A Martyr in Defense of Liberty


Periodically Justin Smith reviews the murder of LaVoy Finicum by the FBI (taking the lead). Finicum’s death resulted from rancher/farmer protests of intruding on their livelihood in relation to taking of their animal stock. Can you say intrusive-abusive fees and land restrictions in the name of eco-Marxists and greedy corporations?

 

The ironic union is motivated by protecting useless species and/or mining of metal ores often times enriching American Leftists selling out to foreign entities that offers risk rather than benefit to Americans.

 

The upset rancher/farmer often will cite U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 while the Leftist scoffs at the legal reasoning notably due unchallenged Congressional legislation and Judicial Activism. YET the rancher/farmer stand looks at the Constitution’s temporary stipulations of Federal control which SHOULD enable an individual State to reclaim Federally controlled land.

 

This is yet another dot connecting many Left-Right issues if connected to completion probably end in Civil War for a resolution.

LaVoy Finicum’s Journey and His Destiny

Raised in the northwestern corner of Arizona Navajo territory, Robert LaVoy Finicum largely came to manhood in and around the sprawling area of Fredonia and Colorado City, Arizona, just off State Route 389, and Hildale, Utah, before his fateful death, his murder by law enforcement, near Burns, Oregon on January 26th 2016, just one day before his 55th birthday. His name is a hallowed one in the annals of the Patriot movement and the minds of most American Patriots, as a man who was willing to fight for those ideas of freedom and liberty and the Founding principles of America.

 

LaVoy led a small band of protesters, including Cliven Bundy’s sons, Ryan and Ammon, American Patriots who understood that the federal government and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) were consistently and constantly acquiring or simply taking water and grazing rights and land unconstitutionally, from farmers and ranchers across America. These men and women were standing firm for property rights under Our Bill of Rights, when they occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge on January 2nd 2016 and began a standoff with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, that lasted forty-one days.

 

[Blog Editor: In using various search engines I was disappointed that most links turned were quite negative toward ranchers and farmers being weary of the Federal government utilizing land control to manage the increasingly rare individual rural land owner’s decisions of their own ranch or farm. The perspectives were Left-Wing by far in the majority. The search engines emphasized an element of White Supremacism and racism among ranchers and farmers really more angry about imposed land limitations than politics. Most Western ranchers and farmers are Caucasians so it’s a bit moronic to call them White Supremacists. HOWEVER when White Supremacist organizations seemingly appear to offer support to generational ranch/farm operations, WHO do you think these ranchers and farmers will gravitate toward? AT ANY RATE who are two perspectives of the Malheur Occupation that too me appear Leftist yet with some sympathy toward rancher/farmer plights. The perspective was written prior to Bundy Judicial exonerations and the Hammond pardons:

 

 

 

LaVoy and anyone else with a proper understanding of America’s Founding understood that the land is a gift of God to man to be individually commanded and cultivated to suit his purposes, and government officials do not have any right to interfere with this unalienable God-given right. In line with this same logic, Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution clearly states that land within the boundaries of a state may only be acquired by the national government, if it has the consent of the state legislature; and then, it can only acquire it for the placement of military forts, arsenals, dock yards and other needful buildings. This procedure was created to ensure that the national government could not simply grab land and use the land as a means to coerce the states and people to do their bidding and to expand its power past the limitations of the Constitution. And, this same principle applies to water and grazing rights, especially those handed down to pioneers’ descendants from territorial grants preceding statehood.

 

It was from this point of view that LaVoy started his journey towards his destiny, in June 2015, as he wrote the following in two separate letters to the BLM, three days apart that read, in part: “At this time I feel compelled to stand (up for) the Constitution of our land and in doing so please do not feel I am attacking your character. This is not about cows and grass, access or resources, this is about freedom and defending our Constitution in its original intent … I am severing my association with the BLM.”

 

During this same time frame, LaVoy had expressed his displeasure over ranchers steadily being pushed out of grazing lands like the Grand Canyon-Pashant [Blog Editor: perhaps Parashant or Pesant?] and BLM tactics, after they called him and told him to remove 24 head of his cattle grazing on “BLM land”, on the Arizona Strip. LaVoy replied that he was “not asking permission”.

 

After the BLM drained one of his water storage tanks to fight a grass fire, he exclaimed: “[The water is] mine. It’s for my cows. I need it. Quit stealing.” He later took to Youtube where he asked, “You gonna come in there like You did with my friend, Clive?” He concluded: “Well, I’m telling you, leave me alone. Leave me alone, leave Cliven alone.”

This set the stage for LaVoy’s trip to Harney County, Oregon to join Ammon and Ryan Bundy in the Malheur Refuge Occupation, after seeing so many other small ranchers treated unfairly by the BLM, with those truths previously mentioned solidified after standing alongside Cliven Bundy, during his standoff with the BLM. He and all the others were truly making a stand against the overreach of the federal government, and in the process, they hoped to get all America thinking more about liberty.

 

Just as our Federalist Founders didn’t want an all-powerful federal government, so too the people, who still hold the ideas espoused by LaVoy and others, such as Cliven Bundy, are simply wary and opposed to any heavy concentration of power in the hands of the federal government, since they have already witnessed, too often first hand, the manner that power is so easily abused, especially through the BLM. However, neither do they see government as evil, or even a necessary evil.

 

Far from the “white supremacists” and “domestic terrorists” that yellow journalists, such as Kevin Sullivan, and the establishment propaganda press, like the Washington Post, attempted to portray them as being, these men and women were simply strong advocates for a responsible, limited government that favored local solutions and a federalist system inhibiting the centralization of all government into the hands of the few, adhering to the full and proper use of the checks and balances and good government practices set forth in the Constitution.

 

Noted by B.J. Soper, head of the Pacific Patriots Network, in 2016, and by many patriots previous to and after him [ZeroHedge]: “We’ve let the government step over the line and rule us, and that was never the intent of this country.” And I would add, it was certainly never the intent of our nation’s Founders.

 

And given the dangerous assaults and violence exhibited by extremists in the protests of Black Lives Matter [the other BLM] and Occupy Wall Street, there isn’t any justification for the actions of law enforcement against LaVoy and his fellow protesters, who were protesting peacefully, even if they had “taken” Malheur. People were initially able to come and go freely, until the protesters started blocking entrance from fear of federal government infiltration aimed at arresting and removing them, before they achieved their goals. LaVoy certainly wasn’t so dangerous or violent a man that he had to be so sorely mistreated and ultimately executed.

 

Whether he was armed or not is irrelevant. We regularly see many militiamen at peaceful protests all over America, both socialists and conservatives, going armed with long guns and pistols. Going armed at a protest, as is Constitutionally protected from many legal perspectives, isn’t a death warrant, or at least it shouldn’t be. Our Constitution doesn’t state that anyone must allow themselves to be abused by government agents, or anyone else, and it doesn’t prevent any American from engaging in a proper and lawful act of self-defense, especially if one is defending themselves against government tyranny.

 

Passenger Shawna Cox captured the entire miserable and dastardly event on her cell phone, and I have watched the video with sound, that captured the moment of LaVoy’s death, so many numerous times, often choking back my own angry tears, to think that people sworn to protect and defend the Constitution could so casually ignore it in this or any case; and, each time, I can only conclude this was a planned execution.

From the first roadblock stop and the shot that hit LaVoy’s driver side mirror to the second roadblock, it becomes well and beyond apparent that this was a planned execution. The bullets were flying at LaVoy’s vehicle before he could even come to a complete stop on the slippery snow-covered road, as the video does show, in fact, a bullet piercing the truck ceiling; and, as he exited the vehicle with hands raised, he was immediately hit in the side by a round, that caused him to flinch to that side — offering the assassins their excuse “he was reaching for a gun” — and multiple rounds then hit him and his life was ended.

 

Several FBI agents and Oregon Highway Patrol fired on LaVoy, but it was Casey Codding, of the Oregon Highway Patrol, who fired on the vehicle before it ever stopped. FBI agent Joseph Astarita fired the first shot after LaVoy jumped from the vehicle, to divert law enforcement’s attention away from his friends, and in the course of the execution, Codding shot LaVoy in the back twice, just like a coward, even though LaVoy was not brandishing a firearm or any other weapon — even though they knew that LaVoy was an innocent, peaceful rancher without any criminal history who had told them he was on his way to a meeting with the Sheriff of Grant County — even though they knew he had a large family of eleven children and was a good man who had never threatened anyone.

Most good police officers go their entire career without ever having to kill anyone. Codding has killed three people, including a teenager, “in the line of duty”. He’s also one of LaVoy’s murderers.

 

Whatever happened to “protect and serve”? Who has police forces across the country so indoctrinated and so intensely concerned to the point they see ranchers and family men as the greatest enemy to their country?

 

There wasn’t even one attempt to peacefully negotiate with the Malheur group and LaVoy Finicum, even though all LaVoy did at the refuge was speak to authorities in a non-threatening manner. It should deeply trouble all Americans that law enforcement had so little conscience and lack of reservation, they could easily shoot LaVoy with his hands raised; equally troubling, they didn’t even check him for a pulse, until they had walked around his body for fifteen minutes, as they placed their lack of respect for human life on full display before the American people.

 

Far too many law enforcement don’t even understand what it really means to defend the Constitution and freedom, as they set about destroying the freedoms of the American people in an out-of-control display of power at the behest of mayors and governors using them to acquire greater influence and power, i.e. as we currently see unfolding in Virginia via Governor Northam and the Democrat majority in the Virginia legislature regarding proposed gun control measures. Wicked “leaders” could not so subvert our freedoms without willing murderers like Casey Codding.

Today, all Americans must face the certain fact that our federal government is out-of-control and corrupt, nearly beyond the point of salvation. It will kill its own citizens if we try to live too freely, or so it does seem, of late. Who can ever remove the image from their mind, of Vicky Weaver being shot through the head, as she held her baby in her arms in the doorway of her husband’s cabin on Ruby Ridge? An innocent American shot dead by FBI sniper, Lon Horiuchi, on August 21st 1992; look at Waco, Texas in 1993 and the overreaction of the ATF; one incident after another, until the standoff at Cliven Bundy’s ranch, when armed patriots came to his defense and said “No More”.

 

What has happened to this America I love so well, that one can barely distinguish between the Bad Guys and the Good Guys, in the ranks of those charged to protect and defend society? This case and the recent soft coup against the President indicate a great evil courses through their ranks today.

 

Throughout the history of the FBI, how many times has anyone in America seen any rancher draw his firearm on an FBI agent, or any other law enforcement agent? These ranchers aren’t common low-down thugs. They are fine Americans, the salt of the earth.

 

Has there ever been an FBI agent who defended or aided or stood alongside a rancher, because it was the right thing to do and it kept with their oath to defend the Constitutional rights of those in their care? Has any FBI agent ever stepped outside his role as a government pawn protecting special interests, to actually protect the people he was supposedly hired to serve and protect?

 

LaVoy had stated, time and again, a desire to make sure that the standoff ended peacefully, and up until the day of the ambush, there wasn’t any reason to believe that it wouldn’t, since LaVoy had been in constant contact with Sheriff Glenn Palmer, who was quite sympathetic to the cowboy’s cause. These men weren’t “anti-government”; they were anti-tyranny. LaVoy would be alive and well at home, with his family today, acquitted of all wrong-doing, just as many other defendants associated with the standoff have been, if the FBI and the Oregon Highway Patrol had not escalated the situation.

 

Ironically, LaVoy wrote a book entitled “Only By Blood and Suffering”, originally published in 2015, that foreshadowed his own death. The protagonist, a cowboy, dies in a shootout with the federal government, just as LaVoy finally did.

 

Real American patriots, such as Robert LaVoy Finicum, are far and few between these days, especially in the ranks of our elected officials, since so many so-called conservatives claim to stand for the Constitution against the federal government’s overreach, as they stand by silent and meek, in the wake of its insistent and continuous assaults against ‘We the People’ and our rights to life, liberty, property and freedom from the restrictions of arbitrary force. The faux conservatives are far too willing to allow federal power grabs to go unopposed, as a large, meddlesome, intrusive state and its progressive operated institutions undermine our private economy, economic liberty and the freedom to own property and allocate our own resources, enervating the country’s civic character; but LaVoy Finicum was willing to go all the way, sacrificing himself and giving his life, in his fight against the Bureau of Land Management, in order to preserve those values that were established centuries ago that respect our God-given rights.

 

Twenty-one short months of LaVoy’s life passed, between the time he showed up alone at the Bundy Ranch in 2014 and the moment he died a leader of the Malheur occupation in 2016. He died as he had lived, trying to make a difference and protecting the ideas and people he loved; he died a martyr in defense of freedom and liberty.

The notion behind The Pledge I’d like to point to is this: America is ONE nation as in ONE culture with parts that cannot undergo division as long as Liberty and Justice is insured to ALL.

 

The essence of “indivisible” for Americans is wrapped in the American concept Liberty and Justice. The true “American” concept is vastly different than the American Left’s concept of Liberty and Justice.

 

Liberty:

 

Liberty and virtue are not a likely pair. At first sight they seem to be contraries, for liberty appears to mean living as you please and virtue appears to mean living not as you please but as you ought. It doesn’t seem likely that a society dedicated to liberty could make much of virtue, nor that one resolved to have virtue could pride itself on liberty. Yet liberty and virtue also seem necessary to each other. A free people, with greater opportunity to misbehave than a people in shackles, needs the guidance of an inner force to replace the lack of external restraint. And virtue cannot come from within, or truly be virtue, unless it is voluntary and people are free to choose it. Americans are, and think themselves to be, a free people first of all. Whatever virtue they have, and however much, is a counterpoint to the theme of liberty. But how do they manage to make virtue and liberty harmonious? Justice:

 

The philosophy of John Locke was a major influence on America’s Founding Fathers (SEE ALSO: John Locke – A Philosophical Founder of America; WallBuilders; 12/29/16). The influence of Locke’s concept of Natural Law is embodied in these two paragraphs:

 

In short, according to Cicero, the only intelligent approach to government, justice and human relations is in terms of the laws which the Supreme Creator had already established. The Founders took from Cicero an idea that was revolutionary in terms of a governing a body and that idea was that the glue which binds human beings together in any commonwealth of a just society is love – love of God, love of God’s great law of justice, and love of one’s fellow man – which provides the desire to promote true justice among mankind.  In order to eliminate depravity of society it was necessary to respect this natural order and to love God, oneself, and one another.  If man could do this, then his ability to reason and rule would be done justly and in a benevolent manner, and he would therefore be guided by “right reason.”

 

In other words, Natural Law, the bedrock principle of our founding documents, states that our rights come from God and not from any government.  John Locke took the concept of Natural Law one step further and applied it to government.  According to Locke, people (not rulers or governments) are sovereign.  Individuals have sovereign rights which no government can take away.  As such, government is morally obliged to serve people, namely by protecting life, liberty, and property, and to do so with limited powers and applying the principle of checks and balances so as to be sure to government remained honest and focused or beholden to its goals. These thoughts on the indivisibility of America as enwrapped by the Founding Fathers’ concept of Liberty and Justice are inspired by a Determine The Networks (DTN) article that delineates the Leftist organization Indivisible.

 

The “Indivisible” has zero to do with the Founding Principles of America’s Founding Fathers. The Leftist organization actually promotes Big Government and is all about brainwashing people to accept government as the arbiter of all that is good for society as opposed to the government deriving its power under the Consent of the Governed.

 

From Declaration of Independence:

The Leftist Indivisible would rewrite the Declaration to read, “Governments are instituted by Men to enforce power over the governed for the good of society defined by Men.”

 

The DTN article exposing Indivisible as a Leftist organization fails to notify its readers that Indivisible is a part of George Soros funded network that exists to bring a fundamental Marxist transformation not only in America but globally.

 

Breitbart has the line of connection that stretches to Barack Obama and George Soros. My guess on the lack of DTN reporting on connections might be due to the Leftist accusation of Conservatives disseminating Fake News. Breitbart demonstrates that the Fake News is really coming from Left oriented Politico.

 

Obama’s Organizing for Action Partners with Soros-Linked ‘Indivisible’ to Disrupt Trump’s Agenda

 

Organizing for Action, the activist group that morphed from Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign, has partnered with the newly-formed Indivisible Project for “online trainings” on how to protest President Donald Trump’s agenda.

 

Last week, Breitbart News extensively reported that Indivisible leaders are openly associated with groups financed by billionaire George Soros.

 

Politico earlier this month profiled Indivisible in an article titled, “Inside the protest movement that has Republicans reeling.”  The news agency not only left out the Soros links, but failed to note that the organizations cited in its article as helping to amplify Indivisible’s message are either financed directly by Soros or have close ties to groups funded by the billionaire, as Breitbart News documented.

 

Organizing for Action (OFA) is a so-called community organizing project that sprung from Obama’s 2012 campaign organization, Organizing for America, becoming a nonprofit described by the Washington Post as “advocate[ing] for the president’s policies.”

Paul Sperry, writing at the New York Post, relates:

 

The manual, published with OFA partner “Indivisible,” advises protesters to go into halls quietly so as not to raise alarms, and “grab seats at the front of the room but do not all sit together.” Rather, spread out in pairs to make it seem like the whole room opposes the Republican host’s positions. “This will help reinforce the impression of broad consensus.” It also urges them to ask “hostile” questions — while keeping “a firm hold on the mic” — and loudly boo the the GOP politician if he isn’t “giving you real answers.”

“Express your concern [to the event’s hosts] they are giving a platform to pro-Trump authoritarianism, racism, and corruption,” it says.

…“Even the safest [Republican] will be deeply alarmed by signs of organized opposition,” the document states, “because these actions create the impression that they’re not connected to their district and not listening to their constituents.”

 

Sperry reported OFA “plans to stage 400 rallies across 42 states this year to attack Trump and Republicans over ObamaCare’s repeal.”

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Politico profiled Indivisible and reported that “conservatives” are “spreading unfounded rumors” that the group is “being driven by wealthy donors like George Soros.”

 

Politico, however, seemingly failed to do even the most minimal research on the Indivisible leaders cited in the news outlet’s own profile.  Some of those personalities are openly associated with groups financed by Soros.

 

Politico further failed to note that the organizations cited in its article as helping to amplify Indivisible’s message are either financed directly by Soros or have close ties to groups funded by the billionaire.

While “Indivisible” has yet to disclose its donors, Politico failed to inform readers that the National Immigration Law Center where the news outlet reported Padilla serves as an analyst is financed by Soros’s Open Society Foundations. The Center has received numerous Open Society grants earmarked for general support.

 

Also unmentioned by Politico is that Padilla previously served as an immigration policy consultant at the radical National Council of La Raza. Soros is a major La Raza donor.

 

Politico went on to detail how Indivisible has been aided by MoveOn.org and the ACLU.  The news website failed to tell readers that MoveOn.org and the ACLU are both financed by Soros, a relevant tidbit given Politico’s claim about “unfounded rumors” that Indivisibles’ success was being driven by Soros.

 

The news website reported:

Just as a side bar. Do you recall how the Left went crazy when then candidate Donald Trump accused the Judge in the civil suit against Trump University of having a judicial bias against him? That Judge’s name is Gonzalo Curiel and he is a member of what Hispanic organization? That organization is called La Raza which translated means The Race. If you notice in the quote above, George Soros is a funder of La Raza.

One of Indivisible’s major projects is its “Pave the Way” video contest, whose name derives from the notion that government is “literally paving our way with road construction and interstates.” This contest offers cash prizes to young people who produce quality videos of interviews wherein small-business owners tell “how government paved the way for their business’ success” by means of things like the GI Bill, the Affordable Care Act, Small Business Administration loan programs, and infrastructure spending.
Another key initiative of Indivisible is its “I Love My” program, which offers information and talking points designed to highlight the many benefits of government. On the premise that “it’s amazing how much government is doing behind the scenes to make our lives better every day,” Indivisible argues that the media should make a special effort to “show [that] our public systems and structures [are] usually so well run that we don’t notice them at all.” One such structure, says Indivisible, is the U.S. Postal Service, which “makes our businesses better,” “helps our communities function,” “makes our democracy work,” and “is the reason our country works at all.”

Similarly, another section of the “I Love My” program teaches people to how to speak about taxes in a way that emphasizes their usefulness in helping government to serve “the common good,” rather than in a way that casts them in a negative light. “Don’t talk about taxes as a ‘burden‘ or something from which we need ‘relief,’” Indivisible advises. “These [terms] are inherently negative and they cue up the dominant thinking that taxes are bad. Instead, talk about taxes as ‘loads’ to be carried or shared.” Moreover, says Indivisible: “Don’t call people ‘taxpayers‘ – it limits the conversation to only one side of the ledger (costs, not benefits). Instead, talk about people as ‘residents’ or ‘citizens’ or ‘member[s] of our community’ – it highlights that we are all people who both contribute to and benefit from public systems and structures.”

Indivisible’s “My Take” program features interviews where “real people” are asked to articulate “their feelings [about] government” and their various interactions with it. For example, the interviewees are asked: (a) “What is your favorite thing that government does?” (b) “Who is your government hero who is not an elected official?” (c) “What thing that government does do you think would surprise most Americans?”

Indivisible’s “Reality Check” program seeks to “expos[e] the reality behind myths and misunderstandings about government,” which ultimately serves as “our tool to help us solve big problems together.”

Reclaiming Government for America’s Future is an Indivisible research project consisting of reports, videos, and webinars that aim to counter the popular notion that government “is too big, intrusive, untrustworthy, and controlled by powerful elites” who have little interest in using it as “a tool for the common good.” Topos Partnership conducted this research on behalf of Indivisible, Public Works, and a number of partner organizations in Oregon, North Carolina, Nebraska, Michigan, Arkansas, and Colorado. The overarching objective of the project is to spell out ways in which progressives can effectively “shift conversations and begin to change the cultural common sense about government.”

Sifu and I continue our debate on Donald Trump. He posted the comment on the post that inspired the debate: “Trump vs. Crooked Hillary – Conservative vs. Leftist”. However Sifu’s thoughts are based on the cross post of his original comment on the newer post, “Trump the same as a Dem Administration?”

 

I thought Sifu was a Leftist the way he came after Trump, but it appears I am mistaken. I went to his G+ page and it looks to me that Sifu is a bona fide Conservative. I can only guess he is a NeverTrumper. That is absolutely Sifu’s right, but I think NeverTrumpers will insure a Crooked Hillary election even if they vote for neither Hillary or Trump. Crooked Hillary will take America further down the tubes with a large amount of certainty. I’m willing to give Trump a shot to follow through or modify his campaign promises to make America great again.

 

If the NeverTrumpers turn out to be correct or Crooked Hillary is indeed elected, then I will abandon the GOP completely as in never voting for a Republican because of ineffectiveness. If bad scenarios evolve it will be time to replace the Republican Party with politicians actually accountable to Conservative voters rather than some elitist Establishment with an elitist agenda out of touch with constituents.

 

Since I was unaware of Sifu’s political persuasion I am not going to search for where I may have called him (or her) a Leftist. NeverTrumper Conservatives are still Conservatives. It is my humble opinion an elected Crooked Hillary will corrupt America absolutely. A corrupt America is not a good America. On a personal level a Trump gamble is better than a crooked and corrupt Hillary Clinton.

 

Sifu, if you are reading this, I have been researching and writing this piece for the better part of the day. I am too lazy to fix any of my accusations of you being a Leftist. I apologize ahead of time.

I don’t see any massive growth of government

Look at everything he says he wants to do. Everything. It is by federal programs. He will have to create departments with staffs and budgets. He wants to continue Obamacare. He wants to raise the minimum wage. He wants to try to run the economy like it is one of his businesses. If you don’t see it, that is you choosing not to.

 

I want Trump to run the Executive Branch like his business. Efficient spending rather than wasteful spending. If a project isn’t working, rather than making excuses or blaming someone else then scrap and start over – much like a high dollar bankruptcy restructuring for success. Frankly unlike most of my fellow Conservatives I don’t have a problem Big Government. My problem with government is private citizen intrusion and wasteful spending. Obamacare is a debacle of good intentions ruined by lies and deception and worse – INEFFICIENCY. I have no problem with healthcare reform, but a socialist system will be too costly and inefficient much like Veteran’s Healthcare has led to deaths.

 

Obama’s military reduction, idiotic rules of engagement and a strategy to lose rather than win has made America less secure. AND I like the idea of our allies contributing a fairer share of defense money or making a deal that makes our protection worthy of our cost.

 

Donald does want a higher minimum wage but not as high as the Dems AND he favors an Amendment 10 (10th Amendment Explained) action rather than Federal action on a minimum wage.

I understand the fiscal difficulties with rounding up illegal aliens and deporting them en masse; however, preventing more illegal aliens should be preeminent then work on getting rid of criminal illegal aliens then amnesty for working illegal aliens so that they can pay taxes and responsible for the rule of law like American citizens.

Trump is not Hitler!

I never suggested he was. I pointed specifically to the fact that nationalism is not a binary good or bad, yet that is one of the only differences between him and Obama. This is not necessarily a good thing.

Binary or not, the imagery alludes to the picture that Trump’s nationalism is comparable to Hitler’s Socialist Nationalism (Nazi: Comes the German “Nationalsozialist”, in English “National Socialist which is derived from “National Socialist German Workers’ Party”). It sounds like a Trump=Hitler image to me. I understand that “binary” in this case refers to the potential of good and bad, but there is a large disparity between Trump’s Nationalism and Hitler’s racial supremacist socialistic Nationalism. Trump’s Nationalism makes America exceptional and Hitler’s Left Wing Nationalism was imperialistic and genocidal.

Is Trump fascist? Well, remember, fascism doesn’t have to include genocide as Hitler did.

 

But fascism is despotic, supremacist and worse elitist statism as opposed to American Constitutional Originalism that limits the power of National Government.

This description is more relevant to the current makeup of the Obama/Crooked Hillary domination of America rather than a limited government.

How is this an attack on the First Amendment? Trump is working within the law threatening litigation for a lack of honesty in reporting. It would not be a questionable Executive Order such as has President Barack Hussein Obama has done frequently in his bully politics.

Hmm… The above link is largely the Dem talking points cherry picking Trump’s words and twisting them to offend Conservative Less-Government proponents. The whole article is such but here is an excerpt that mirrors Sifu’s above sentiments on the economy:

Now what gives weight to this evaluation by FEE is that the organization is guided by the Conservative/Libertarian thought of Austrian Economics. So the perspective definitely not Leftist, ergo kudos to Sifu for finding the Trump criticism. Nevertheless, I have said Trump is no Conservative in the traditional sense but rather an apolitical realist on making profitable deals that have little to do with ideology.

Hmm… Trump has been criticized for using eminent domain to bulldoze widow Vera Coking’s house for a Casino parking lot, right? Well, not actually factual:

 

A Ted Cruz TV ad says Donald Trump “colluded with Atlantic City insiders to bulldoze the home of an elderly widow” for a casino parking lot. Trump called that claim “false.” We wouldn’t go that far. He wanted to bulldoze the home but lost an eminent domain case. However, the ad leaves the false impression that the widow lost her home, and she didn’t.

 

After a long court battle, a New Jersey Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Vera Coking of Atlantic City and said that she could keep her home. Trump eventually decided not to fight the ruling.

Two months later, the CRDA officially dropped the case, deciding not to appeal the judge’s ruling because the Trump organization said it was no longer interested in the properties.

 

So, Coking was able to keep her home for more than a decade longer until she moved to a retirement facility in California. I realize the American Left will not agree but it is my opinion a President would utilize government eminent domain for infrastructure and pipelines – job producing projects that Obama failed to institute and undoubtedly so would Crooked Hillary fail.

Hillary has repeatedly committed perjury or lied under oath throughout her career. One of the most telling examples was during her Benghazi testimony when she claimed a video had inspired a protest that ended up killing Ambassador Stevens and 3 other Americans. This was subsequently shown to be a lie. Hillary famously declared, “What difference does it make?” when the questioning got too tough, in regards to the causes of the American deaths and personnel she was supposedly in charge of protecting. She stated she had submitted all documents, but 20 months later, FOIA requests uncovered 41 new documents. Yet another lie.

 

  1. Faking Uncontrollable Fits of Coughing

Check out this compilation of clips where Hillary pretends she can’t stop coughing in order to avoid answering tough questions or testify on an issue at all. On the Benghazi issue, Clinton testified 4 months late to Congress.

 

  1. Email Gate: Illegally Mixing Government and Personal Emails

In the latest scandal over emails, dubbed Email Gate by some, Clinton set up a homebrew server to hold official Government property in terms of classified information. She also used her official Government work email to conduct private and personal business.

 

  1. Email Gate: Endangering National Security and State Secrets

Another aspect of Email Gate was the reckless endangering of Governmental secrets Clinton engaged in. Although many readers of The Freedom Articles will be all too aware of the way Government abuses the concept of national security, the fact remains that there is some need for it. Numerous officials have stated there is no doubt –zero ambiguity– that her emails endangered national security, due to the fact many were classified SAP (Special Access Program). However, she may have been doing this deliberately (see point 6).

 

  1. Email Gate:  Obstruction of Justice, Destruction of Evidence

Email Gate has many aspects to it. A further aspect is Hillary’s deliberate withholding (and deleting) of around 30,000 emails. Her excuse was that these were the personal, private ones, yet Congress had asked to see them all. Given what we know of Hillary as a cover up agent extraordinaire, what are the chances that she wasn’t deleting them to destroy information? It remains to be seen what will come of the deletion, since the FBI is reported to have the server and flash drives (with all the emails) in its possession.

 

  1. Selling State Secrets to Foreign Countries

Mike Rivero (WhatReallyHappened.com) puts forth impressive evidence that Hillary has deliberately sold US Government State secrets to foreign countries. She and Bill did this with China during Bill’s presidency. Hillary may also have intentionally set up her homebrew server with weak security that could easily be hacked, so that the hackers could get the information and Hillary could claim the problem was “weak or flawed security” rather than a deliberately set up situation to leak data.

 

  1. Bill the Rapist, Hillary the Coverup Agent

As I covered in the article Billary Clinton: Rapist and Coverup Team Par Excellence, Hillary has been covering up for Bill’s violent sexual escapades and rape for decades, threatening his female victims into silence, sometimes with death threats. Some of them have been outright killed.

 

  1. Failed Stint as Secretary of State 2009-2013

A State Department spokesperson could not point to a single tangible achievement by Clinton. Hillary wasted $80 million on an Afghan US consulate. She lost $6 billion due to improper filing of contracts. She refused to classify Boko Haram as a terrorist group, leading to the kidnapping of 300 school girls. She called off internal investigations into her State Department involving the endemic engagement of prostitutes by her security, drug use by State Department contractors and the US Ambassador to Belgium soliciting male child prostitutes.

 

  1. A Giant Whopper: Pretending to be Under Fire in Bosnia

Hillary claimed she was under attack by snipers when she landed in Tuzla, Bosnia, 1996, but subsequent CBS footage showed her walking calmly along the tarmac there and even stopping to greet a young girl. Liar, liar, pants on fire.

 

  1. Flip-Flopping: NAFTA

This video (also embedded above) shows how Hillary has flip-flopped on the issue of NAFTA, saying to some people that she favored it (“NAFTA has proven its worth”) while saying to others she opposed it (“I have been a critic of NAFTA from the very beginning”). Anything to get elected!

 

  1. More Lies: Gun or No Gun?

  1. More Lies: Bringing Peace to Northern Ireland?

Hillary claimed she brought Protestants and Catholics together in a Town Hall meeting for the first time. However, as this video states, “negotiators from the parties that helped broker the Good Friday agreement in 1998 told the Daily Telegraph that her role was peripheral and that she played no part in the grueling political talks over the years.”

 

  1. Flip-Flopping: Marriage Equality

Hillary has variously claimed that she opposes gay marriage and supports gay marriage at different times. It’s all about opportunism and pandering to a political base.

 

  1. Hillary during Watergate Investigations: An “Unethical, Dishonest Lawyer”

Bill Clinton was asked to serve on the special staff to handle the Nixon impeachment inquiry. He declined and suggested they hire his girlfriend Hillary Rodham instead. As Mike Rivero writes:

 

“Hillary Clinton was later fired from the staff of the House Judiciary committee investigating the Watergate scandal in 1974. She was fired by her supervisor, lifelong Democrat Jerry Zeifman, who stated, “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer,” he said. “She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.” Zeifman refused to give Clinton a letter of recommendation, one of only three employees he refused during his entire career.”

 

  1. Blood Gate: Selling AIDS-Infected Blood

When Bill Clinton became Governor of Arkansas, he awarded a fat contract to a Little Rock company called Health Management Associates (HMA). The company was paid $3 million a year for “medical services” for the state’s prison system. The game was to pay prisoners for their blood ($7 per pint) then resell it at massive profits on the international plasma market ($50 a pint). HMA’s entry into the blood market coincided with the rise of AIDS in America, but HMA did not screen the prisoners’ blood, even after the FDA issued special alerts about the higher incidents of AIDS and hepatitis in prison populations. In Canada alone, more than 7,000 people died from contaminated blood transfusions, many of them hemophiliacs. More than 4,000 of them died of AIDS. In 1986, public outrage forced the cancellation of HMA’s contract.

 

  1. Whitewater Scandal

The Whitewater Scandal involved Bill using the power of office of Governor of Arkansas to build public roads to the Clintons’ private land. The Clintons and McDougals made money with real estate contracts for Whitewater property that included harsh clauses. This resulted in elderly buyers defaulting on land payments and repossessions. The habit of using State power to personally enrich themselves is a very common theme running through the Clintons’ careers.

 

Hillary was the first woman ever subpoenaed by a Grand Jury in relation to Whitewater. Pervasive conflicts of interest were discovered between Rose Law Firm (Hillary) and Madison Guaranty (McDougal). Billing records disappeared (presumed stolen) from Vince Foster’s office the night he died. They reappeared in the Clinton residence following their acquittal, covered with Hillary’s fingerprints. Susan McDougal refused to testify against the Clintons, so went to prison, but was pardoned by President Bill. 15 Clinton friends were found guilty of 40 federal crimes. This cost US taxpayers around $145 million.

 

  1. Cattle Gate: Insider Trading – Hillary’s Magical Trade

Hillary invested $1000 and turned it into $100,000 through insider trading. She entered and exited the market at the exact right time. According to economists at Auburn and Nth Florida University, 1995, who concluded in their study in the Journal of Economics and Statistics, the probability of Hillary’s trade being genuine and not an insider trade was 1 in 250,000,000! The broker involved was given a 3 year suspension.

 

The trade was connected to Tyson Foods, the largest employer in Arkansas and a big Clinton donor.

 

  1. Eliminating Drug Testing at the White House

In an effort, no doubt, to avoid embarrassment over Bill’s cocaine-snorting habits, the Clintons eliminated random drug testing at the White House through the appointment Patsy Thomasson.

 

  1. File Gate: The Clintons’ Enemy List

The Clinton Administration improperly requested and received FBI background reports on 900 Republican officials in 1996. These FBI files contained sensitive information on average American citizens. It turned into a “Compilations of Enemies” list. Hillary was the source of the requests. The NYT called Hillary a “congenital liar”. Congressman Bob Barr commented:

 

“Clearly what the Clinton Administration is trying to do is an orchestrated systematic effort to thwart justice, to thwart the rule of law, to thwart legitimate investigations by the Congress, whether it is impeachment proceedings or regular oversight … to derail investigations (and) derail prosecutions.”

 

  1. China Gate: The China Connection

Bill Clinton and Al Gore took money from rich Chinese donors who ran prostitution rings. Again in 1996, agents of the Chinese Government and military funneled money into the Clinton re-election campaign, Clinton Legal Defense Fund and Democratic National Committee, in violation of US law.

 

  1. Prison Population Explosion under Bill

The total prison population increased by 673,000 people under Clinton’s tenure or by 235,000 more than it did under President Ronald Reagan, according to a study by the Justice Policy Institute.

Liberty or Big Brother Order – YOU Choose

Somehow (probably of my own doing) I have found myself on the mailing list of the Campaign for Liberty. Undoubtedly since I reside in the great State of Oklahoma, the national organization has funneled my name to the local State chapter. The Campaign for Liberty is plugged into the Conservative-Libertarian views of former Representative Ron Paul. I confess I have an affinity for Ron Paul’s policy reforms on a national level; however his foreign policy ideals are something I am in great disagreement.

I’m not real big on Ron Paul isolationist policies to manage the national budget in a more efficient manner. It is my belief once America relinquishes the reach of its military prowess, ideologies (the variations of Marxist-Socialist transnationalism), religions of hate (viz. Islam and Islamic Supremacist ideologies) and various reawakenings of foreign American-hating nationalism (e.g. Russia and Iran); THEN America’s National Security will be vulnerable to outside intrusions into our way of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The thing is though, if America continues on the Left Wing path that Obama’s transformation agenda has sent we Americans, great turmoil will occur in our nation once the rest of the Americans awaken to the loss of the American way of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Once that awakening occurs then those who still are drawn to the Founding Fathers’ revolutionary paradigm will recall the words framed by Thomas Jefferson and signed by the representatives from Thirteen British-American Colonies demanding the bonds of tyranny from an unjust government be ended – by arms if necessary.

In that spirit I share this email not only with my fellow Oklahomans but also with the citizens of all these United States to take a moment and contemplate the posterity of American freedoms especially under the light of the Christian principles and morality those former Englishmen and other Europeans brought to the then British American Colonies to worship as freely as an equal to the Church of England.

It is time for Americans to unite under the Freedom and Liberty issues that draw us together and not to hold the slimmer issues in which we might be in variance to separate us. For example, I am not an isolationists. BUT a time may arise in which isolationism vs. international military power is rendered irrelevant in the face of any tyranny that threatens our moral Freedom, moral Liberty and our moral Common Good.

Statement of Principles

 

Americans inherit from our ancestors a glorious tradition of freedom and resistance to oppression.  Our country has long been admired by the rest of the world for her great example of liberty and prosperity—a light shining in the darkness of tyranny.

 

But many Americans today are frustrated.  The political choices they are offered give them no real choice at all.  For all their talk of “change,” neither major political party as presently constituted challenges the status quo in any serious way.  Neither treats the Constitution with anything but contempt.  Neither offers any kind of change in monetary policy.  Neither wants to make the reductions in government that our crushing debt burden demands.  Neither talks about bringing American troops home not just from Iraq but from around the world.  Our country is going bankrupt, and none of these sensible proposals are even on the table.

 

This destructive bipartisan consensus has suffocated American political life for many years.  Anyone who tries to ask fundamental questions instead of cosmetic ones is ridiculed or ignored.

 

That is why the Campaign for Liberty was established: to highlight the neglected but common-sense principles we champion and reinsert them into the American political conversation.

 

The U.S. Constitution is at the heart of what the Campaign for Liberty stands for, since the very least we can demand of our government is fidelity to its own governing document.  Claims that our Constitution was meant to be a “living document” that judges may interpret as they please are fraudulent, incompatible with republican government, and without foundation in the constitutional text or the thinking of the Framers.  Thomas Jefferson spoke of binding our rulers down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution, and we are proud to follow in his distinguished lineage.

 

With our Founding Fathers, we also believe in a noninterventionist foreign policy.  Inspired by the old Robert Taft wing of the Republican Party, we are convinced that the American people cannot remain free and prosperous with 700 military bases around the world, troops in 130 countries, and a steady diet of war propaganda.  Our military overstretch is undermining our national defense and bankrupting our country.

 

We believe that the free market, reviled by people who do not understand it, is the most just and humane economic system and the greatest engine of prosperity the world has ever known.

We believe with Ludwig von Mises, Henry Hazlitt, and F.A. Hayek that central banking distorts economic decision making and misleads entrepreneurs into making unsound investments.  Hayek won the Nobel Prize for showing how central banks’ interference with interest rates sets the stage for economic downturns.  And the central bank’s ability to create money out of thin air transfers wealth from the most vulnerable to those with political pull, since it is the latter who receive the new money before the price increases it brings in its wake have yet occurred.  For economic and moral reasons, therefore, we join the great twentieth-century economists in opposing the Federal Reserve System, which has reduced the value of the dollar by 95 percent since it began in 1913.

 

We oppose the dehumanizing assumption that all issues that divide us must be settled at the federal level and forced on every American community, whether by activist judges, a power-hungry executive, or a meddling Congress.  We believe in the humane alternative of local self-government, as called for in our Constitution.

 

We oppose the transfer of American sovereignty to supranational organizations in which the American people possess no elected representatives.  Such compromises of our country’s independence run counter to the principles of the American Revolution, which was fought on behalf of self-government and local control.  Most of these organizations have a terrible track record even on their own terms: how much poverty have the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund actually alleviated, for example?  The peoples of the world can interact with each other just fine in the absence of bureaucratic intermediaries that undermine their sovereignty.

 

We believe that freedom is an indivisible whole, and that it includes not only economic liberty but civil liberties and privacy rights as well, all of which are historic rights that our civilization has cherished from time immemorial.

 

Our stances on other issues can be deduced from these general principles.

 

Our country is ailing.  That is the bad news.  The good news is that the remedy is so simple and attractive: a return to the principles our Founders taught us.  Respect for the Constitution, the rule of law, individual liberty, sound money, and a noninterventionist foreign policy constitute the foundation of the Campaign for Liberty.

Returning to a Christian Moral Stand will Perpetuate the USA

Not long ago President Barack Hussein Obama delivered the State of the Union Address (1/28/14) before Congress and the American television viewers who decided to tune in. I personally am disgusted with the President’s overbearing roughshod approach of shoving his Leftist transformationism down the throat of America. In other words – I chose not to watch it. Instead I listened to, watched and read the reviews of Conservatives that have a greater regard for Original Intent constitutionalism.

 

With all this in mind I came across an essay from a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that in essence could be themed the State of America’s Existence through the filter of history and our Christian heritage. Pastor Rick Joyner of MorningStar Fellowship Church (and Ministries) is one of those rare ordained Christian leaders that chooses to exercise both his First Amendment Right to Religious Freedom and the Right of Free Speech. Contrary to Supreme Court, the IRS as well as Separation of Church/State enthusiasts Christians and Christian Leaders SHOULD take steps to be an influence on the operation of government. The concept of “Separation of Church/State is found NO WHERE in the U.S. Constitution but rather is a derivative political doctrine twisted from a Thomas Jefferson letter to the Danbury Baptist of Church of Connecticut that was concerned that its parishioners would have to pay tax support for a State Established Church which were STILL in effect on the State level in the novice Federal Union of the United States of America, but were prohibited on a Federal level Constitutionally for the U.S. government. Evidently uncharacteristically Justice Hugo Black wrote the majority opinion that emphasized the bizarre interpretation of the Jefferson-to-Danbury Baptist Church Letter to forbid anything to do with government money to have anything to do with religion – focus on Christianity. This warping of an issue NOT FOUND in the U.S. Constitution occurred in the year 1947. This is 159 years after the Ninth State (New Hampshire) ratified the Constitution creating the United States of America’s present form of government.

 

Pastor Joyner is not complying with the Leftist edict to keep the Church out of the State. His observations are worth reading.

Restoring The Republic

America is not the kingdom of God, and it is definitely not the New Jerusalem. Even so, many nations have been called by God for special purposes. After years of studying American history and the founding of our Republic, His hand in our founding became clear to me. America has a purpose in preparing the way for His coming kingdom.

      

The kingdom of God will not be a democracy, but a kingdom. It will be built on many of the freedoms that are foundational to America’s strength and accomplishments. People were created to be free, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. The coming kingdom will be the world’s Jubilee. Like the biblical year of Jubilee in which all debts will be cancelled and all inheritances restored, this will happen for all mankind.

       

In Isaiah 40 we see that we prepare the way for the Lord by building a highway. America is part of that highway. While other nations have a part in this too, my primary calling is to my own nation. With the crisis America is in now, I am focusing on its part although the same principles can apply to others. Though America has had many great crises that have threatened our existence, they have all resulted in a great advance toward our ultimate purpose. The present crises can do the same. As we are engaged in building our part of this highway, the favor and blessings of God have been upon us, and it is His way to save the best for last. We must not give up on our country now. We can be sure that God has not.

 

Crises = Opportunity

         

For many years we have been saying that each year would be more challenging than the last. I don’t think we have been wrong yet. What can we expect for 2014? It will be even more challenging too, but that does not mean it will not be a great year. Keeping in mind that victories don’t come without battles, and no great victories without great battles, this is the year we can expect some breakthroughs and a turning. Now is the time to see these crises/opportunities and prepare for them.

        

 2013 gave us shocking revelations, unprecedented in American history, of the government’s use of the IRS to intimidate and control political opposition, domestic spying by the NSA, and the building of an apparatus that could be used for totalitarian control even beyond the imagination of the authors of 1984 and Animal Farm. The year ended with ObamaCare collapsing, the Administration reeling, stock markets soaring, and the politically incorrect Duck Dynasty rising in popularity far past the President or any other politician. We can learn much from these signs.

         

Not everyone who stood up for Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty agreed with him. However, there was a rising agreement that he had the right to say what he thinks without being penalized. Repulsion to political correctness is on the rise as well as a refreshing embracing of anyone with clear speech and the courage to say what they actually think. This is certainly a good sign.

         

The revelations of our government’s domestic spying apparatus should have caused the greatest outrage of Americans. The relative passivity of Americans about this is troubling. However, there are also signs that people are waking up to this threat as well.

         

As the saying goes, “If you do not change your direction, you will end up where you are headed.” Therefore, we will look at these and other major revelations that are illuminating ultimate issues with serious consequences. We will do this using a slightly modified version of The Three Great Questions:

 

Where are we headed?

 

Where should we be headed?

 

What can we do about it?

 

Where Are We Headed?

         

First we need to understand that where our government is headed may not be where the people are headed or want their government headed. There is a growing disconnect between the will of the people and the Federal Government.    

         

We must also understand that you can be a liberal and not be a socialist. You can be a socialist and not be a Marxist. One of the most destructive deceptions at this time is to judge others, especially other people groups, by their most extreme elements. That being said, America’s turn to the left has gone past classical liberalism toward socialism, with momentum towards Marxism.

         

The Federal Government has been steering us in this direction, although the general population of America remains steadfastly on the conservative side of moderate. A recent study revealed that those who identified themselves as liberal actually increased by 10%. However, that was from 17% to 27% with more than twice that percentage identifying themselves as conservatives. America remains a basically moderate nation, slightly leaning toward the conservative side.

 

Democracy is Being Destroyed

         

Even though America still leans slightly to the conservative side of moderate, that may never again be reflected in voting without election laws that protect the validity and sanctity of the vote. Consider these facts:

        

 In every swing state where voter I.D. was required, Romney won in 2012. In the major swing states of Ohio and Pennsylvania where no voter I.D. was required, dozens of precincts had 100% of the vote go to Obama. Some precincts counted more votes (all for Obama) than there were registered voters in the precincts. This is simply not possible. As even the Democratic Party pollster Patrick Caddell stated, “This election was within the margin of fraud.” 

 

Where Should We Be Headed?

         

The American Republic must be restored. The Constitution must be restored as the supreme law of the land.

 

What Can We Do About It?

         

There must be a general education about the Constitution and a resolute insistence that those who hold public office in any form keep their vow to defend it from enemies both foreign and domestic. Restoring the integrity of the vote is fundamental to the true will of the people ever being done in America again. How can we require an I.D. for buying a pack of cigarettes and not require one to vote?

         

Overwhelming evidence shows that the 2012 election was not a legitimate election. Increasing doubt will be cast on every election from now on if basic voter I.D. laws are not implemented with all voter fraud being considered a serious felony with serious penalties, and serious enforcement.

         

Voting is the foundation of democracy. To the degree that this most basic of all rights, upon which all of our other rights depend, is so abused, we no longer have true democracy in America. We should challenge the legitimacy of any election where voter I.D. is not required and enforced. Even the U.N. observers declared that it is not possible to have a legitimate election without voter I.D.

         

Those who promote voter fraud by being against voter I.D. should be considered the enemies of our Constitution and of democracy that they are. If there is to be freedom, then the most basic right of every American—to have their vote count—must be restored. Our votes do not count if we continue to allow the level of fraud now common in our elections.

         

The Secretary of State of each state is the one who authenticates elections. It was reported that the Administration invested far more heavily in this office than the Republicans, and in some states, more than they did in the governorship. Why? Obviously, this is a position where the utmost integrity is required to preserve integrity in elections. Without giving this position the importance it deserves, major voter fraud will continue.

        

 Laws should be passed and enforced that any government official who compromises the integrity of any election is guilty of treason—because they are. Voter fraud is the most basic attack against the American Republic and the Constitution.

 

Truth is Built on People of Truth

          

We can have the best form of government and still have bad government, if we have people without integrity running it. We cannot expect those who would gain their position falsely to govern fairly, honestly, or without corruption. We will not rid our government of growing corruption without restoring the integrity of the vote.

          

In a democracy, the people are the sovereign and the government works for the people. With the erosion of our Constitutional moorings, the government has been increasingly brazen to force its will on the people. The Revolutionary War was fought to throw off this tyranny, and it is this tyranny that our Founders encouraged citizens to rise up and throw off again anytime it manifests in our government.

         

In fact, that was the reason for the Second Amendment. The right to bear arms was not for hunting or recreational target practice, it was specifically for the purpose of keeping citizens armed and able to overthrow any tyrant or tyranny that sought to impose itself on the people through the government.

 

Another Revolution/Civil War?

       

Some think another revolution or civil war could never happen in America because a majority of Americans would never allow it. It would not require a majority, or even close to a majority, for this to happen. Marx was right when he declared that a tiny percentage of the passionate would rule the majority who are indifferent. This was proven when just twenty thousand Bolsheviks overthrew the Czar and took over Russia, a nation of millions and one of the strongest countries in the world at the time.

       

 During the American Revolutionary War, roughly 30% of colonists were in favor of the Revolution, and only a small percentage of those actually participated in the conflict. Another 30% were loyal to the king and steadfastly opposed to revolution. The remaining 40% of the people tended to drift from one side to the other depending on who it looked like was winning, or they turned against one side because of the atrocities they were committing.

      

 The revolutionaries during the American Revolution were liberals. The conservatives were loyalists to the British crown. The definition of liberal and conservative has changed since then but, after over 250 years, we continue to have the same general political breakdown: 30% liberal, 30% conservative, and 40% in-between. The American Civil War had a similar breakdown, and the acrimony is growing as it did before both of these two most terrible conflicts.

 

It Is Still About Slavery

      

Signs are strong that if we are not soon drawn back together as a nation, we will be torn apart. The basic issue dividing us continues to be slavery. This is not about a single people group being enslaved, but whether we will all become slaves of the state or remain a free people.

      

Many have attempted to give the impression that slavery in America was less cruel and diabolical than it really was. Some slave owners may have been relatively humane in their treatment of slaves, but the key word here is “relatively.” Slavery itself was inhumane and diabolical, and the American form was as bad, or worse, than what was found anywhere in history. The point is not to stir up old wounds, but to make a connection to the totalitarian slavery America is headed for if we do not change our direction. Neither Hitler nor Stalin had the technology for the kind of totalitarian control apparatus that is now in the hands of the U.S. Government. In the hands of the wrong people, whether from the right or the left, the kind of totalitarian control that could be imposed on America would be worse than has ever been known before.

      

The revelations of 2013 regarding the use of the IRS to suppress political opposition is the worst abuse of power since the Civil War, and to date, there have been almost no political repercussions for it. Recent news reports say that the IRS is planning on handing out hundreds of millions of dollars in bonuses to “increase the morale of the agency.” Well I guess millions of dollars could help just about anyone’s morale! Certainly not everyone in the IRS should be implicated in the suppression of conservative groups. Many IRS agents and employees are faithful public servants. Even so, this could hardly be a more “in your face” insult to the victims of IRS abuse and a clear revelation of just how callous the IRS remains.

       

Then we have the revealing of domestic spying by the NSA: the U.S. Federal Government not only developed the most sophisticated and comprehensive totalitarian control apparatus in history, but they are already using it against U.S. citizens.

       

With the revelation of this apparatus, we cannot help but wonder if this is the reason why blatant violations of our Constitution by our Federal Government surface continually, yet only a few of our elected representatives, who vowed by solemn oath to defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic, have the courage to protest it, much less seek the impeachment and maybe even the arrest of those responsible.

      

The Supreme Court found the Affordable Care Act (ACA) constitutional on the basis of a decisive vote by Chief Justice Roberts, that it was in fact a tax which no one could understand, and which Roberts could not even explain. How could we not believe that someone had gotten to him? Was he threatened with the revelation of something about himself or a family member that is now being used to control him? Nothing else seems to make sense of Judge Roberts’ decision.

     

This will now be a cloud that hangs over all government officials—they are being controlled to keep them from speaking out or possibly voting as they would like, because something is being used to silence them. Just the threat that NSA information is being used in this way greatly erodes the trust of citizens in their government.

 

The Power Grab

     

The Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA or ObamaCare) is the single biggest power grab in American history, and if fully implemented, could result in the worst tyranny ever. Just as rat poison is 98% food and only 2% poison, ObamaCare is filled with elements intended to appeal to almost everyone, but a most deadly poison is sown throughout it. Senator Rand Paul warned this in his letter released February 4:

 

President Obama’s NSA was caught spying, collecting, and storing data on virtually every American citizen.

 

And some are now saying the “ObamaCare” database may end up being even worse.

 

But I’m afraid the worst spying and data collection scheme of them all could turn out to be the massive National ID database buried deep within the so-called “Immigration Reform Bill.”

      

Do you remember early in President Obama’s first term when he implemented the “Cash for Clunkers” program? The auto dealers logged onto the government site to take advantage of this and found that they had to agree that their computers and all of their contents became government property upon signing up. This requirement created such an immediate outcry that the Administration quickly backed off. However, they have not stopped using every means to seize private information on American citizens. A pattern persists in this Administration that you would have to be intentionally blind not to see.

      

ObamaCare is not likely to ever be fully implemented. If we were shocked by the mismanagement of the website, the actual implementation of this law would be beyond even that. We can expect the outrage to continue to grow as millions lose the health coverage that President Obama promised they could keep. Outrage will grow as all others end up paying many times more than they were paying only to receive even less coverage, while the quality of our healthcare system continues to erode under the present mismanagement. We will not just be losing our freedom and our money, but many lives will be lost as this impossible red tape machine gets loosed upon America. Even if the ACA gets tabled soon, it has already infected the country with enough poison to be devastating.

 

America’s Lifeblood

            

America’s strength was built on the freedom that released human initiative. This was summed up as the right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Elements in the ACA attack all three of these basic freedoms at their roots. Just the threat of the ACA has dragged our economy to a virtual halt, costing millions of jobs, and will cause millions more to be laid off or dropped to part-time status.

           

Those who promoted the ACA, and forced it upon America against her will, may not have intended to destroy our economy. Even so, the madness of this worst-ever devised legislation will accomplish this by mismanagement. If the government cannot design and run a website, how can it run the entire healthcare industry? This has now gone beyond Einstein’s definition of insanity—we actually need another word for the madness we are being subjected to by our government.

         

If healthcare really was the Administration’s purpose with the ACA and not the control of the people, why was the IRS assigned to police it? The intent and ability of the IRS to suppress dissent has now been clearly exposed. Through the ACA, the government will have access to all of our financial records, as well as the authority to withdraw from our accounts at will. Then, as was illuminated a few weeks ago, we now know that buried within this law the government is given authority to seize the assets of estates to pay the medical costs of the deceased. Wasn’t the insurance supposed to do that? With the implementation of the ACA, Americans can kiss inheritances goodbye.

         

We no longer have a government that is of the people, for the people, or by the people. Totalitarian control is reaching its tentacles deeper into our lives each passing day. Will we change our course, or will we end up where we are headed?

         

We will change our direction. We will have a Jubilee. Our inheritance will not be stolen, but restored.

He is made to see that women demand security more than logical, principled, or honorable behavior.

 

By the time his son must go to war, father (with jelly for a backbone) will slam a gun into junior’s hand before father will risk the censure of his peers, or make a hypocrite of himself by crossing the investment he has in his own personal opinion or self-esteem. Junior will go to war or father will be embarrassed. So junior will go to war, the true purpose not withstanding (sic).

 

Factor III – Mother

 

The female element of human society is ruled by emotion first and logic second. In the battle between logic and imagination, imagination always wins, fantasy prevails, maternal instinct dominates so that the child comes first and the future comes second. A woman with a newborn baby is too starry-eyed to see a wealthy man’s cannon fodder or a cheap source of slave labor. A woman must, however, be conditioned to accept the transition to “reality” when it comes, or sooner.

What Price Freedom? – Or Our New Leviathan

A dark cloud of fascism surrounded the Beacon of Freedom on November 6th, as America’s ill-informed and ignorant electorate rejected the ideas of personal responsibility and fierce independence exhibited by the early pioneer as he or she rose each morning and asked for nothing more than one more day to work towards success and gave thanks to God for seeing that morning’s sun. By reelecting Obama, these neo-fascists have gladly embraced mindless open borders, the Welfare State, global warming/”green energy”, appeasement and surrender as a foreign policy, and $20 trillion plus deficits. They have sold their Freedom for “free” contraceptives and an Affordable Health Care Act that inflates the cost more than if they had bought their own private insurance policies, and in the bargain they have ensured the enslavement of their children and their children’s children to the Leviathan and those Statists who control it!

The job lay-offs and company cutbacks and closures (Walmart, Applebee’s, Krogers) have already begun in anticipation of the AHA becoming entrenched in U.S. law, especially since many small businesses are close to the 50 employee mark that forces them under its regulation, as it takes over an entire industry. Americans must not let their opposition to Obamacare wane, because its positive effects are few and its freedom killing regulations, such as imprisonment for anyone refusing to “buy” it, are vast and devastating both to the individual and the nation.

Obama’s “mandate” is a fiction. He only won by two million votes, and he received nine million fewer this time than in 2008. The Republicans retained control of the House of Representatives with a 233-201 margin; and yet, Obama is proceeding with his theme that “the wealthy need to pay their fair share”, as he prepares to raise taxes on all Americans by allowing the Bush tax rates to expire. He has suggested raising taxes on everyone making $250,000 or more and a return to the higher tax levels of the Clinton era.

Obama supporters echo his theme, even though the top 15% earners in the U.S. already pay 90% of the taxes. Steny Hoyer, the number two Democrat from Maryland, suggests that working families should not have to bear the burden of deficit reduction. Mary Kay Henry, Pres of SEIU, wrote in a letter to the ‘Tennessee-Tribune’: “We need a country where the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. We need good jobs, we need to need to protect the vital services that millions of Americans rely on and we need to provide a pathway to citizenship for immigrants”, signed with the American Communist Party slogan “In Solidarity”!

Steny Hoyer and others who voted for Obama are not only morally bankrupt, but they are economics illiterate. They do not understand… or even want to understand… that most of America’s jobs are found in small businesses. They do not understand that more taxes on the wealthy tend to place brakes on new business, business expansions and the jobs that are created, thus burdening families further once the lay-offs start; fewer regulations and taxes have historically enabled and created a stimulated and vibrant national economy.

Mary Henry must not realize that current U.S. law already provides a path to citizenship for immigrants, but of course, she really meant illegal aliens, who all the Far Left liberals think souls be given amnesty, which did not work in 1986 and will not solve the situation now; legal Hispanic immigrants, who filed their paperwork and paid the fees, don’t like the fact that the illegals claim their “right” to be here, expect to go to the head of the line and essentially be rewarded for their criminal behavior. However, Heather McDonald (Manhattan Institute) uses statistics to illustrate that, by and large, Hispanics did not vote for Obama due to his immigration stance, but rather they voted for him due to their own propensity towards large centralized government.

America had the chance to elect a potentially good President, Mitt Romney, who would have made the nation energy independent, but they stuck with the Fascist, who is once again preparing to tax carbon emissions by the metric ton and is positioned to close 200-400 coal plants by 2014; just this week a coal plant in Utah laid off 160 workers. So, when gas prices keep rising and people can barely pay their electric bills (projected to soon increase by 30%), Americans need only to look in the damned mirror, because they created the situation by reelecting the most radical President in American history!

While Speaker of the House John Boehner has not been specific on what goals he might set for raising new federal tax dollars, his lack of spine is apparent, as he makes conciliatory noises and once again kisses their President’s backside by suggesting that compromise on the debt ceiling and tax rate is possible. Boehner did, however, recently attempt to sound tough, as he stated that he supported continuing President Bush’s tax rates for all income levels.

Now that the debt ceiling “crisis”, automatic tax hikes and spending cuts set to occur at the end of the year have set the stage for going over the “fiscal cliff,” Obama speaks of reaching across the aisle in the spirit of compromise; however, he has shown himself in his first term as an intransigent, secretive pathological LIAR…and now we’re supposed to take him at his word and join him? Not just “No”, but “Hell No!” No deals should be cut with Obama…Let the Democrats be the ones to shut the government down if they will!

Obama’s and Harry Reid’s annual $1.5 trillion deficits have done their damage, and our economy may collapse no matter what saving steps are taken. Obama could take every penny from all of our millionaires and billionaires and still not make a dent in the nation’s debt. The only chance we can give America is to 1) cut government bureaucracies 2) halt deficit spending 3) limit all spending 4) keep the current tax rates; an economic and financial collapse knows no party or race, and you on the Left are damaging the nation and everyone’s future!

Obama, the Divider, and his neo-fascist supporters declare that Americans do not have the right and duty to preserve the society that so many fought and bled for centuries to build; their Utopian lust for a multicultural and transnational society is certain to destroy America if they aren’t stopped, because no nation can survive long if its immigrants are not integrating into the culture and learning the common language or if its borders are not secured and its laws enforced. Obama has pitted women against the Church, unions against Wall Street and local governments, the poor against the rich, homosexuals (3% of the pop.) against the Church and the military (military cadre are retiring in droves due to the military’s “gay marriage” acceptance) and race against race on many issues. His Marxist call for “social justice” is a farce, and his policies make American life insecure and unsafe, as he also ignores the Constitution, loots the U.S. Treasury, downgrades our Armed Forces and consolidates power.

There are those in America who have chosen tyranny over Liberty, but we must resist, obstruct and sabotage Obama’s and the Democrats’ anti-American agendas at every turn in order to save our nation, because redistribution of the wealth is not a legitimate function of the government. The sober and resolute citizens can stop this out of control government…we can stop the liberal whores who bow at the altar of government servitude; we will not negotiate the terms of our economic and political servitude, or abandon our children to a dark and bleak future, or allow Obama to create a new order founded in ideas foreign to our culture historically and an anathema in every way. And, they do not get to dictate to us under Our U.S. Constitution, as we remain defiant in our demise, if it comes to pass. To quote the great Mark Levin, “We’re not good losers, you better believe we’re sore losers! A good loser is a loser forever.” With Freedom for All and Our Beloved America’s future at stake, no options exist except for resistance … no surrender!

Whereas Tony Newbill focused on Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty in the post “Romney, Pawlenty, Agenda 21: Road to Serfdom,” this post zeroes in on Governor Rick Perry of Texas. FOX News reports I have been listening to show that Perry might be a heart beat from entering the GOP Presidential nomination race. I had no idea until I read this that Perry has all the baggage of the label RINO.

 

The only problem I have with the Newbill post is one of the links lists Sarah Palin as a proponent of Agenda 21 in America. Palin is a less taxes and less government Tea Party kind of gal. Agenda 21 is all about government manipulation to appear local when the program is really a sovereignty busting United Nations program to control people, the way people live, the environment people live in and population control. I probably left a few Liberty destroying aspects of Agenda 21 but you get the idea. Palin definitely is not about government tentacles invading the individuality of a person’s life.
