 graduate of Simmons College in Boston with a degree in business.

Commonly known as Ruth Nidesand in most Obama biographical accounts, she followed Barack Obama Sr. back to Africa and married him in Kenya in a civil ceremony Dec. 24, 1964.

After Baker divorced Barack Obama Sr., she and her two sons by Barack Obama Sr. took on the surname of their stepfather, Ndesandjo.

Ndesandjo’s new book enters the controversy over “Dreams,” which WND columnist Jack Cashill has argued not only contains fictional accounts but was written largely by former Weather Underground domestic terrorist and Marxist activist Bill Ayers.

Ndesandjo currently lives in Shenzhen, China, where he gives piano lessons to orphans.

He plans to be in the U.S. for two weeks in mid-September. He will launch “An Obama’s Journey” with a book signing Sept. 13 at a Barnes & Noble store in Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood.

‘So close, yet so far’

Ndesandjo opens the book with a prelude that describes his meeting with his half-brother at the St. Regis hotel in Beijing in 2009.

“Hearing a sound behind me, I turned to see someone standing in the doorway, cast into shadow by the bright light from the corridor outside,” he wrote of first seeing Barack in China. “I recognized the outline of those big, mouse-like ears that always seem to stick out. He stepped into the light and I saw his calm, serious face.”

Impulsively, Ndesandjo hugged Barack.

“Suddenly, he hugged me back,” he continued the narrative.

“I detected a faint smell of cigarette smoke and knew that, in spite of his and Michelle’s best efforts, today he had been playing truant.”

At that meeting, Ndesandjo reflected back on a piece of Chinese calligraphy he had given Barack at a previous meeting, in Austin during the 2008 presidential campaign. It read: “So close, yet so far. So far, yet so near.”

Ndesandjo reflected that Obama was close to him in the elaborately decorated hotel meeting room in China, yet so far away emotionally.

“Yet could I honestly have expected that some old photographs, or even the novel I had written, would get my brother to open up to me for the first time?” he wrote.

“How could the beliefs he had clung to for decades, the entrenched admiration of an adult for his father, be in any way altered by the views of a brother he hardly knew?”

‘To me my father had always been dead’

Ndesandjo writes graphically of his father’s proclivity for domestic violence.

“We Obamas have big hands,” he wrote.

“They can be used to create or to debase. My hands enable me to comfortably reach across twelve keys and play piano well. My father would use his big hands to knock my mother down when he came home from a night of drinking. I would move protectively toward her and clutch her legs, crying. I know now why I mostly remember her legs, not her torso, or even her face.”

He writes of being woken up as a child in the middle of a Kenyan night:

“When I was abruptly woken up, I would see light streaming in around the sides of the door. There would be thumps and yells, often followed by the sound of my mother screaming in pain or anger. Once I heard a loud crash and rushed to the door of the living room. By the orange light I saw my mother on the floor and my father standing over her, his hands clenched.”

The memories of domestic violence haunt Ndesandjo even now.

“Now as an adult, when I try to remember more, it becomes painful for me and I close my mind. I can only imagine how it must have felt for a child, any child, to have been unable to protect the ones he loved the most. Every blow my father gave my mother I felt, and each time it seemed to shatter the safe world I was trying to construct for myself, through refuge in study or play.”

Ndesandjo writes compellingly of his father’s downward spiral working as a bureaucrat in the Kenyan government.

“By the end of his third marriage, Barack Obama Sr.’s once-bright spark had decayed into smoldering ashes,” he said.

“Under normal circumstances, my father’s brilliance would have propelled him to a magnificent, perhaps glorious, career. However, the nepotism and tribalism that were rife in the young republic of Kenya combined to raise obstacles in his path; his tactlessness and flamboyant behavior, plus the scars left behind by his own traumatic upbringing did the rest. The government jobs he was offered became more and more inconsequential.”

In one particularly insightful passage, Ndesandjo copes with the impact his white, Boston-bred mother and African father had on shaping his own psyche.

“His [Barack Obama Sr.’s] self-hatred and tendency toward self-sabotage was passed down and became part of my identity,” he confesses.

“My mother’s lily-white skin and my father’s ebony-black visage come to symbolize an eternal incompatibility in my mind’s eye. For a long time I hated to have anything to do with what my father represented, whether it was him personally, or even the positive aspects of African culture. In violent reaction to him, I turned passionately toward Western culture and music, which brought me a measure of solace.”

Barack ‘embraced his African side’

In 1988, after graduating from Brown University, Ndesandjo met Barack for the first time in an encounter in Kenya Ndesandjo describes as awkward at best.

Ndesandjo says he had not even known his older brother’s name until that moment. His mother annonced (sic) that Barack Obama from the United States was sitting on the living room couch, waiting to meet him.

“Who was this person?” Ndesandjo wrote, remembering his reaction to meeting the future president.

“What should I call him: Brother or Barack? Why did he want to see me? What could I possibly do for him? What did he want? There was a cold, empty feeling in the pit of my stomach. For some reason I felt like a fraud, imperfect, even impure.”

Ndesandjo asked his mother to tell Barack that he was not home, then, relenting, he sat down with Barack as their first meeting turned into looking over old family photo albums.

“Overall, it was a very awkward, cold meeting,” Ndesandjo recalled.

Referring to their father, he said it was as “though the skeleton that no one ever talked about had strayed into the middle of a family party.”

The next day, when they met a second time, Ndesandjo took a close look at his half-brother.

“Barack stood in front of the car, I believe a Volkswagen,” he wrote. “In the sunlight I could see him better than I had the last time. He was taller and thinner than me, with a huge mass of unkempt hair framing an angular face. His nose was large and broad, his eyes piercing and direct. His clothes again were very plain: a simple cotton shirt and green or pale blue trousers.”

Ndesandjo described their lunch together during that second day as filled with tension, as Barack struggled to embrace the African heritage of a father Ndesandjo had rejected. Ndesandjo had refused even to use the Obama name, unable to forget, as a child, experiencing the alcoholism and brutality of their father.

Today, U.S.-educated Ndesandjo is an accomplished brush calligrapher and pianist who has issued three CDs of his music.

In 2009, he published his first book, “Nairobi to Shenzhen: A Novel of Love in the East.”

He has created the Mark Obama Foundation Ltd. with the goal of fostering cultural exchanges between Asia, Africa and the U.S., with an emphasis on helping young people appreciate art.

Prior to President Barack Hussein Obama’s election in 2008 and about a couple of years afterwards I was a supporter of the Birther Movement. Birthers have been out of the news lately so if you have forgotten or are unaware what the Birthers stand for it goes something like this:

Birthers believe President Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya thus disqualifying him from eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Further Birthers believe Obama’s Hawaii Birth Certificate is a forgery created by extreme Leftists to allow Obama to be a kind of Manchurian Candidate representing interests counter to the U.S. Constitution.

My evolution as a Birther went from stalwart believer, to believer but the power of the Office of POTUS would never allow a successful exposé, to abandoning the Birther Movement because I do believe Obama was born in Hawaii all the way to the present where there is a big “BUT” about birth issues. That big “BUT” runs something like this:

President Barack Hussein Obama was indeed born in Hawaii; however his mother married a Muslim Indonesian and immigrated with him to Indonesia along with her son “Barry”. Somewhere along this line of moving from the USA to Indonesia Obama became Barry Soetoro with his stepfather’s last name. He was registered as a Muslim in an elementary school in Indonesia. At some point he came back to the USA to live with his grandparents on his mother’s back in Hawaii. Now it is in Obama’s immigration status where his eligibility for POTUS may get sketchy.

Obama’s stepfather Lolo Soetoro registered Barry into Fransiscus Assisi School at Jakarta, Indonesia. Barry went from the Catholic school to the prestigious Besuki Public School. The Besuki School was once called Carpentier Alting Stichting Nassau School founded by the Dutch for Dutch colonialists in Indonesia. In 1962 the Dutch school was taken over by the Indonesian government. The Indonesian government transformed the renamed Besuki School in a prestigious school catering to Indonesian elites. By the time Barry transferred to Besuki his stepfather Lolo Soetoro had an influential government job, thus enabling Barry to attend. It is at the Besuki School that a guessing game emerges about our current POTUS.

A Blaze investigative journalist team led by Charles C. Johnson speculates that Barry could not have attended the Besuki School unless he was an official Indonesian citizen probably by virtue of stepfather Lolo adopting him. Of course Indonesian citizenship in and of itself would not have meant that Barry surrendered his American citizenship because he was not of the age of majority to make such a decision. So obviously the Birther issue is not an election issue for President Barack Hussein Obama.

(Stanley) Ann Dunham sent Barry and his half-sister Maya (fathered by Lolo – born in Indonesia) back to Hawaii to be educated in Hawaii. As Barry Soetoro Obama citizenship was declared as Indonesian even though it does stipulate he was born in Hawaii. Obama graduates from a private school in Hawaii called Punahou School. Obama attended Punahou School from 1971 (5^th Grade) through to graduation in 1979. Relatively recently a fellow High School level student – Mia Marie Pope – claims Obama at the very least implied he was a foreign student of sketchy character that she guessed was a homosexual in man/boy relationships with old white men. BUT Obama supporters point out Ms. Pope might be trying to exploit the past by smearing Obama because there are other credible former classmates that provide a glowing picture of Obama’s character. Just like the impotence of Birther claims about Obama, Ms. Pope’s claim will do nothing to Obama’s present status as POTUS except perhaps to establish that which many Americans are already discovering (Huge scandal list); viz., that Obama lies to further his personal plans.

The thing that is sketchy is that Maya Soetoro retained her last name (until marriage) but what about Barry Soetoro? When did Barry the Indonesian become Barack Obama the Natural Born Citizen of America? Barry came to the USA/Hawaii to begin school at the 5^th grade level at a prestigious private school. Obama supporters might ask, “Who cares when Soetoro became Obama when Obama was born on American soil in Hawaii?” AGAIN, this is where the Birther issue is a dead issue. The issue is: How was Obama perceived as a citizen while attending school – elementary, secondary and college – in America? Did Obama receive an education based on being a foreign subsidized student from nation of Indonesia?

I can understand Obama’s school records in Indonesia are not complete. After all in the 1960s and 1970s Indonesia was basically a Third World nation, just beginning to operate as an independent nation free of Dutch colonial rule. In America school records were not then nor now sketchy. AND YET, Obama has gone to great lengths to keep those school records from America away from the public weal. Especially in the case of college, did Obama attend Occidental and Columbia and perhaps Harvard as a foreign exchange student receiving foreign discounts academically?

AGAIN, Obama supporters should ask, “What does it matter if Barack Obama the Natural Born Citizen received foreign benefits to attend American colleges? After all Obama was still born on American soil, right?”

AND AGAIN, I stipulate Obama’s birth is NOT the issue! The issue is did Obama defraud colleges with a foreign status that might have included taxpayer money to attain his academic credentials? Fraud would be illegal, right? And if Obama committed fraud, how in the world did such a history escape the notice of law enforcement or Presidential vetting? Let’s say there was nothing illegal in the process (frankly I just don’t know), shouldn’t

American voters have been privy that Obama lied somewhere along his career line on his way to the Office of POTUS in 2008 AND AGAIN in 2012?

In the meantime Barack Obama has been using the power of the POTUS to keep an eye on his critics and detractors. Of course Obama is not fond of the Birthers. The Birthers may be wrong at pushing the – where was he born? – agenda, but the intrusive demand of Birthers to examine documents and records that will taint Obama’s reputation as an egomaniac Marxist liar (Andrew McCarthy on Obama lying) has been something Obama has prevented from the public eye (SA HERE).

One such Birther big dog is Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse. Arpaio has been a thorn in Obama’s side by examining what documents are available. He is convinced the Obama Birth Certificate is a fraudulent forgery. The actual document in and of itself may indeed by a forgery; nonetheless there is plenty of evidence from other locations that Obama was born in Hawaii. BUT STILL Obama is a proven liar and his insistence to keep his school records and early documentation in the dark is nearly unprecedented among past U.S. Presidents. So how does President Barack Hussein Obama prevent Sheriff Arpaio from stumbling upon some actual smoking gun documentation that indisputably shows the President as a fraud and liar that may indeed include some prosecutable legal infractions? Use the power of the Executive Order and his sycophant Attorney General to harass the good Sheriff to keep him busy.

In a recent fund raising email Sheriff Arpaio lists how Obama has used his powers to keep the Sheriff busy. You can read that list because I am going to post that email to simply demonstrate how Obama abuses his power and authority as President of the United States. Whether you donate to Sheriff Arpaio’s plea for funding is totally up to you.

Let me lay it out for you. I continue to be under attack by Barack Obama’s federal government.

Two years ago, the Obama Justice Department sued me for so-called “civil rights” violations which turned out to be purely politically motivated, based on the timing of their lawsuit. Filed just months before the election, it was a blatant attempt on their part to influence my re-election as Sheriff.

But I won with your support.

Then, just two months after I was re-elected after being targeted by the media and millions of dollars in outside special interest groups, a recall campaign was launched against me.

But I beat them with your support.

Then, in the middle of the recall effort a federal judge claimed that my office engaged in racial profiling while we were enforcing illegal immigration laws. My office was following the guidelines that were laid out to us by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. Yet, I’m the one they pin the “racial profiling” label on.

That same judge has now ordered a “federal monitor” to oversee the actions of my office. This is an egregious attempt by the federal government to take over my office and keep me from doing the job I was elected to do.

Shortly after that judge’s ruling, another federal judge ruled that we can no longer detain illegal immigrants that pay a coyote, or professional smuggler, to sneak them across our borders! You see, Arizona passed a law years ago that made human smuggling a crime. Yet, in every other instance, paying someone to break the law for you means that you too are guilty of a crime. But now, a federal judge is saying local law enforcement has no power to detain these criminals.

Do you see a pattern here? The federal government is going out of their way to tie the hands of my office and my deputies to enforce the law – and take over the office of a constitutionally elected Sheriff! This is unacceptable and it is why we are appealing these rulings. We’ll go all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to. This aggression will not stand.

But you know how pervasive and aggressive the federal government can be, especially under Barack Obama’s Justice Department.

Maricopa County in Arizona has been the gateway into the United States for illegal immigrants, human smuggling, drug-trafficking and illegal weapons for years now. But I’m the bad guy for trying to stop it?

Look – I think the Birther agenda is a dead issue. For my two cents I don’t believe Obama was born in Kenya; However I do believe when his Communist mommy married an Indonesian Muslim and moved to Indonesia that Obama became an Indonesian citizen. I believe Obama went to college on immigrant scholarships making it a problematic issue as to his citizenship status from having a Kenyan father and an Indonesian step-father and still be eligible for the Office of President.

I think the Birther agenda is a dead issue because there is no way Obama’s army of private lawyers with the support of the Lame Stream Media that any movement of actual discovery will occur until Obama is long out of Office. The whole thing about the Birther agenda is to get rid of that ineligible man who has been elected President. I am afraid that won’t happen during Obama’s Presidency. As a side note though the Benghazigate information is beginning to snowball and could lead to an Obama impeachment.

I know Hispanic-American citizens both by birth and by naturalization will rail against me; nevertheless I believe illegal immigration must be strictly enforced. I believe immigration reform should occur to make it easier for south of the border folks to work in the USA. BUT I have a huge problem with south of the border folks coming to America illegally to receive welfare, medical and educational benefits that lower income American citizens cannot access.

Now in believing this so strongly about immigration and also not being a huge fan of Obama’s Leftist “Change” agenda for American culture I admire people willing to buck the system and do the right thing even if it is NOT politically correct.

One such person is Sheriff Joe Arpaio. The County Sheriff that has managed a little bit of public scrutiny on Obama’s unverified citizenship path and an enforcer of illegal immigration laws set up to prevent illegal alien/immigrants for getting a toe-hold on American soil.

Arpaio won his County election in November 2012 but is as usual with Leftist agenda folks that election victory was irrelevant if the law provides an easy path for a recall election to nullify the duly appointed election. Chunks of money – as I type – are now going into the coffers of recall election proponents to remove an old Joe who enforces the law rather than create the law ex nihilo without or against Constitutional law.

Below is a plea for financial support for Sheriff Joe to mount a campaign to offset the recall Leftists working inside Maricopa County but probably getting boots on the ground and money from Leftist coffers outside of Maricopa.

I’ve written to you before about the effort to remove me from office, and I wanted to provide you a quick update.

A group of open borders extremists are right now paying for signatures from voters around Maricopa County in order to force a recall election against me. They have already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on this effort and it is paying off for them.

As misdirected and delusional as these people are, their efforts are gaining momentum. Just last week the local newspaper reported that they have collected well over half of the required signatures to force an election.

Their deadline is May 30th and we are now hearing that the recall organizers are going to dump $500,000 to $1,000,000 in the closing days to pay for the remaining signatures.

Why do they want to remove me from office? It’s quite simple. I have become the poster boy for the radical left because of my unwavering support and enforcement of our state and country’s immigration laws.

John, time is running out and I need your help today.

I don’t live in Maricopa County in Arizona thus I cannot vote for or against Sheriff Joe Arpaio. I am gratified to hear that Sheriff Arpaio was reelected to another term of Office. Why? Arpaio has gained national attention because he makes sure inmates in his County jail don’t live in a country club lifestyle, he is bullish against illegal immigration and most recently he put together a team of forensic specialists to examine documents that are publically available concerning President Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility for the Office POTUS. The last politically incorrect endeavor places Arpaio squarely in the controversial and oft berated Birther crowd.

[Side Note: My stand on the Birther Movement is quite nebulous at the moment because I believe that BHO is definitely hiding something about his past but at the same time I believe Birthers are grasping straws rather than facts. This makes them look like loons. Nonetheless, as long as Birthers continue to be a thorn in BHO’s side I love reading their speculations with the hope that one day something become verifiable.]

Just three weeks after I was sworn into office for a sixth term as Maricopa County Sheriff, a group of radical extremists filed a recall campaign to forcibly remove me from office.

This is very serious. These left-wing groups of agitators are the same ones who spent millions against me in last year’s campaign in an effort to defeat me. Because they didn’t like the outcome of that election they are now going to spend millions of dollars to force a recall election this coming fall.

These sore losers just never stop. They figure if they can force an election in an off-year they’ll be able to turn out every pro-illegal immigrant voter and steal this election. We saw them do the very same thing to an Arizona State Senator just over a year ago.

It’s clear that these people will go to any lengths to see me defeated and out of office. They’ll resurrect all the lies, distortions and personal attacks from last year’s campaign and use them against me this year.

And what is this all about really? Why do they hate me so much? It’s simple: I am the only law enforcement official in this state that enforces our laws against illegal immigration. Period. Everything else they’ll talk about is a deceptive smokescreen because they know they cannot win on the issue of enforcing the law.

In fact, in their statement about the recall this group claims that I don’t “respect, defend or protect the rights guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution!” This, coming from the same group of people who have waged a relentless campaign against me in an effort to stop enforcing the laws! I have sworn an oath to protect and defend our United States Constitution probably more times than these clowns have pledged allegiance to our flag.

You were such an important part of my victory last year even though we faced insurmountable odds. I certainly did not plan on this recall, but I have to ask you again for your support. The fight starts now. Over the next several months I am going to be bombarded with negative attacks and lies. I must have the necessary resources to defend my record and run a winning campaign.

WND is continuing its following on the Birther issue, meaning the Holy Grail quest to prove that President Barack Hussein Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen (NBC).

I have stated in the past that I am doubtful the Birther Movement will ever gain traction enough to remove BHO from the Office of President. The power of the Executive Branch of the USA is too strong PLUS BHO enjoys the full support of the Mainstream Media (MSM) in indoctrinating Americans that BHO’s Birth Certificate issue is a laughable issue. Because of the power of the President and the Press and BHO’s army of private lawyers I doubt the real facts about BHO’s history from birth to the present will be known until after his death. BHO is a relatively young dude. Death will be some time away.

Believing this I am appreciative of the tenacity of Birthers. Especially now that the hypocritical Dems are calling for Romney to make his tax returns public. If Romney desires his tax returns to be private that is not even close to the nefariousness of BHO hiding his formative years through college. I’ve heard Bob Beckel of The Five continuously dodge important questioning of Obama’s Marxism/Socialism by changing the subject to Romney’s tax return, Swiss bank accounts and Bain Capital. What a load of Leftist hypocrisy, right?

So Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse shows another angle to reason Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate. The Cold Case Posse spokesman Mike Zullo either has libeled President BHO and Hawaii or he is telling the truth. If Zullo is telling the truth then there is at the very least some another cover-up to add to Fast and Furious. If Zullo is guilty of libel, then a civil suit needs to come from the President. If no civil suit comes from the President purporting that Zullo is spreading false or fabricating information, then it follows that Zullo is on to something.

After determining earlier this year there is probable cause to suspect the document released by the White House as Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said on Tuesday he believes his Cold Case Posse’s investigation should be advanced to the federal government, based on further information released Tuesday at a press conference in Phoenix that was live-streamed by WND.

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent.

The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio’s allegations.

Now, more than ever, it’s up to the American public – from coast to coast – to stand with Sheriff Joe in his efforts to uncover the truth by donating to the Cold Case Posse expenses, or contribute to a fund that supports investigations by both WND and the sheriff.

Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.

Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate.

“If a nation’s security is only as strong as its weakest link, then America may be in serious trouble,” Arpaio said in a statement. “Hawaii may be our weakest link and could have a serious impact on our nation’s immigration policy.”

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

§ The sheriff’s investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.

§ An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.

§ Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May.

§ Hawaii’s deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

§ The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

In prepared opening remarks, Arpaio chastised the media for the way it has handled the investigation.

“You have demeaned this investigation at every turn as silly and wasteful,” he said. “Your contempt about the subject and me for pursuing it has been duly noted.”

He urged media members to listen to Zullo’s presentation of the new evidence.

“Keep an open mind if you can,” he said. “Put away all you pre conceived ideas. Keep your eye on the ball.”

Arpaio’s investigation was initiated last October when 250 Maricopa County citizens approached him for help because they believed the electronic document presented by the White House to the American public was a forgery. Arpaio said he went ahead with the probe with the intent of being able to clear the president and put the matter to rest. But he explained the investigation found too many inconsistencies on the birth certificate.

“We also looked into the president’s selective service registration card and found that it, too, appeared to be fraudulent,” Arpaio said.

Investigators since then have traveled to Hawaii and have interviewed more witnesses, the sheriff said.

Addressing the coding issue, Zullo explained that the Hawaii Department of Health, which categorized vital information issued at the time of the president’s birth, used specific number codes that were written in pencil to transfer information from a paper birth certificate to a database file.

The codes seen on the document issued by the White House are not consistent with the information entered into the various fields, indicating the document has been altered or amended.

In the coding system, the number 9 indicates the information is not stated, meaning there should not be any information in the box in which the number is written.

However, the number 9 can be seen written in pencil next to the fields for “Usual Occupation,” “Kind of Business or Industry” and “Race of Father” on Obama’s document. Each of those fields are filled with information.

“This proves the document has been tampered with and information has been placed on it,” Zullo said.

Sheriff’s investigators tracked down the registrar who allegedly signed the White House’s birth document, U.K. Lee, who is now 95. She provided information that posed further inconsistencies with the story of Obama’s birth at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in 1961.

The investigators also analyzed the Hawaii Department of Health’s response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request that Obama’s birth information be verified.

They interviewed in person the Hawaii assistant attorney general to verify that the document presented by the White House was the same document on file with the Department of Health.

Investigators said they were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document, including the president’s date of birth.

They said they were equally troubled that the deputy attorney general would not confirm on record that the White House document matched what was on file with the health department.

The national security concerns raised by the investigation are based on Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8. which states:

338-17.8 Certificates for children born out of state.

Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

Arpaio and his investigators said they have deep concerns that the Hawaii Revised Statute is a loophole that makes it possible for foreign born children to illegally establish U.S. citizenship.

They said the concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

Zullo noted that, normally, when it’s necessary to prove a person is a U.S. Citizen, the main form of documentation is a state certificate of birth.

“It appears that in the case of Hawaii law, any person can obtain a birth certificate if any adult or their parents can prove that they resided in Hawaii for one year and paid taxes,” he said. “There is no requirement to show that the child itself was actually born in Hawaii or on U.S. soil.”

Okay then, If Obama is ever impeached for knowingly becoming President while ineligible, do you believe that is a capital crime?

Frankly I do not! I believe it is a crime worthy of prison and maybe even a suspended sentence. Obama’s agenda is heinous for America; however it is a Socialist agenda that is supported by a large amount of Americans wittingly or unwittingly. I believe that such a conviction in the Senate should negate all Presidential privilege for Obama’s records past and present.

If after examination of Obama’s records a worse nefarious crime is uncovered such as actively selling out to a foreign nation or a foreign interest, then and only then, should a capital crime be on the table.

At any rate I am bringing this up because of a numbskull in Texas spoke of the impeachment process and Senate conviction should lead to a public execution of Barack Hussein Obama. That stirred enough trouble that allegedly the Secret Service paid the numbskull a visit.

WND reports the incident as if a Secret Service investigation was intimidation of a Birther proponent violating his civil rights. But I got to tell ya, such language as “beheading” Obama in public execution warrants a look-see by the Secret Service the agency assigned to protect the President of the United States of America.

Just as a bit of clarification I am sympathetic to the Birther cause. I just don’t believe it is a winnable cause as long as Barack Obama is in the Office of President.

A Texas man and skeptic of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president has posted a video on YouTube revealing two investigators, reportedly from the Secret Service, questioning him at his home.

Rudy Davis, known also as “LoneStar1776″ on YouTube.com, posted video of the inquiry the day after he had uploaded another video in which he suggested Obama, after being convicted of treason for usurping the highest office the land, be executed for his crime.

When two men in dark suits showed up at his door the next day, Davis told them, “I think I know why you guys are here.”

Video of the exchange shows Davis explaining his belief that Obama is ineligible to be president and clarifying that he only wished the judicial system to execute Obama “once he has been convicted in a court of law.”

“OK,” the first investigator replied, “but you don’t mean to assassinate him?”

“No, sir,” Davis replied. “I don’t want to hurt anybody. I just want truth and justice in America.”

Show members of Congress how many others demand “truth and justice” in America in the name of constitutional integrity.

The investigators then began a series of “pertinent” questions they explained were required because, “We do have a job to do,” including the following:

§ “Have you ever been in the military?”

§ “Any handgun training, martial arts?”

§ “Do you belong to any groups or associations?”

§ “Have you ever traveled out to see the president?”

§ “Do you have any criminal history?”

§ “Do you own any weapons? All your weapons are registered?”

§ “Have you ever been hospitalized for mental [illness]? Family history of mental illness?”

§ “A possible search of your home – are you OK with that?”

§ “In the past year, how many places have you traveled to?”

§ “Do you have any siblings? Would you mind telling me who they are? What about parents? Can we talk to them?”

§ “Where do you work?”

Multiple times the investigator also asked, “Do you understand that threatening to harm someone is a crime as well?”

“I understand that,” Davis said, “but I have not threatened to harm [anyone].”

In Davis’ previous video, which presumably prompted the investigation, Davis had cited the example of England’s Oliver Cromwell beheading King Charles I as an example of what should be done to Obama.

“Once [Obama] is convicted in a court of law,” Davis said, “we don’t need to send him off to prison, we don’t need to send him out of the country, we need to behead him publicly.”

Why publicly?

“To show everybody that’s what happens to you when you come in to America and you lie and you forge and you fraud and you take over commander in chief when you know you’re not eligible,” Davis explained. “America doesn’t put up with that.

At one point, one of the investigators said, “We’d prefer if you didn’t film us,” but Davis asserted it was his property and his right to do so.

Still, in yet a third, follow-up video, Davis discounted the idea that the agents were attempting to be “intimidating.”

“They were very nice and cordial, and they were doing their job,” Davis said.

Davis also concluded, “Promoting the truth is a patriotic thing, even if it brings the Secret Service to your door.”

Here is a dose of Birtherism. The theme is based on a brochure that has a biography of Barack Obama prior to him running for President. The brochure was made to promote “the never-produced ‘Journeys in Black and White’”. The brochure was made in 1991. As you will read in the WND article the brochure would be of huge significance except for one thing: The makers of the brochure claim it was a fact check error in saying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya then raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.

WND then questions why this is not bigger news in the Mainstream Media alluding to blind support by the left leaning MSM. And yet the brochure news story is appearing in the Mainstream Media of the United Kingdom.

I can see the reason for the brochure issue being a non-started in the American MSM. The publishing company of the brochure – Acton & Dystel (or Dystel & Goderich – I am not checking on the reason for the name discrepancy) – maintains it was mere laziness in fact checking. In an election year when the creators of the brochure upfront say it was a fact check error, there is no MSM outlet that will touch on the Birther argument reflected in the brochure.

In my opinion though the question that the MSM is refusing to follow-up is this: Where did the Acton & Dystel staff find the bio info in the first place? The answer to that question could cause a dispelling of the Birther argument or the highlighting of the Birther argument. (Of Note: in 2007 Acton & Dystel still had BHO born in Kenya!)

Media chuckle at bio on Obama’s Kenya birth

When Breitbart News published a story yesterday on the discovery of a 1991 publishers’ brochure that stated Barack Obama was born in Kenya, reporters scrambled to write their own stories.

Well, some reporters. Others just chuckled.

A Google search today of reports on the story found Fox News conspicuous in its absence. Also missing in action were CNN, NBC, CBS, the New York Times and others.

ABC News posted a story quoting the woman who edited the brochure, Miriam Goderich, saying,”This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me – an agency assistant at the time.”

But the document could have a significant impact, according to authorities who have been investigating the veracity of Obama’s documentation, including his birth certificate and Selective Service registration form.

The preliminary finding of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s special investigative unit is that there is probable cause that Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate is a forgery.

Arpaio told WND after word of the claim of a Kenyan birth was released that the development “puts more smoke out there.”

And the old saying is? “Where there’s smoke there’s fire.”

The brochure was created by Acton & Dystel when it was promoting Obama as the author of the never-produced “Journeys in Black and White.”

That biography states:

“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group, and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. His commitment to social and racial issues will be evident in his first book, Journeys in Black and White.”

What’s wrong with just reporting the facts? Joseph Farah blasts the “anti-birther” narrative that infects most of the media – Bretibart.com included. Read Farah’s latest column, “Breakthrough on eligibility story,” now.

Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for Arpaio’s special unit, told WND it is a “very interesting development.”

“This does coincide with information we have been pursuing, in light of the recent disclosures about discrepancies in his book ‘Dreams from My Father,’” he said. “It does bolster the significance of Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation, and it brings into the light the fundamental question of where actually was Mr. Obama born.”

Establishment media abroad seemed far more interested in the background of Obama than American reporters. The Herald Sun wrote of the brochure: “The presidential campaign is already dominated by a divisive issue – gay marriage – but birther claims humming in the background will prove hard for Mr. Obama to avoid.”

The London Daily Mail said, “The simmering political row over President Obama’s heritage was dramatically reignited today as a 1991 booklet boldly announced that the Democrat was ‘born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.’”

At the London Telegraph, Tim Stanley wrote, “It’s incredibly strange that the literary agent approached by Breitbart.com does not remember Obama calling the agency to register a complaint and make a correction.”

Stanley said the bigger story would be why the “nugget” wasn’t part of the “wider discussion” about Obama during his first election campaign.

Back in the U.S., the Examiner’s Joe Newby pointed out that while the booklet was not proof of a Kenyan birth, observers said it fits a pattern of manipulation.

Erik Wemple blogged at the Washington Post, using one paragraph to mention the issue.

The story was mentioned on CNN’s website but only through a reader’s comment on a blog.

The Daily Oklahoman jumped into the fray with the report that Goderich was claiming the brochure was “a simple mistake and nothing more.”

The Daily Caller simply reported on the claim made in the brochure and Goderich’s insistence it was an error.

“Since 2008, Obama himself has kept alive the question of where he was born, partly by making jokes about it in speeches and fundraisers. His campaign has also sold Obama-themed products show his birth certificate,” the report said.

At the left-leaning Media Matters for America, Simon Maloy took note of the controversy, writing, “The Breitbartlings claim they’re not publishing this as bait for the unkillable birther conspiracy, but rather because … well, even they don’t seem too sure.”

Other comments:

§ A Powerline blogger wrote: “We know for sure that Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, because it was announced in a local newspaper. But we also now know that for sixteen years, his literary agent circulated a bio that said he was born in Kenya.”

§ At the Atlantic Wire was the headline: “Breitbart’s Editors: Hey, We’re Not Birthers, But Maybe You Should Be.”

§ At International Business Times was: “His birthplace has been something of a sticking point since he received the Democratic nod for the presidency in 2008. Since then, a group of latent nonbelievers, termed ‘Birthers,’ have doubted the president’s citizenship and challenged his assertion that he was born in Hawaii.”

Breitbart News published a disclaimer at the beginning of its article stating its late founder, Andrew Breitbart, was never a “Birther” and Breitbart News “has never advocated the narrative of ‘Birtherism.’” Breitbart himself once characterized it as “not a winning issue.”

Nevertheless, the biography is one of numerous published reports as well as personal claims that Obama was born abroad, including the recent testimony of a Chicago-area postal worker who reported he was told by the parents of Bill Ayers that Obama was a foreigner.

Allen Hulton, a retired Chicago-area mailman, has come forward with his first-person recollection of a clean-cut young man he identified as Obama who approached him and told him he was going to be president.

Hulton delivered mail to Tom and Mary Ayers in a Chicago suburb in the late 1980s and early 1990s and claims to have met Obama in front of the Ayers home.

He has given a sworn affidavit to investigators commissioned by Arpaio to determine whether Obama is eligible for Arizona’s 2012 election ballot. Hulton has recorded about three hours of video interviews with WND.

Hulton said that in conversations with Mary Ayers while on his route he learned of the couple’s enthusiasm and support for a black foreign student. One bright, warm Chicago land day, he recounted, he met the student who fit Mary Ayers’ description in front of the Ayers home in Glen Ellyn, Ill. That young man, Hulton is convinced, was Barack Obama.

As WND reported, Obama’s relationship with Bill Ayers – whom he dismissed in a 2008 debate as “just a guy who lives in my neighborhood” – plagued him in the 2008 presidential campaign and could resurface in this year’s election, as many questions remain.

Over a period of years in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Hulton estimates he spoke with Mary Ayers about 18 to 20 times and once to Tom Ayers, who died in 2007. Mary Ayers died in 2000.

“Sometimes Mary would be out when I delivered the mail, and we would exchange a few words on occasion,” he said, recalling that she liked to talk about her family.

“One day, Mary came to the door when I came up to the house with the mail,” he remembered. “After a greeting, she started enthusiastically talking to me about this young black student they were helping out, and she referred to him as a foreign student.”

Hulton assumed that by “helping” the student, Mary Ayers meant she and her husband were financially supporting the black foreign-exchange student with his education.

He said that Mary Ayers told him the student’s name, but that it was a “strange name” that he could not remember, even though at the time it sounded African to him.

“I was taken aback by how enthusiastic she was about him,” Hulton said. “And I believe she said he was from either Kenya or Indonesia, and I favor Indonesia in my recollection.”

WND has reported that when Obama was in Indonesia with his Indonesian stepfather and his mother from ages 6 to 10, he was registered in school as an Indonesian citizen and a Muslim. He went by the name Barry Soetoro, adopting the surname of his Indonesian stepfather. His mother’s passport listed him with the surname Soebarkah.

About a year after discussing with Mary Ayers the foreign student she and her husband were supporting, Hulton recalled meeting a young black male on the sidewalk in front of the Ayers home.

Hulton described the man as being in his early 20s, noting that he was tall, thin, had a light complexion and that his ears stuck out.

“He greeted me,” Hulton said. “He was very polite, dressed nicely, but informally – slacks and a dress shirt – and he spoke with no accent. Immediately this young black man entered into conversation with me. He told me he had taken the train out from Chicago and had come to thank the Ayers family personally for having helped him with his education.”

Hulton remembered asking the young man what his plans were for the future.

“He looked right at me and told me he was going to be president of the United States,” Hulton said.

President Barack Hussein Obama is using the power of the Justice Department to squelch Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Maricopa County volunteers known as the Cold Case Posse. Eric Holder has filed civil rights violations against Arpaio. I have to wonder if Holder’s interest is in civil rights violations or is Holder doing his master’s bidding to prevent more exposure of Obama’s cover-ups that at the least shows the President as a blatant liar or at worse the commitment of High Crimes and misdemeanors in relation to BHO’s eligibility to hold the Office of President.

I found this video captured by FOX Nation from ABC News of Sheriff Joe talks about the intentions and integrity of the Cold Case Posse investigating Barack Hussein Obama. It is my opinion this is the actual purpose for Holder’s Justice Department for suing Sheriff Joe.

PHOENIX – Federal authorities said Wednesday they plan to sue an Arizona county sheriff and his office over allegations of civil rights violations, including the racial profiling of Hispanics.

The U.S. Justice Department has been seeking an agreement requiring sheriff Joe Arpaio office to train officers in how to make constitutional traffic stops, collect data on people arrested in traffic stops and reach out to Hispanics to assure them that the department is there to also protect them.

Arpaio has denied the racial profiling allegations and has claimed that allowing a court monitor would mean that every policy decision would have to be cleared through an observer and would nullify his authority.

DOJ officials told a lawyer for Arpaio on April 3 that the lawman’s refusal of a court-appointed monitor was a deal-breaker that would end settlement negotiations and result in a federal lawsuit.

The “notice of intent to file civil action” came Wednesday from Assistant U.S. Attorney General Thomas Perez in a letter to an Arpaio lawyer.

Perez, who heads the DOJ’s civil rights division, noted that it’s been more than 100 days since the sheriff’s office received the DOJ’s findings report and federal authorities haven’t met with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office counsel since Feb. 6 to discuss the terms of a consent agreement.

At a news conference Wednesday afternoon, Arpaio defended himself in the face of the pending lawsuit.

“If they sue, we’ll go to court. And then we’ll find out the real story,” he said. “There’s lots of miscommunication emanating from Washington. They broke off communications.

“They’re telling me how to run my organization. I’d like to get this resolved, but I’m not going to give up my authority to the federal government. It’s as simple as that,” Arpaio added.

Last December, the DOJ released a scathing report accusing Arpaio’s office of racially profiling Latinos, basing immigration enforcement on racially charged citizen complaints and punishing Hispanic jail inmates for speaking Spanish in Arizona’s most populous county.

The DOJ also accused Arpaio of having a culture of disregard for basic constitutional rights.

The civil rights allegations have led some Arpaio critics to call for his resignation, including the National Council of La Raza, a prominent advocacy group for Latinos.

The sheriff’s office also is facing criticism over more than 400 sex-crimes investigations — including dozens of alleged child molestations — that hadn’t been investigated adequately or weren’t examined at all over a three-year period ending in 2007.

Arpaio has apologized for the botched cases, reopened 432 sex-crimes investigations and made 19 arrests.

Separate from the civil rights probe, a federal grand jury has been investigating Arpaio’s office on criminal abuse-of-power allegations since at least December 2009. That grand jury is examining the investigative work of the sheriff’s anti-public corruption squad.

The self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in America has been a national political fixture who has built his reputation on jailing inmates in tents and dressing them in pink underwear, selling himself to voters as unceasingly tough on crime and pushing the bounds of how far local police can go to confront illegal immigration.

The Mainstream Media (MSM) and politicians of both major political parties are in the tank to not talk about President Barack Hussein Obama’s oblique past. For years now BHO has gone to great lengths to obfuscate the nature of his birth certificate and academic related papers. These are things that usually are open to the public to vet a person to voters as well as to examine eligibility for Office. Now I realize that the time frame involved for Obama to have actually been born in Kenya then registered in a Hawaii hospital to show Natural Born Citizenship leans to a falsehood of being born in Kenya. On the other hand the time frame is not impossible just unlikely.

So one has to ask: why the heck is BHO being so obstructive concerning his long form birth certificate? BHO has very deceptively released birth certificate forms in stages. I believe this is propaganda to make Birthers look goofy.

Way too many experts have examined every birth certificate released by Obama and have shown that it is either not an original or is a doctored form forgery. The latest experts are known as the Cold Case Posse put together by Sherriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona. The MSM has propagandized the Cold Case Posse in a negative sense in public that none of them has done due diligence to examine the data to demonstrate fact or fiction. Rather the MSM has sided with the President’s nonchalant castigation of no matter what he puts out the Birthers will doubt its authenticity. The MSM has even failed to expose the intimidation the Cold Case Posse and other journalists have received from Obama channels to drop searching or else.

This is why I used the word “deceptively” about the process of releasing birth certificates in stages. That process has a huge potential to make a lie look like the truth.

In a demonstration of the deception employed by Barack Hussein Obama WND had found some information that shines light on another denial. BHO has gone out of his way to project a picture of barely being acquainted with Bill Ayers and his significant other Bernadine Dohrn. The reason for this distancing is that Ayers and Dohrn were Communist terrorists in the 60s. BHO has denied a strong bent toward Socialism let alone Marxism.

This WND story sent by email shows a different picture of Obama’s affection for Marxism. The story suggests that Obama was indeed groomed to be a Manchurian-like Candidate to schmooze Marxism into American culture.

A retired U.S. Postal Service carrier who delivered mail to Tom and Mary Ayers in a Chicago suburb in the late 1980s and early 1990s and claims to have met Obama in front of the Ayers home emphatically says yes to all three questions.

Obama refuses to waive privacy rights that would allow the Hawaii Department of Health to release any adoption records that may exist for him.

Even should Obama waive privacy rights, the Hawaii Department of Health might not feel compelled to release any adoption records that may exist. Tight restrictions to vital records have been enacted by the Hawaii State Legislature to seal any public documents pertaining to Obama’s birth records and his adoption status.

If Obama were adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, he may have compromised his eligibility to be president, according to Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which requires that a president be a “natural-born citizen,” which experts say means having both parents be U.S. citizens.

‘I’m going to be president of the United States’

Hulton says the claim made him speechless.

“I kind of stuttered a response and said that nowadays anything is possible. I wished him good luck with his ambition,” he says.

Immediately, Hulton associated the young black man with the foreign student Mary Ayers had mentioned to him so enthusiastically about a year earlier.

“I remembered the conversation I had with Mary, and I associated this young man with the foreign student she had discussed with me, because Mary said they were supporting this foreign student, and the young black man I met outside the Ayers’ home said he had come to Glen Ellyn to thank the Ayers in person for helping him with his education.”

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Hulton observed several news reports detailing the relationship between Obama and Bill Ayers, and he recalled the encounter with the young man in front of Tom and Mary Ayers’ home.

“The facial and physical characteristics, as well as candidate Obama’s voice, matched that of the young black male I met in front of the Ayers’ home,” Hulton says in the affidavit he signed Nov. 12, 2011, for Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation.

“I am positive that the black male I spoke with in front of the Ayers’ house that day was indeed a young Barack Obama.”

Hulton distinctly recalls that the day he met Obama in front of the Ayers’ residence was a warm, sunny day and that Obama wasn’t wearing a jacket.

Marxist

Hulton recalls that he had one conversation with Tom Ayers, who was retired as CEO and chairman of Commonwealth Edison, shortly after the Ayers family moved into their home in Glen Ellyn.

“He asked me how I liked my job, and he started into what seemed to me a Marxist viewpoint on what it is like for the working man, trying to convince me that working people like me were exploited by their employers,” Hulton remembers of the conversation.

“As an American citizen, I appreciated everything I had, and I was not at war with people who had more than I had,” he says. “It surprised me to hear somebody who had been president of Consolidated Edison talking in these terms.”

Hulton says he got the feeling that Tom Ayers thought he knew more about the plight of the workingman than he did.

Summer 1989

A likely timeframe for Hulton’s alleged encounter with Obama is the summer of 1989, when Obama was an intern at the Chicago law firm Sidley Austin, after his first year at Harvard Law School.

Hulton says Obama mentioned to him taking the train. The Metra, a commuter from downtown Chicago, stops at a Glen Ellyn station a little more than a mile from the Ayers’ residence.

Michelle Robinson, Obama’s wife-to-be, was the attorney at the firm assigned to mentor Obama in the summer of 1989.

Bernardine Dohrn also had worked as a paralegal at Sidley Austin, from 1984 through 1988. Dohrn’s 1960s radical activities as a self-described “revolutionary communist” landed her on the FBI’s list of 10 most wanted fugitives, and because of her felony conviction, she was not allowed to take the Illinois bar exam.

Widely speculated in Chicago is that Dohrn got the job at Sidley Austin through the influence of her father-in-law, Thomas Ayers, who was one of the law firm’s biggest clients.

Michelle Obama started at the firm in the summer of 1988 and remained there until 1991.

Hulton recalls meeting Dohrn at the home of her in-laws, although his encounters with her were limited to having Dohrn sign for mail addressed to her.

First reported in 2009

Hulton’s account of meeting Obama in suburban Chicago was first reported by California lawyer and political scientist Stephen Diamond in September 2009.

Writing on his blog, Diamond reported that he had interviewed Hulton at length and considered his account credible.

“The statement by Hulton is the first eyewitness account of a possible relationship between Obama and Tom Ayers and the first that dates his relationship with the Ayers family to the mid-1980s,” Diamond wrote.

As early as Oct. 13, 2008, prior to the November 2008 presidential election, Diamond had reported that Obama’s relationship with the Ayers family dated back to 1988. At that time, Obama, as head of the Developing Communities Project, joined the Alliance for Better Chicago Schools, the ABCs Coalition. The lobbying alliance aimed to push through Chicago public schools the creation of “Local School Councils,” or LSCs, to oversee teachers and administrators.

“The proposal was very controversial, and groups like Operation PUSH headed by Jesse Jackson did not support it, because many teachers were black – it was one of the first stable middle class careers a black person, and black women in particular, could aspire to in Chicago,” Diamond wrote.

Tom Ayers and Bill Ayers were strong supporters of the LSCs, however, according to Diamond, and Chicago United, a group founded by Tom Ayers, joined ABCs too. Bill Ayers became chairman of ABCs.

Knew Ayers’ brother

Hulton was in the same class as Tim Ayers, Bill Ayers’ brother, at Glenbard High School in Glen Ellyn. Although he did not know Bill Ayers, Hulton thought he might have met him at the parents’ home once or twice, but he could not say for certain.

Hulton attended Glenbard, now known as Glenbard West, for four years, but did not have enough credits to graduate. He later earned a GED while in military service. Taking leave from the USPS when he was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1965, Hulton returned to work as a mailman following his honorable discharge in 1967.

While in the Army, he was assigned to a Pershing Ballistics Missile unit in Germany. Although the Vietnam War was being fought at the time, he was never assigned to Vietnam.

In a sense I am a Birther and in another sense Birthers could very easily become irritate with me. I am a Birther in the sense I believe Barack Hussein Obama’s identification documents like his birth certificate and his Social Security Number are fishy. Really there is the odor of rotten fish surrounding something that America’s 2008 elected President have gone to great lengths to keep outright verification obfuscated.

I mean the President has used his power attorneys to keep Birther scrutiny at bay as well as to make academic documents (whether records or writings) hidden from the public eye as if the public has no right to know about their President’s past.

Then there is the sense that I believe Obama’s efforts at obfuscation may never be known until way later than his Administration of Office or even perhaps until after his death. Here we are in 2012 and many aspects of Kennedy’s assassination or Nixon’s Watergate cover-up in the early 70s are still covered by National Security.

The actual involvement of the Soviet Union in infiltrating American government or sensitive classified material was written off as part of a witch hunt conducted by Senator Joe McCarthy. It has only in the last five years or so that McCarthy for the most part has been vindicated and YET Democrats and Leftist STILL point to the McCarthy investigations as an aberration that American history should show as a life destroying affair of innocent citizens. Recent releases of old Soviet Union documents into the public domain has bridged the gap of American National Security to demonstrate that the USSR was indeed very involved in infiltrating the American government and Classified information to the benefit of America’s Cold War enemy.

I have been of the belief that the Birther Movement’s greatest success might be keeping BHO’s secretive agenda in the public eye long enough that historical truth may come along sooner than later.

That being said, it seems that Sheriff Joe Arpaio may have stirred enough dust on the Birther issue that the BHO political machine has gone a step further than legal obfuscation. It seems the President may be using the power of his Office to threaten journalists to leave Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse findings alone or the consequences of government agency power may intrude in the lives of journalists that might think there is a story in those Cold Case Posse findings. AND it seems that Obama sycophants in the Leftist MSM are involved in heaping ridicule on the Cold Case Posse in an effort to discredit the report by the power of the pen rather than a refutation of the evidence that has been dug.

The Western Center for Journalism has sent an email that exposes government and private intimidation that is related to President Barack Hussein Obama. So far the direct link has not been found; however if the few growing brave souls of Conservative media keeps asking the questions, it will add legitimacy to Obama corruption involved in hiding his secrets. More Threat Allegations Surface: The Soros-Funded Media Matters And The Obama Regime Are Threatening The Media Over The Birth Certificate Issue?

As evidence mounts that the “birth certificate” released by Team Obama is a “computer-generated forgery,” EVEN MORE shocking revelations are coming out that Barack Obama’s surrogates and far-left power-brokers are engaged in a massive and tyrannical effort to SILENCE the conservative media from reporting on Mr. Obama’s eligibility.

However, there’s some good news to report as well. A few brave souls in the conservative media are finally daring to break the silence. Diana West, who writes for The Washington Times, recently blew the whistle: “Clearly, something has us all on lockdown. That’s much, much scarier than even the amazing possibility that some con artist might be pulling off the biggest scam in history.”

And, as we previous reported, Mike Zullo, the lead investigator of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse stated; “During our investigation, we actually were told [that media] had been threatened with FTC investigations. Commentators [had been] threatened with their jobs.” And according to WND.com, the “threats were so intimidating that some individuals quit their positions over safety concerns for their families.”

Of course, there’s more (keep reading)… and even more will follow; but for now, one thing is certain.

The Obama Regime is not just illegitimate… now that the illegitimacy and tyrannical abuses of the Obama White House are finally starting to see the light of day, the Obama Regime is coming unglued. Like a cornered animal, IT IS OUT OF CONTROL, and if we do not take action, right here and right now, we may very well lose our country.

More Allegations Of Threats…

Radio talk show host Mark Gillar recently stated: “One of the things you hear on the street is that they’re [members of the media] being threatened. You hear rumors of the White House threatening to use the full force of the FCC or… the FTC to come after them if they don’t get in line.”

But the threat allegations appear to more than rumors. Dr. Jerome Corsi, stated that the Cold Case Posse is looking into allegations of threats being issued to members of the media and is actively pursuing those allegations:

“Testimony is being developed that the White House is intimidating, in a systematic way, the mainstream media and if any broadcasters dare go into this birther story, they’re going to risk FCC investigations… people are going to have careers ruined… thrown off the air.”

If Corsi’s is correct, it would explain a great many things:

*** It might explain why CNN mysteriously released commentator Lou Dobbs from his contract two years ago because he refused to stop reporting on the controversy behind Obama’s “birth certificate.”

***It would explain why Glenn Beck was suddenly released from his contract with FOX News even though he had one of the highest rated shows in cable television at the time. While Beck actively refused to investigate the legitimacy of Mr. Obama’s “birth certificate,” it was clear that his reporting, on a host of other issues, put him on the Obama Regime’s hit list.

***And it would explain why talk show host Sean Hannity recently said that back in 2008 he was specifically told, on multiple occasions, that his continued insistence on reporting on the Jeremiah Wright-Obama connection could be career-ending.

Obviously, more is going on than meets the eye, and obviously… something has been afoot for a long time; but if you’re thinking that the media is not reporting this story out of an honest belief that there’s nothing there… or out of misguided arrogance… or elitism… think again.

Diane West again: “One editor told me the problem is the evidence of fraud might prove to be true! A very famous conservative figure told me that if the president were proved to be an identity thief, ‘that would alienate too many people.'”

“Ridicule Is Man’s Most Potent Weapon. … The Threat Is Generally More Terrifying Than The Thing Itself.” -Saul Alinsky

Alinsky’s lesson is not to be taken lightly. Ridicule, or the threat of ridicule, can be even more intimidating than the threat of physical violence or loss of livelihood.

Andrew Breitbart’s successor, Ben Shapiro, inadvertently and unintentionally demonstrated the point, and his demonstration might give us a window into why others have neglected to give the pressing issue of Obama’s eligibility any serious coverage.

During a recent radio interview Mark Gillar literally grilled Shapiro on why he would NOT be investigating Barack Obama’s eligibility as part of his ongoing campaign to “Vet Barack Obama.”

Unable to get a straight answer from Shapiro, Gillar continued to press him on the question. Shapiro vacillated at every turn until he started talking in circles. At one point he told Gillar that “people aren’t interested in this [the birth certificate issue].” Seconds later, clearly flustered, he contradicted himself and acknowledged that he’d received a massive amount of emails on the birth certificate issue.

Huh?

Gillar pressed forward, but Shapiro repeatedly assured Gillar that he had “looked into” the birth certificate issue and that pursuing it would be a “waste of time.” And yet, Shapiro could not give Gillar a coherent answer as to why pursuing Obama’s eligibility would be a waste of time, other than to say; “I’m one of those people who yawns at it;” and it was clear, to even the casual observer, that Shapiro had not “looked into” the issue at all.

AND THEN… IT HAPPENED… as Gillar continued to press him, in an unscripted moment of candor, the truth finally came out when Shapiro, clearly flustered, blurted out, “Media Matters, don’t listen to this.” And just in case the folks from Media Matters were indeed listening, Shapiro continued and stammered: “I don’t think it’s true… and I think people should move beyond it.”

And there you have it… the naked truth. It’s not arrogance or elitism that’s preventing so-called conservative media figures from covering this constitutional crisis… IT’S FEAR!

When It Comes To The Conservative Media’s Vetting Of Barack Obama, Have No Illusions. Obama Is In Charge.

As Saul Alinsky preached, ridicule is indeed a very potent weapon and Shapiro inadvertently confirmed what we’ve suspected for far too long.

Far too many in the “conservative media” will only “vet” Mr. Obama as long as George Soros’ Media Matters and the Obama Regime say it’s okay… they’ll only go as far as Media Matters and the Obama Regime will allow.

A video of a young Barack Obama praising and hugging a radical Harvard professor… that’s okay. Tepid criticism of Obama’s left wing policies… that’s alright too.

Actually “vetting Obama” over his eligibility and the attempts of his surrogates to silence the media from reporting on the compelling evidence that Barack Obama does indeed have something to hide… whoa… you’re crossing the line buddy.

And Shapiro, in no uncertain terms, confirmed to the folks at Media Matters and Barack Obama’s surrogates that they are indeed running the show; and the blogosphere went wild. Posters used words like “coward” and “traitor” to describe Shapiro.

But, and we can’t emphasize this point enough, don’t be mad at Shapiro. He never applied for the position of “white knight” or “savior of the conservative movement.” Why should he, and so many others in the conservative media, put their necks on the chopping block?

And frankly, it’s not so much his job as it’s our job. Pursuing the truth and holding our elected officials to account when it comes to safeguarding the rights guaranteed to us by Almighty God is the job of patriotic Americans.

The United States, after all, is our country. America is a government of the people, by the people and for the people and securing our rights and holding our elected officials to account is our responsibility.

Put another way, don’t hold your breath waiting for someone else to do what must be done. The responsibility is ours and ours alone.

So again… don’t be mad at Shapiro or O’Reilly et al… unless you’re prepared to do, right here and right now, what they are unwilling to do… what must be done.

Don’t be angry unless you’re willing to get out of your comfort zone and call our conservative leaders in Congress on the carpet and demand that they investigate these shameless attempts by the Obama Regime to silence the media.

The Media Is Silent Because, Like You, They Believe There Is A Very Real Possibility That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Hold The Office He Usurped In 2008.

Remember the words of Diana West: “One editor told me the problem is the evidence of fraud might prove to be true!” But West is not the only member of the conservative media to recently jump on the eligibility bandwagon.

Jeff Kuhner, who is also a writer for The Washington Times is scratching his head and asking why “the media is silent...” Kuhner states that “when it came down to bringing down a Republican president, they were like a pack of jackals. They were like a pack of howling wolves… no stone left unturned, no question went unanswered; but when it comes to this man [Obama]… our media remains silent.”

Kuhner gives two possible answers to the question: “There are only two possible conclusions,” he says. “Either this story [the contention that Barack Obama is not eligible] is false or… what if, and I stress if, the story is true.”

And taking a good hard look at the first conclusion, Kuhner essentially says that if the story is false, if Arpaio is wrong, then it’s still a huge story. He asks why the media is not investigating the story simply to prove that Arpaio is wrong.

That question has only one answer. The second conclusion is indeed true… the allegations against Obama are true and the Cold Case Posse’s evidence is so compelling that any reports, even inaccurate attempts to “refute” the Cold Case Posse, on this issue must never see the light of day.

Let’s face facts, getting the story wrong, on purpose, never stopped the liberal media from moving full steam ahead.

Remember Rathergate? As Kuhner recounts, CBS News conducted a two year investigation in former-President George W. Bush’s National Guard service and when CBS news couldn’t find any real dirt, they went with a story impugning President Bush that was based entirely on clumsily forged documents.

A double standard? … Of course, but it’s not enough to simply point out that there is a double standard. We must ask ourselves WHY?

And while we’re asking questions, here’s another issue that Kuhner addresses. Why is it that even when the conservative media reports on the long-standing association between Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers and Barack Obama, the vetters never really go into just want Ayers preached?

If you were to listen to the self-proclaimed vetters of Barack Obama, you’d be left to believe that Ayers was little more than a crazy leftist malcontent who planned and instigated acts of domestic terrorism in his youth simply because he wanted to stick it to the establishment.

But it’s not that simple, as Kuhner points out, the Weather Underground planned and instigated acts of terrorism in an attempt to actually topple the government of the United States… encourage our enemies to invade and annex parts of the United States… round up tens of millions of Americans… place them into Marxist re-education camps… and ELIMINATE those Americans who refused to be re-educated.

Ayers views are not a conspiracy theory. It’s what Mr. Ayers and the Weather Underground preached. It’s a fact. And if the media reported, as the late-Paul Harvey would say, the rest of the story, there would not be an American alive who would not come to the not so shocking realization that Barack Obama is actually a very dangerous man and totally unfit to serve in any capacity within our government.

So, where is the media? Answer: They’re either fellow travelers or they’re cowards. And where are our Republican leaders? Answer: they’re asleep at the wheel.

But that is all changing. It’s changing right now. Your faxes and calls have roused our elected officials into consciousness. Now it’s time to slap them awake.

Cowardice Is A Two Way Street.

We’ve read your emails. We’ve fielded your calls. We know that some of you are discouraged and are saying to yourselves: ‘What’s the use?’ And obviously, some may be saying, if our elected officials and members of the conservative media are going to act cowardly: ‘Why go on?’

The answer should be apparent. Cowardice is a two-way street. Right now, our elected officials and members of the media are afraid. Members of the media are afraid of having their careers ended and our elected officials live with the fear of not being reelected.

But they shouldn’t fear the far-left as much as they should fear the righteous wrath of an electorate that feels betrayed by their cowardice. As patriots, we have a duty to ensure that they fear the wrath of a betrayed electorate at the ballot box more than they fear the wrath of left-wing extremists who are ready, willing and able to expose them to career-ending ridicule.

Here’s a little secret. Barack Obama is afraid right now too. He knows that the eligibility issue still has the potential to end his career… that’s why he fighting… that’s why his surrogates are issuing threats and ridiculing those who dare to address this constitutional crisis.

And he also knows that even if wins the battle to silence the conservative media and our elected officials, your continued refusal to let this issue go away will still jeopardize his chances to keep his job in November. He doesn’t need people questioning his eligibility for office as he runs for reelection. He knows that if the issue of his eligibility remains on the table, he done.

For once, our conservative leaders and Barack Obama are in total agreement. They want nothing more than for you to sit down, shut up and stop demanding that the issue of his eligibility be resolved once and for all.

If the American people keep fighting this battle, we win. If the American people give up the fight, we lose the war. It really is that simple.

The elites in Washington desperately want you to give up and we, as patriotic Americans, have a duty not to give them the satisfaction. No matter what the eventually outcome; we are entering the home-stretch. The time to win this war is upon us. It is now.
