Clearly California legislators either failed their civics classes or are viewing the First Amendment in a reverse Original Intent format:

 

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.  -First Amendment on ConstitutionCenter.org

 

Until activist Courts including SCOTUS began dismantling the Religious Liberty in the First Amendment in the mid-20th century, history CLEARLY illustrates the Founding Fathers intended the First Amendment to mean the government must stay out of all things related to the Christian Church yet Christianity was to be a moral influence on government.

 

Although legal scholars might use an earlier starting point, the big date for SCOTUS revisionism is 1947: Everson v. Board of Education. The SCOTUS decision 5 affirms and 4 dissents. Hugo Black wrote the majority decision and Justices Jackson and Rutledge wrote dissenting opinions. The point being ONE VOTE revised the First Amendment original understanding that stood 160 years of government out of Church but Church being a moral influence on government:

 

Since this ruling in 1947, courts throughout America have looked to this opinion as a watershed from its historical interpretation from the days of America’s Founding Fathers. Justice Black and those supporting his opinion on the Court introduced a completely new element that was and is at variance with the historical interpretation of the First Amendment. A good read on the issue is Justin Smith’s ‘The Fallacy of “Separation of Church and State”’. Another good read is “How the Supreme Court Twisted the First Amendment and Banned Religion in Public Schools” by Zachary Garris at Teach Diligently.

 

The Dems are perpetuating this assault on Religious Liberty via the Dem sponsored Equality Act (H.R. 5) in the House. The aim of the Equality Act is to force Americans (undoubtedly aimed Biblical-minded Christians) to further accept the godless LGBTQ lifestyle. If the Republican majority Senate passes its version of the Equality Act (S. 788) introduced on March 13, God have mercy on America.

 

What brought these thoughts to fruition though is State legislation in Leftist haven of California. My July 3 news alert from Prophecy News Watch (PNW) informs me a California State bill would force Christian Pastors/Preachers to zip their lips on preaching the Bible about the godless homosexual lifestyle.

 

The California Bill is ACR 99 and it “… would FORBID pastors from saying homosexual acts are sinful? A bill REQUIRING them to affirm same-sex relationships and gender identity? It has been proposed!” (The bold text is my emphasis of the quote in the PNW article.)

 

If read or hear the Left (these days that includes some Churches who have abandoned the Word of God) tell you, “The Bible does not condemn homosexuality”; those sources are blatantly lying and maybe even twisting the original meaning of Scripture with completely faulty revisionist scholarship. (Just like activist Judges and Justices to the U.S. Constitution.) HuffPo is a classic example of twisted-lying Left-Wing sourcing. If you are a Bible-believing Christian belonging to this Wikipedia list (as of today last updated 7/3/19) of Churches accepting LGBTQ in one fashion or another, YOU are in danger of placing yourself in rebellion to God (choosing the same path of Adam and Eve [godless Adam & Steve or Adriana & Eve]). Rebellion causes God-Separation, aka the Second Death (Genesis 3: 1-9; 1 John 2: 15-17 HCSB):

Why This New California Bill Is So Dangerous To The Church

Last week, I put out a warning about a bill under consideration in California known as ACR 99. I explained “Why California Pastors Must Stand Up to Government Tyranny.”

 

I also tweeted about the bill. I asked: “What? A California bill that would FORBID pastors from saying homosexual acts are sinful? A bill REQUIRING them to affirm same-sex relationships and gender identity? It has been proposed!”

 

One of my Twitter followers, a younger Christian man, challenged my reading of the bill. He insisted that it did not infringe on Christian liberties. Is he right?

 

Let’s take a look at this bill more carefully. Once we do, you’ll understand why Christian legal organizations, along with pastors and ex-gay leaders in California, are so concerned.

 

The Bill is Bad

 

The final text of the bill states this: “This measure would call upon all Californians to embrace the individual and social benefits of family and community acceptance, upon religious leaders to counsel on LGBTQ matters from a place of love, compassion, and knowledge of the psychological and other harms of conversion therapy, and upon the people of California and the institutions of California with great moral influence to model equitable treatment of all people of the state.”

 

Is this really so bad? Yes.

 

First, who gave the government the right to issue a call like this? Who gave the government the right to tell religious leaders that they cannot help people with unwanted same-sex attractions pursue change? (Broadly speaking, that’s what “conversion therapy” ultimately refers to. The term, of course, is used in a derogatory way.) If ever there was an overstepping of the separation of Church and State, this would be it.

 

Second, what, exactly, is meant by “equitable treatment of all people of the state”? Based on the findings which form the foundation of this bill, it would mean affirming transgender identity and transgender “rights,” even when those “rights” infringed on the rights of others.

 

And this is not just idle talk. The bill passed it its committee vote and is heading to the California Senate for a full vote. Let’s dig in a little deeper to see exactly what California pastors and religious leaders are facing.

 

The Presuppositions

 

ACR 99 is based on a number of presuppositions, all introduced with the word WHEREAS. Here’s the first: “The California State Legislature has found that being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (LGBTQ) is not a disease, disorder, illness, deficiency, or shortcoming.”

 

Based on this, it would be wrong to believe or teach that homosexual practice is sinful. Or that homosexual desires are disordered. Or that there is anything wrong with homosexual relationships. Or that a man who believes he is a woman has any type of deficiency. And this is just the first of the 9 “WHEREAS” clauses!

 

Another clause rejects any attempts to change a person’s LGBTQ identity. (This appears under the heading of “conversion therapy.”)

 

And another states that “the stigma associated with being LGBTQ often created by groups in society, including therapists and religious groups, has caused disproportionately high rates of suicide, attempted suicide, depression, rejection, and isolation amongst LGBTQ and questioning individuals.”

 

In other words, if you preach and teach what the Bible says about LGBTQ issues and people, no matter how loving and compassionate you are, you are guilty of stigmatizing them, thereby causing them emotional and even physical harm.

 

The intent of this bill is perfectly clear.

 

The Government Telling Pastors What to Preach

 

That’s why Liberty Counsel issued a warning, stating, “CA RESOLUTION THREATENS PASTORS AND COUNSELORS.”

 

Specifically, the resolution “calls on religious leaders and others with ‘moral influence’ to affirm homosexuality and ‘transgenderism’ and to accept that Christian efforts to help people with unwanted same-sex attraction or gender confusion are ‘ineffective, unethical and harmful.’ As a resolution, ACR 99 does not have the force of law but will be persuasive for some policymakers. It will now go to the state Senate for a vote.”

 

That’s why the California Family Council, which is on the front lines of this legislative battle, wrote that “CA Legislators to Tell Pastors What to Preach from their Pulpits on LGBT Behavior & Identities.”

 

Life and Hope

 

And that’s why ex-gay leaders Ken Williams and Elizabeth Woning protested the bill. As Woning wrote, “For us, walking out our faith with biblical conviction means life and hope. Our faith has saved us from suicide and given us freedom to live with clear consciences. We too would like to be acknowledged and affirmed. … Instead, activists attack our efforts to care for like-minded friends by promoting dangerous counseling restrictions and stifling our free speech.”

 

In short, this bill would state that pastors and Christian counselors do not have the right to walk out their faith and live out their biblical convictions.

 

It would stop them from offering the fullness of the Gospel to people with unwanted same-sex attractions and gender identity confusion. And it would constitute, in no uncertain terms, a frontal assault on their — and our — religious liberties.

 

That’s why it must be resisted.

Answering Ren Time’s Defense of Homosexuality

I moderate all comments on my SlantRight 2.0 blog. Unfortunately I don’t always get to them in a timely manner. I approved a comment to the post “If your school allows ‘Day of Silence’, keep your child home this Friday”. The post was a cross post of an AFA announcement that LGBTQ proponents were pushing Public Schools to have a Day of Silence to honor the homosexual movement in America on or around April 27, 2018.

 

Needless to say, I was not pleased that homosexual activists are using the same Public Schools to promote the godless homosexual lifestyle that Christians were told could not pray because Judicial Activism used Thomas Jefferson’s wording in a letter that does NOT appear in the Constitution, to exclude all things Christian from taxpayer supported activities.

 

The Courts is how all things Left-Wing have corrupted all thing moral in the United States of America.

 

I received a comment from a person who indicated he was a proud member of the Lutheran Church. God have mercy on the Lutheran Church if they promote homosexuality of the express condemnation of the practice in the Word of God.

The depravity of a LGBTQ kind-of-Community around Sodom and Gomorrah in Abraham’s day:

 

19 Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground. 2 And he said, “Here now, my lords, please turn in to your servant’s house and spend the night, and wash your feet; then you may rise early and go on your way.”

 

And they said, “No, but we will spend the night in the open square.”

3 But he insisted strongly; so they turned in to him and entered his house. Then he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.

Friends this is only a Bible sampling showing homosexuality is not the Creator’s plan for life. No matter how Liberal Christian Churches twist the real meaning of God’s Word or even deny God’s Word by shoving it into the realm of archaic irrelevance, the actual meaning is true, good and righteous.

Hmm… Let’s look at the first sentence:

Let’s be CLEAR what LGBTQ+ represents:

 

LGBTQ+ is an acronym for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer/Questioning, and others. (LGBTQ+ Terminology; University of Central Florida – Social Justice and Advocacy: Student Development and Enrollment Services)

 

In order to not be accused too much for source bigotry, note the above quote is from a university that is fully supportive of the homosexual lifestyle as a natural act as opposed to an unnatural act. You can go to the above pdf for the pro-gay terminology, but I am going to use other sources either neutral or pro-Biblical.

 

(L)esbian:

 

a woman who is sexually attracted to other women :a female homosexual (Merriam-Webster Learner’s Dictionary)

 

… where did the term “lesbians” come from. For starters, it did not come from the Bible. It is believed the term came from the reference to residents living on the island of Lesbos. This island, the third largest one in the Aegean Sea, was home in the early 7th century B.C. to a female poet named Sappho. (G)ay:

 

  1. of, relating to, or exhibiting sexual desire or behavior directedtoward a person or persons of one’s own sex; homosexual: a gay couple.

It should first be noted that the KJV Bible does not use the word gay in its text. The word itself comes from the Middle English word “gai” which came into existence around 1275 to 1325 A.D. (dictionary.com). It originally meant something that was fast, sudden, merry or showy. The use of the word gay as a synonym for a homosexual began sometime around the late 1930s and 40s. (B)isexual:

 

Sexually attracted not exclusively to people of one particular gender; attracted to both men and women. (OxfordDictionaries.org)

 

Though the Bible does not directly speak about bisexuality, it frequently addresses issues related to sexual ethics. A look at some of these principles offers clarity regarding God’s view of the practice of bisexuality.

 

First, sexual relationships were created by God to take place within the context of marriage between a man and a woman. Genesis 2:24 teaches, “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” Though the Bible records other forms of relationships, it only specifically presents one man and one woman enjoying sexual relations within marriage as God’s design.

 

Second, since bisexuality includes sexual relationships outside of marriage, it is also excluded as a form of sexual immorality. First Corinthians 6:18 clearly teaches, “Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.”

 

Third, bisexuality is also excluded from Christian practice since it includes same sex relationships that are prohibited in the Bible. In the Old Testament, same sex activity was called an abomination (Leviticus 18:22). In the New Testament, Jesus speaks directly of marriage (and sexual relations) between one man and one woman in marriage (Matthew 19). The apostle Paul mentioned that some of the believers in Corinth had been involved in same sex relations before becoming believers, saying, “And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God” (1 Corinthians 6:11). (T)rans or Transgender:

 

used to describe someone who feels that they are not the same gender (= sex) as the one they had or were said to have at birth (Cambridge Dictionary)

 

Someone who is transgender has a gender identity which does not fully correspond to the sex assigned to them at birth. (CollinsDictionary.com)

The biggest claim of the transgender movement is that a man who thinks he’s a woman can really be a woman, and vice versa. You see this in many ways — from preferred pronouns, sex reassignment surgeries, and demands to use the restroom of perceived rather than given gender.

 

The problem is that this is a philosophical claim that is not true, and can never be true, in any way or form. A man’s chromosomes cannot be engineered into female chromosomes. Altering one’s appearance cosmetically or surgically cannot change the underlying reality of a person’s biological make-up. The psychology of the mind cannot override the facts of a person’s biological markers. The transgender revolution demands that we believe falsehoods about human nature. And truth and falsehood have never been a matter of majority vote, because we know that there is a Creator who has the authority to decide and state what is right and wrong.

(Q)Queer/Questioning:

 

Dictionary.com has 12 definitions for “Queer.” The definitions are divided between adjective, noun, verb and the slang of those grammatical divisions. Under adjective, there are four definitions of “queer” that were normal before the homosexual lifestyle appropriated the term. My focus is what dictionary.com calls slang –

 

5. [Adjective] Slang.

a. Usually Disparaging and Offensive. (of a person) gay or lesbian.

b. noting or relating to a sexual orientation or gender identity that falls outside the heterosexual mainstream or the gender binary: queer subcultures.

 

10. [noun] Slang.

a. Disparaging and Offensive. a term used to refer to a a person who is gay or lesbian.

b. a person whose sexual orientation or gender identity falls outside the heterosexual mainstream or the gender binary.

 

Merriam-Webster.com:

 

2. d. often disparaging + offensive

 

(1) : sexually attracted to members of the same sex : homosexual, gay

(2) : of, relating to, or used by homosexuals : gay 4b

 

“(Q)ueer/Questioning” is a bit difficult to locate via a Biblical perspective. Search engines typically go the homosexual issue when looking for a Biblical perspective of the term. Hence, I’ll use the definitions from the pro-homosexual “LGBTQ+ Terminology”:

 

Queer

 

  1. An umbrella term for the LGBTQ+ community (ex: the queer community).

 

  1. A sexual orientation that is intentionally left vague. Many people identify as queer because they feel that no other sexuality term applies to them. People who identify as queer might also do so for political reasons: to specifically and publically [sic] reject society’s prevailing view of sexuality. Some people experience “queer” as a slur, so use this term with care.

 

Questioning-

 

Being unsure of your gender identity, being unsure of your sexual orientation, or both. Many people go through a stage of questioning during their lives, sometimes several times. This can be because they learn new words that fit them better, or it can be that their actual feelings of gender or attraction change over time.

 

Evidently the homosexual community keeps adding initials to their acronym as indicated by the last character “+”.The “LGBTQ+ Terminology” pdf translates the “+” as “and others”. Unfortunately, the “and others” is not addressed in the terminology pdf. There are plenty of terms however that a Biblical Christian more than likely have an unfamiliarity.

 

The Urban Dictionary defines “+” as “…  meaning other sexualitys such as pansexual, asexual and omnisexual extra.”

 

Pansexuality according to Merriam-Webster:

 

1: of, relating to, or characterized by sexual desire or attraction that is not limited to people of a particular gender identity or sexual orientation

 

  • Pansexualpeople are attracted to all kinds of people, regardless of their gender, sex or presentation. —Farhana Khan

 

Also: not solely homosexual or heterosexual

 

  • The famous 0-6 scale … was devised to chart sexual proclivities, from purely heterosexual (0) to purely homosexual (6). Kinsey felt humans are pansexual(most falling somewhere between 0 and 6), and restrictions imposed by society and religion lead to sexual maladjustments. —Lisa C. Hickman

 

2: tending to suffuse all experience and conduct with erotic feeling

Evidently “pansexual” and “omnisexual” are similar yet distinct. Check out this explanation from Affinity Magazine:

 

Throughout pride month I saw the terms pansexual and omnisexual being used interchangeably. However, they are not synonyms of each other (thus being why they each have their own day during pride month); there is a big difference between the two that needs to be acknowledged.

Both pansexual and omnisexual are rather new words in relation to labeling sexualities, but both stem from different languages. The prefix pan- comes from the Greek word ‘pan’ meaning all, while the prefix omni- comes from the Latin word ‘omni’, which also means all. But despite the fact that both of the terms contain a prefix meaning ‘all’, there is still a key difference between the two.

 

The key difference being the fact that pansexuality is the attraction to people regardless of gender, meaning that they could date a man, a woman, someone identifying as non-binary or anyone else without said person’s gender playing a part in whether they date them or have the capacity to love them. Whereas omnisexual is the attraction to anyone despite their gender, meaning they could also date a man, a woman, someone identifying as non-binary or anyone else, while noticing their gender but not caring how they identify. WHAT in the godless world are these guys trying to justify as natural!!!????

 

These explanations are NOT natural. They are not only unnatural; these explanations literally demonstrate what rebellion against the Creator looks like.

 

So Ren Time (I’d be surprised if this is not a pseudonym), one may not find “LGBTQ+” in the Bible, But those descriptions are definitely written off as ungodly counter-Creator separating from the Presence of God practices.

 

The next question by Ren Time is a bit perplexing to Christians that are fully aware that homosexuality is ungodly but and versed well enough in the Word of God to respond with firm compassion. Ren Time then asks, “The bible does say to “Love thy Neighbor as yourself” Mark 12:31. So why are you against this?”

 

In rightly discerning God’s Word, one should discover that under the New Covenant established by the Blood of Jesus in the torturous whipping and Crucifixion of Jesus the price was paid for humanity’s inherited sin bequeathed by Adam by believing Satan in Eden rather obeying God pertaining to the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

 

Christians should love the godly and the ungodly alike. BUT, Christians should NOT support the practices of sin that separates humanity from God’s Presence. That means Christians should freely condemn sin without being the Judge/Executioner of sin. Redemption is about Forgiveness of sin, Acceptance of contrition for sin and Restoration to the Presence of God.

 

This is when such oft used phrases as “Hate the sin and not Sinner” should mean something. It is the place of Christians to use acts of violence against the sinners that practice the various forms of homosexuality especially after the law of the land has legalized the godless practice.

 

The duty of a Christian is to pray for the ungodly just as Jesus did even right from the Cross before spirit left His body:

 

Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”

 

And they divided His garments and cast lots. (Luke 23: 34 NKJV)

 

Jesus the Son of God and the son of Man via Mary, even after humanity reared its undeserving head in the death of the Christ on the Cross. For this context take the time to read: Matthew 27: 32-44; Mark 15: 25-32; Luke 23: 32-43 NKJV.

 

So indeed Ren Time, love your neighbor as yourself, but also the heed the rest of the Word of God:

Are you Falsely Accused of Inexplicable/Illogical Fear?

It’s time to address phobias – again. Here is the Merriam-Webster definition of phobia:

 

an exaggerated usually inexplicable and illogical fear of a particular object, class of objects, or situation

Apparently, i.e. listening to the Left, Social Conservatives, Conservatives understanding Islamic revered writings and Counterjihadists all over the political spectrum are peopled filled with “inexplicable and illogical fear.”

 

People that believe the Word of God (i.e. the Holy Bible) and condemn the homosexual lifestyle because God calls the practice an abomination in the Old Testament and deserving death unless the homosexual lifestyle is repented by looking up to Jesus the Redeemer in the New Testament are vilified as homophobes. The problem I have with the epithet “homophobe,” is that Biblical Christians DO NOT have an inexplicable and illogical fear of those who practice a homosexual lifestyle.

 

Rather the view of a Biblical Christian is lining up with God in loathing the practice which as an unrepentant action separates one from the Presence of God. Incidentally, a spiritual state restored by believing in the price paid in death of Jesus Christ and enabling eternal life in the Presence of God participating by faith in the Resurrection to glorified Life by the man-God (both natures in one) Jesus Christ.

 

Christians (AND any non-Christian not a Muslim) must understand the revered writings of Islam deal in exacting death to anyone who does not submit to the authority of Islam. This especially the case in a region where Islam is the basis for the rule of law. In non-Muslim dominated areas, the Muslim is entreated to tolerate the inferior infidels until such a time Islam is the dominant theo-political reality.

 

It is at this point that a Leftist and Muslim apologist will scream my assertion is a lie and thus I must be a racist hater Islamophobe (expressing hatred out of an “inexplicable and illogical fear” of all things Islam).

 

Let me be clear! As a Christian I have zero fear of Muslims or of the theo-political ideology of Islam. Rather I loath the doctrine because in its essence the theo-political Islamic revered writings promote all things that separate humanity from God by denying the death, burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. FURTHMORE, Islamic revered writings deny that God Almighty emptied His Divine prerogatives to be born a human to be the perfect sinless man enabling His life to be the price that Redeems humanity from the inherited fallen-sin nature bequeathed by the first man Adam who switched allegiance to Satan by disobeying God.

 

As opposed to the Truth of the Holy Bible I linked to above, Islamic revered writings deny it all claiming Muhammad’s lying words (or if Mo heard from a spiritual being, Muhammad’s gullible allegiance to a devil disguised as an angel of light) are superior to Holy Spirit (3rd Person of the ONE True God) inspired Holy Scripture.

 

Most egregious example – Quran 23: 91 – various translations:

 

Sahih International: Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him].

 

Yusuf Ali: No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him!

 

Muhammad Sarwar: God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be.

 

Mohsin Khan: No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him!

 

This Quranic Surah is only a small example of Islam’s specific antipathy of the Christian faith.

 

More treatment of non-Muslims that decide submission is oppression at the hands of Muslims – Quran 9:12-14 (QuranBrowser.org – under Yusuf Ali):

The Quran, Hadith and Sira are full of this hatred and oppression at non-Muslims. Although the early suras instructed Muslims to respect the People of the Book (i.e. Jews and Christians) the later suras in date (NOT chronologically) reflects Mo’s disappointment in Jews and Christians rejecting Muhammad as a false prophet. Ergo, respect degenerated into oppression followed by destruction if there was any refusal to submit to allah as a convert or a subhuman existence. Sounds more like human emotional directives rather than divine prophecy.

 

The Word’s of Jesus in false prophets:

 

13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.14 Because[a] narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

 

15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. And this God-Breathed Word found in 1 John:

Do I have an inexplicable and illogical fear of Islam? NOPE!

 

I have a very explicable and logical loathing of Islam. The very tenets of Islam are aggressively antipathetical not only against Christians, but against ALL people who want nothing to do with the Islamic despotic totalitarian theo-political ideology.

 

You may wonder what motivated me to clarify my thoughts on how “phobia” is a sadly misused application to stalwart Biblical Christians. The motivation is derived from an email I received from Brigitte Gabriel of ACT for America expressing displeasure with Senator Cory Booker’s grilling of Mike Pompeo during the Senate nomination hearing for becoming Secretary of State. In the course of the grilling Booker equated Brigitte Gabriel and Pompeo as Islamophobes.

 

In response to Booker’s grilling, Gabriel penned a response explaining her contempt for being wrongly called an Islamophobe.

 

Just as a side thought. Gabriel is in the camp that only Radical Muslims need be exposed. That is a fair point as an American supporting the 1st Amendment of Religious Freedom.

 

Unfortunately, Gabriel and others in her camp are failing to see the big picture pertaining to Islam and the theo-political religion’s history of overt conquest and stealth eradication of cultures and faiths that are contrary to Islamic tenets. The more accepted Islamic tenets are become, the greater the potential that Islamic domination occurs ending the very Constitutional Rights guaranteed as inalienable.

Pompeo and I Are Not Hate Mongers

Cory Booker – sourpuss

 

Senators grilling CIA Director and Secretary of State nominee Mike Pompeo threw out a number of charged words in an attempt to taint his reputation. Senator Cory Booker used words like “anti-Islam,” “Islamaphobe,” and the other absurd and completely unfounded clichés to describe myself, my organization, ACT for America, and anyone else whose beliefs do not conform to their politically correct fantasyland that have worked with patriots like Mr. Pompeo to expose terrorist activities both within the United States and abroad.

 

For the last fifteen years I’ve been traveling the world, exercising freedom of speech, as is my human right, in an effort to educate others about the threat of terrorism and radical Islam. I expose the truth behind a warped ideology that legitimizes decapitation, stonings, rape, domestic violence, female genital mutilation, and a number of other abhorrent human rights atrocities. All of these appalling acts are frequent in one particular part of the world, the Islamic world. Radical Islamists will openly cry out “Allahu Akhbar,” before committing a terrorist attack, or any of the other human rights violations aforementioned, as if their God would be pleased with their barbaric actions. I’ve got news for these politically correct senators trying to score cheap political points by slandering both myself, and patriotic officials like Mr. Pompeo; this is not a partisan issue, it’s a human issue.

 

But the fact that I’ve dared to call out these terrorists, and spoke the truth about the roots of their radical rage, has placed me, and those who associate with me, in the crosshairs of political smear merchants. Cliché accusations of “Islamophobia” thrown at myself and my organization, still seem to be the only defense for far-left frauds.

 

The term “hate group,” is another term the radical left has used to attempt to delegitimize others. The definition of this term includes “intolerance or aversion for” the object of the phobia. Am I intolerant of mass murder, justified and glorified in the name of Allah? Yes. Do I have an aversion to subway and train bombings?  Yes. Do any of these locations ring a bell? Fort Hood, Texas (Nidal Hasan – NOV, 2009); the Boston Marathon bombing (APR, 2013); Charlie Hebdo massacre, Paris (JAN, 2015); the multiple restaurant and Bataclan concert massacres, Paris (NOV, 2015); the San Bernardino Christmas Party massacre (DEC, 2015); the Brussels simultaneous airport and subway attacks (MAR, 2016); the Pulse Nightclub massacre, Orlando, FL (JUN, 2016) ; Nice, France, Bastille Day truck massacre (JUL, 2016). They are all places where horrendous terrorist atrocities were committed by radical Islamists, with scores of civilian fatalities and hundreds maimed.

 

Senator, if my intolerance of mass murder and my aversion to human rights atrocities makes me an “Islamophobe,” then I submit that I, and everyone else with any common sense or moral compass, would fall into this category.

 

I am not, however, fearful of moderate, Western loving Muslims, and consequently, I’ve worked with them, and continue to do so.  Most Muslims are as concerned as I am about the radicalized element of Islam, and how terrorists all over the world are perverting their hope of living in peace.  ACT for America has more than a million members from all walks of life. We work with moderate Muslims, members of the LGBTQ+ community, Republicans, Democrats, and anyone willing to stand for what is right in the face of evil, and the enabling of it by the regressive left.

 

We defend the defenseless, those who have been terrorized for being “infidels.”  Our organization works to protect women, children, homosexuals, and anyone else endangered by the radical elements that threaten their very dignity and existence in the name of their religion.

 

As for the moniker, “hate group,” let’s be clear, there is nothing hateful about patriotism. There is nothing hateful about defending the defenseless. There is nothing about opposing hatred, only enabling it the way that an appalling number of senators on Capitol Hill, in conjunction with the media, and anti-American political organizations do so continuously.

 

For years, true hate enablers, like the outrageously biased Southern Poverty Law Center, have recklessly labeled dozens of mainstream conservative organizations as “hate groups,” which has led to violent and dangerous attacks on such organizations. In fact, the SPLC has been named in court as the cause of an act of domestic terrorism, when one of their loyal followers, who soaked up their dangerous propaganda like a sponge, shot up the Family Research Council headquarters in Washington, D.C. Yet, the mainstream media still uses this disgraced organization as a neutral arbiter of hate?  On what authority do they make these proclamations?

 

Another group which frequently traffics in false accusations such as “hate group” is the Council on American Islamic Relations. CAIR is an organization whose spokespersons have been linked to terrorist groups Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, and who have been designated as a terrorist organization in Islamic countries such as the United Arab Emirates, which itself abides by Islamic law. Let me guess, the United Arab Emirates is also “Islamophobic?”

 

Apparently, a Muslim brotherhood front-group like CAIR can throw out accusations such as “hate group,” but accurately calling them a terrorist organization, and stating facts about their leadership and members is a bridge too far. Give me a break.

 

This week, in an ironic twist, the American Defamation League sent a letter to senators, yet again making this false claim about myself, and ACT for America. These days, I suppose facts are considered the new hate speech. Should anyone be surprised? The only ammunition these anti-free speech bullies have is to cry bigotry whenever facts contradict their feelings. I’ve been defamed many times over the years, and had my life and that of my family’s threatened, with public figures like the media’s favorite jihadist Linda Sarsour calling for the mutilation of my, and FGM survivor Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s, body.

 

We’re living in a dangerous time more akin to the Twilight Zone than reality. A time when the aggresors are the victims, and opposition to hate is considered hateful.

 

For the record, ACT for America is a grassroots national security grassroots advocacy organization focused on protecting our nation’s security, western democratic values, and basic human rights. ACT for America has never, and will never, tolerate any bias, discrimination, or violence against anyone, based on their religion, gender, race, or political persuasion.

 

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again-political correctness must die so that freedom and truth can live.

“We must obey God rather than men…”

 

And thus spoke the Peter the apostle to the council, (Luke 5:29 NASB) in response to the high priest’s questioning about why he and the apostles were teaching Christ in the temple in defiance of the council’s instruction the day after an angel of the Lord released them from their prison.

 

And that’s the example the Christian must follow.

 

But in Romans 13, Paul tells us that we must be in subjection to the governing authorities.

 

Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; for it is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil. Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience’ sake. For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing. Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor. Romans 13:1-7 (NASB)

 

Some of our more conservative brethren would tell us that there is little we can or should do or say in response to an abusive government because it is “established by God.” In fact, I know many of our conservative brothers and sisters who don’t even bother to follow politics at all or even vote, preferring instead to be content with being “in subjection.”

 

I have even seen some claim that if we so much as question the authority of our “leaders” or point out the corruptions of the politicians and government institutions that we are engaging in a spirit of rebellion; and not just rebellion against earthly authorities but against God. But is it? If we write or speak about corrupt government institutions, politicians or bureaucrats, are we acting contrary to God’s word in Romans 13?

 

To be a Christian, we are to be like Christ. In Matthew 23, Christ told His disciples that the scribes and Pharisees had seated themselves in Moses’ chair (had taken for themselves Moses’ authority) and they (the disciples) were to do what the rulers told them to do, but not do as the scribes and Pharisees did, because they were hypocrites. The scribes and Pharisees claimed to follow the law and held the people to the law but did not follow it themselves.

 

That sounds very much like the political class of today who walking the halls of power in the District of Criminal and in most state capitols.

 

Then Jesus called out the scribes and Pharisees as hypocrites in the eight “woes” he uttered as recorded in verses 13 through 29, pointing out their wrongdoing.

 

The Apostle Paul was imprisoned, stoned, beaten and left for dead for obeying God rather than man. In Acts 22 we read that after Paul was seized in Jerusalem because he “preaches to all men everywhere against our people and the Law and this place; and besides he has even brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place (Acts 21:28 NASB),” he was taken away by Roman guards at the direction of the Jews and stretched out with thongs so as to be scourged. The text reads:

 

But when they stretched him out with thongs, Paul said to the centurion who was standing by, “Is it lawful for you to scourge a man who is a Roman and uncondemned?” When the centurion heard this, he went to the commander and told him, saying, “What are you about to do? For this man is a Roman.” The commander came and said to him, “Tell me, are you a Roman?” And he said, “Yes.” The commander answered, “I acquired this citizenship with a large sum of money.” And Paul said, “But I was actually born a citizen.” Therefore those who were about to examine him immediately let go of him; and the commander also was afraid when he found out that he was a Roman, and because he had put him in chains. Acts 22:25-29 (NASB)

 

What Paul did here was to invoke his rights as a citizen. He did so again in Acts 25:11 when he appealed to Caesar over his imprisonment, defying the Jewish ruling authorities, who he believed he had not wronged.

 

So clearly our example in Scripture is we can use the legal rights available to us under the laws.

 

Now back to Romans 13. America’s is designed as a citizen-oriented representative government, not a monarchy or dictatorship. The Constitution was created as chains to bind men’s powers. Every politician in America swears an oath to abide by it. The powers they have they get from the Constitution.

 

So understanding Romans 13 in context of American government we should read Romans 13 this way, as Chuck Baldwin has pointed out:

 

Every person is to be in subjection to the [U.S. Constitution]. For there is no [Constitution] except from God, and [it is] established by God. Therefore whoever resists [the Constitution] has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed [the Constitution] will receive condemnation upon themselves. For [the Constitution is] not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of [the Constitution]? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; for [the Constitution] is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for [the Constitution] does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil. Therefore [the Constitution] is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience’ sake. For because of this you also pay taxes, for [the Constitution is a servant] of God, devoting [itself] to this very thing. Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor. Romans 13:1-7 (NASB)

 

The 1st Amendment protects (to some extent) our freedom to engage in speech and to petition government for redress of grievances. When we point out in speech or writing the corrupt nature of politicians and government institutions, and how they have exceeded the authority granted them under the Constitution, we are doing no more than Christ did when he called out the scribes and Pharisees, and no more than Paul did when he invoked his rights as a Roman citizen under Roman law.

 

So we can be politically active and not be in violation of God’s law. Telling our friends and neighbors that our institutions and politicians are corrupt is not a violation of God’s law. Guaranteeing our ability to inform others of the government’s transgressions so they can petition their representatives intelligently is precisely one of the 1st Amendment’s purposes. Engaging in political discourse or pointing out corruption is neither a violation of man’s law nor God’s. And we are to obey the law whether the “leaders” do so or not, as Christ told his disciples.

 

But we should also remember Paul’s admonition in Titus 3:2-5.

 

“…to malign no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing every consideration for all men. For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us…”

Islamic Supremacism

 

In the following Quranic surah, the key is to understand the English translation for the word “fitna”. A fairly reliable English dictionary is the Oxford dictionary which defines fitna this way:

 

Islam: [mass noun] Unrest or rebellion, especially against a rightful ruler.

Definition: The word fitna comes from an Arabic verb which means to “seduce, tempt, or lure.” There are many shades of meaning, mostly referring to a feeling of disorder or unrest. It can be used to describe the difficulties faced during personal trials, the oppression of the powerful against the weak, or individuals or communities giving in to the “whispers” of Satan and falling into sin.

 

Variations of the word fitna are found throughout the Quran to describe the trials and temptations that may face the believers.

The About.com post on fitna is written for Muslims and thus begins with the definition as pertaining to the inner-jihad concept which has to do with personal struggle in overcoming sin and how live under persecution. HOWEVER, the context on the Quranic verses I am about to share has to do with violent jihad against unbelievers who refuse to submit to the supremacism of Islam in all circumstances of life including personal non-Muslim faith such as Christianity and Judaism for example.

 

I should note that some of these English translations utilize the inner-jihad concept rather than the context outward-jihad in killing those who refuse to believe in Islam. Hence the word “persecution” or “oppression” is often used for fitna rather than disbelief or lack of faith.

Muhammad Sarwar: Those who deny your message will not believe whether you warn them or not

Everyone of them wishes that he could be given a life of a thousand years. But the grant of such life will not save him even a little from (due) punishment. And Allah is All-Seer of what they do.

Pickthall: And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution is worse than slaughter. And fight not with them at the Inviolable Place of Worship until they first attack you there, but if they attack you (there) then slay them. Such is the reward of disbelievers.

 

Yusuf Ali: And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred Mosque, unless they (first) fight you there; but if they fight you, slay them. Mohsin Khan: Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

In the Christian perspective, sharing and allowing a person to receive or reject Christ as Savior of choosing life in God or choosing the Second Death is rejecting life in God – the consequence of choosing the Second Death is hell after the Last Judgment and no punish punishment in this life for rejecting Christ. In the Muslim perspective violence is the answer to disbelief in Allah! Violence leading to an often horrid physical death as well as punishment in the afterlife.

 

That is the difference between Christian Supremacism and Islamic Supremacism.

 

The actual honest Muslims are those that are ignorant of their own doctrine (the so-called peace-loving Moderate Muslims) or the “Radical” Muslims who understand the implications of their theopolitical religion and make no bones about implementing a supremacist Islamic agenda. At least there is one Muslim in America who is open and honest about what Islam is and what it is here for. No taqiyya, no mincing of words. Islam is here to dominate.

 

Haitham Ibn Thbait, of the American chapter of Hizb Ut-Tahrir, told American Muslims earlier this year that Islam was not here to integrate, but rather to dominate.

Yet he rejected their offers and continued his journey towards radical change, providing us with step-by-step instructions on how to make this religion supreme.”

 

“The elites of Mecca would use every possible measure to coerce or contain Muhammad‘s call for change within specific parameters,” he added. “Those parameters would permit the changing of anything that did not threaten their system and infringe on their power. But this message is not here to integrate. It is here to dominate. Islam is here to dominate! This was an ideological struggle, the sole purpose of which was to organize Man’s affairs in accordance with a system revealed by Allah.”

 

“There was no room for compromise,” Thbait continued. “Instead Allah revealed to the Prophet, saying: ‘Proclaim openly, as commanded, and turn away from those who associate others with Allah.’ ‘Proclaim openly, as commanded by Allah’ – this is our activism. It is free of polytheism, the polytheism of a secular system. Activism within a flawed infidel system is forbidden.”

 

There is definitely a problem with polytheism in our land, but Islam will not help that since it is a flawed ideology that thrives on death, not life, and because it is an anti-christ religion at its heart.

 

He then said:

 

You cannot raise your hands to Allah, while extending your hands to men for legislation. Every four years, you do just that. Muslims are pressured to get out there and vote, believing somehow that their insignificant numbers have an impact. The effort to get Muslims out there to vote has never been about their significance. It is part of an effort to assimilate Muslims.

 

They have tricked Muslims into voting for Clinton, who went on to starve half a million children in Iraq to death. They tricked Muslims into voting for Bush, who went on to bomb two Muslim countries and kill millions. And they went on to trick Muslims to vote for Obama, who bombed seven Muslim countries and killed millions.

 

The argument used was always the “lesser of evils.” So now, killing millions of Muslims is a “lesser evil.” “What is the matter with you? How do you judge?” [Quran 68:36] The ballots have brought you nothing but disgrace, and have soaked you with the blood of your Muslim brothers and sisters. The problem with their system is not the scores of dead. It is deeper than that. It is their secular faith. It is in direct opposition with our creed, when Allah says: “Legislation belongs to none other than Allah.”

 

Muhammad and his companions established for us a political system where sovereignty belongs to Allah and not to the elites, where politics meant caring for the affairs of Mankind, not only the elites, where da’wa was conveyed to the whole of society, not only to the oppressed and excluding the elites. This system was not for the 99% or the 1%. This system was for the 100%. For those of us in the West, Allah granted us the opportunity to be amidst a people so misinformed that the truth we offer will resonate. Our voice is our greatest weapon, and our silence is our worst enemy.

They want to entice you and intimidate you into embracing their way of life. They want to change our Islam We are not their puppets. We are a cure and a mercy. We carry a comprehensive system of solutions for Mankind, and we should act accordingly. Muslims in the West are a part of this struggle. We should not underestimate our impact in this global effort. We need to be honest about who we are, what our global program is, and advocate for the system of Islam, wherever we may be, and explain it to Muslims and non-Muslims alike. Don’t fall into the electoral trap.

 

Some of what he says is true. This idea of being used is very true, not only of Muslims, but of many in our society. However, Islam does not offer truth. It offers lies. As for killing Muslims, perhaps one should follow the blood trail left by Islam, not just in this century, but in the previous nine!

 

While I do admire his conviction, it’s placed in the wrong thing. I wish more Christians understood their divine mandate and obeyed it (Matthew 28:19-20). I wish they understood that Christians are ambassadors for King Jesus and that He is dominating the world through the message we are to be teaching others (1 Corinthians 15).

 

Sadly, American Christians many times can’t even get the basics of the Gospel right. It is because we have lost our saltiness that we are being trampled underfoot in America (Matthew 5:13). May God renew us, even as He did Samson (Judges 16:28), and either cause our enemies to bow to Him or destroy them before us.

Homosexuality & Islam in Light of the Orlando Massacre

The Orlando Massacre conducted by the Muslim Omar Mateen opens all sorts controversial issues among the American people.

 

Among my fellow Conservatives it was an easy guess before details were released. it was another Muslim on a killing spree in which President Barack Hussein Obama would not acknowledge Islamic terrorism.

 

Among the Leftists the massacre was all about gun control and those crazy Right Wingers insisting the 2nd Amendment allowing citizens to arm themselves to the teeth for protection.

 

Of course those to knee jerk reactions probably have some middle ground in which of course I lean more toward pro-2nd Amendment Conservatives. (We who believe the government has become a huge albatross rather than a limited government. We simply do not trust how big government hijacks individual Liberty.)

 

The Orlando Massacre has evolved into so much more than the first knee jerk reactions of the Left and Right. We can add to the controversial list:

 

  • Homosexual activism vs. Christian Morality.

 

  • Muslim immigration (even though Mateen was a natural born American of Afghan parentage) vs. Homeland Security.

 

  • Are so-called Muslim moderates condemning the massacre out Taqiyya (deception) to America’s non-Muslim majority while secretly praising the statutes of Islamic Sharia and Allah’s will toward homosexuals?

 

  • Is ISIS directly pulling terrorist puppet strings among young Muslim immigrants and homegrown Muslims?

 

  • Are Muslims in America (citizen or not) following the Caliphate agenda that is propagated by more than just ISIS? Such as the Muslim Brotherhood and affiliates, Wahhabi proponents, various foreign Salafist groups and the Twelver Shias of Iran. In this case the issue is the S. Constitution Liberties vs. Caliphate Sharia Law.

 

  • Biblical Christians vs. Progressive Christians on defining morality based on the Bible vs. Modern Humanistic Multicultural mores.

 

  • These are just some issues off the top of my head, I am confident you could add to this list.

 

 

I’d like to address two issues that I am constantly criticized for by the Left. Those two issues are the epithetical words Homophobia and Islamophobia.

 

The literal meaning of those words is something I find umbrage with, which is likely one reason Leftists love to cast the words as grenades designed to shut someone up.

 

A Homophobe literally is one who has an unnatural fear of homosexuals. And an Islamophobe is one who has an unnatural fear of Muslims or the Islamic theopolitical religion. Most dictionaries take the epithet version that may run something like hatred, fear, prejudice and so on toward homosexuals or Muslims.

 

Let’s define phobia to get to my point.

 

The Free Dictionary Phobia definitions:

  1. A persistent, abnormal, and irrational fear of a specific thing or situation that compels one to avoid it, despite theawareness and reassurance that it is not dangerous.

 

  1. A strong fear, dislike, or aversion.

An excessive, unreasoning fear of water, for example, may be based on a forgotten childhood experience of almost drowning. The person accordingly tries to avoid that situation in the future, a response that, while reducing anxiety in the short term, reinforces the person’s association of the situation with the onset of anxiety.

 

The point is a phobia has more to do with fear and anxiety than hatred and prejudice. I neither have fear nor anxiety around homosexuals and Muslims (except perhaps in cases of the threat of physical violence which certainly comes from both groups when their agenda or ideology has openly been criticized.) Neither do I hate homosexuals and Muslims. However, there might be some benign prejudice against both groups but not for their lifestyles or beliefs. Rather my prejudice stems from both groups having militant factions that castigate Christianity.

 

Among homosexual activists their hate is seen in imposing their lifestyle to point forcing a Christian to submit to accepting the homosexuality even though specifically condemned by the Word of God.

 

Among Muslims, their considered holy and revered writings specifically call out Jews and Christians (aka People of the Book in the Quran) as people to despise and kill if they do not submit to the supremacy of Islam.

 

Homosexuality and the Bible

 

The Bible is fairly specific that only amending the words changes the intended meanings. (But Leftist-oriented people enjoy changing Original Intent [See Also HERE] wording to imposed Humanistic evolving meanings.)

 

Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; Romans 1:24, 26-28; 1 Corinthians 6: 9-10 (NKJV)

 

Leviticus 18:22

 

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.

 

Leviticus 20:13

 

If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.

 

Romans 1:24, 26-28

 

24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves,

 

26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

 

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,[a] nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

 

After reading these Holy Scriptures, Homosexuals typically hurl profanity my way in the comment section or the more civilized Homosexuals begin a lecture telling me I am bigoted in no uncertain terms. I never receive the animosity of condemnation from homosexuals because – well, the Creator of all that exists spoke the Words. I just shared them. Their real problem is not being accepted by the Creator so typically they deny the Creator exists or vainly attempt to redefine the Original Intent of God’s Word.

21 I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good. 22 For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man.23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 24 O wretched man that I am! If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written:

We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”[a]

If you are subject to any action separating you from God Almighty in Christ and have read down this far, you are probably interested in this Good News that we can all be Redeemed through the same Resurrection power that raised our Lord from the dead. If that be the case I encourage you to read Romans chapters 1-16. Herein is the true Love of God that unfortunately longtime Christians too often forget themselves.

 

I realize that contrasting the homosexual lifestyle with Biblical Morality smacks of Christian Supremacism. The thing is the Christian Supremacism I advocate is absolutely non-violent. When a person claiming to be a Christian responds to the homosexual lifestyle with violence, that is just as ungodly as homosexuality. The only justification for violence is self-defense against violent actions.

 

Which leads me to the difference between Christian Supremacism and Islamic Supremacism.

 

Christianity vs. Islam

 

The difference between Christian (i.e. Biblical) Supremacism and Islamic Supremacism is that Christians are to share the Good News of the Redemptive act of Jesus Christ the Son of God in which hearer freely chooses to believe or disbelieve with no consequence until the Last Judgment. After sifting through all the abrogated suras of the Quran, Muslims share the supremacy of their Prophet and their deity Allah and if you choose reject the Muslim invitation you have three Quranic choices: Convert, not convert but acknowledge Islam is superior to your beliefs OR die.

 

Here are some annotated Quran suras that highlight how Muslims are to treat Jews, Christians and polytheists from The Religion of Peace:

 

Quran (2:191-193) – “And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing… but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah] and worship is for Allah alone. But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zalimun (the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)” (Translation is from the Noble Quran) The verse prior to this (190) refers to “fighting for the cause of Allah those who fight you” leading some to believe that the entire passage refers to a defensive war in which Muslims are defending their homes and families. The historical context of this passage is not defensive warfare, however, since Muhammad and his Muslims had just relocated to Medina and were not under attack by their Meccan adversaries. In fact, the verses urge offensive warfare, in that Muslims are to drive Meccans out of their own city (which they later did). Verse 190 thus means to fight those who offer resistance to Allah’s rule (ie. Muslim conquest). The use of the word “persecution” by some Muslim translators is disingenuous (the actual Arabic words for persecution – “idtihad” – and oppression – a variation of “z-l-m” – do not appear in the verse). The word used instead, “fitna”, can mean disbelief, or the disorder that results from unbelief or temptation. This is certainly what is meant in this context since the violence is explicitly commissioned “until religion is for Allah” – ie. unbelievers desist in their unbelief.

Quran (3:56) – “As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help.”

Quran (3:151) – “Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority”. This speaks directly of polytheists, yet it also includes Christians, since they believe in the Trinity (ie. what Muhammad incorrectly believed to be ‘joining companions to Allah’).

Quran (4:89) – “They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks.”

Quran (5:33) – “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement”

Quran (8:12) – “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them” No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle.

 

Quran (8:39) – “And fight with them until there is no more fitna (disorder, unbelief) and religion is all for Allah” Some translations interpret “fitna” as “persecution”, but the traditional understanding of this word is not supported by the historical context (See notes for 2:193). The Meccans were simply refusing Muhammad access to their city during Haj. Other Muslims were allowed to travel there – just not as an armed group, since Muhammad had declared war on Mecca prior to his eviction. The Meccans were also acting in defense of their religion, since it was Muhammad’s intention to destroy their idols and establish Islam by force (which he later did). Hence the critical part of this verse is to fight until “religion is only for Allah”, meaning that the true justification of violence was the unbelief of the opposition. According to the Sira (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 324) Muhammad further explains that “Allah must have no rivals.”

Quran (8:57) – “If thou comest on them in the war, deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them, that haply they may remember.”

Quran (8:67) – “It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war until he had made a great slaughter in the land…”

Quran (9:5) – “So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captive and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them.” According to this verse, the best way of staying safe from Muslim violence at the time of Muhammad was to convert to Islam: prayer (salat) and the poor tax (zakat) are among the religion’s Five Pillars. The popular claim that the Quran only inspires violence within the context of self-defense is seriously challenged by this passage as well, since the Muslims to whom it was written were obviously not under attack. Had they been, then there would have been no waiting period (earlier verses make it a duty for Muslims to fight in self-defense, even during the sacred months). The historical context is Mecca after the idolaters were subjugated by Muhammad and posed no threat. Once the Muslims had power, they violently evicted those unbelievers who would not convert.

Quran (9:14) – “Fight against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people.” Humiliating and hurting non-believers not only has the blessing of Allah, but it is ordered as a means of carrying out his punishment and even “healing” the hearts of Muslims.

Quran (9:29) – “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.” “People of the Book” refers to Christians and Jews. According to this verse, they are to be violently subjugated, with the sole justification being their religious status. Verse 9:33 tells Muslims that Allah has charted them to make Islam “superior over all religions. “This chapter was one of the final “revelations” from Allah and it set in motion the tenacious military expansion, in which Muhammad’s companions managed to conquer two-thirds of the Christian world in the next 100 years. Islam is intended to dominate all other people and faiths.

Quran (17:16) – “And when We wish to destroy a town, We send Our commandment to the people of it who lead easy lives, but they transgress therein; thus the word proves true against it, so We destroy it with utter destruction.” Note that the crime is moral transgression, and the punishment is “utter destruction.” (Before ordering the 9/11 attacks, Osama bin Laden first issued Americans an invitation to Islam).

Quran (25:52) – “Therefore listen not to the Unbelievers, but strive against them with the utmost strenuousness…” “Strive against” is Jihad – obviously not in the personal context. It’s also significant to point out that this is a Meccan verse.

Quran (33:60-62) – “If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and the alarmists in the city do not cease, We verily shall urge thee on against them, then they will be your neighbors in it but a little while. Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter.” This passage sanctions the slaughter (rendered “merciless” and “horrible murder” in other translations) against three groups: Hypocrites (Muslims who refuse to “fight in the way of Allah” (3:167) and hence don’t act as Muslims should), those with “diseased hearts” (which include Jews and Christians 5:51-52), and “alarmists” or “agitators who include those who merely speak out against Islam, according to Muhammad’s biographers. It is worth noting that the victims are to be sought out by Muslims, which is what today’s terrorists do. If this passage is meant merely to apply to the city of Medina, then it is unclear why it is included in Allah’s eternal word to Muslim generations.

Quran (47:3-4) – “Those who disbelieve follow falsehood, while those who believe follow the truth from their Lord… So, when you meet (in fight Jihad in Allah’s Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives)… If it had been Allah’s Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost.” Those who reject Allah are to be killed in Jihad. The wounded are to be held captive for ransom. The only reason Allah doesn’t do the dirty work himself is to to test the faithfulness of Muslims. Those who kill pass the test.

Trust me there is more in website list of the Quran. I tried to focus on Islam’s perspective on non-Muslims, but the website also addresses violence against Muslims who apostate their religion or do not properly follow its directives. Then The Religion of Peace examines violence against non-Muslims found in the revered (but not considered words of Allah via Mohammed) writings of the Hadith and Sira.

 

Now if directed violence against Jews, Christians and polytheists is not bad enough, there are the Quranic suras that blaspheme Christianity in particular (But again the New Testament does not command to render for evil but only in self-defense from physical violence).

 

The centrality of Christian faith is that Jesus is the Son of God born from a human vessel Mary who at the time was a virgin. Thus Jesus is fully God and fully man in nature. Jesus’ divine nature made him the perfect sacrifice to pay for Adam’s fall and reunite humanity with God Almighty. (Yes, I’m aware my Jewish friends disagree with this, but they don’t want to kill me over our disagreement) That sacrifice was seen in Jesus unjustly accused of crimes he didn’t commit and being killed on the Cross. THEN three days later the Power of the Father resurrects the Son in bodily form clothed with the Divine glory Jesus had before he was incarnated as a human in Mary’s womb.

 

Christians disagree on various points but the above is what all sects and Denominations agree on as a matter of faith in God’s Grace in Jesus Christ. So what does the Quran say about the central faith of Christianity? From a Christian perspective it is blasphemous:

 

JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD

 

The Qu’ran clearly states that Allah has NO son.

 

“They say, ‘God has begotten a son.’ God forbid! Self-sufficient is He. His is all that the heavens and the earth contain. Surely for this you have no sanction. Whould you say of God what you know not?” — Qur’an 10:68

 

“Such was Jesus, the son of Mary. That is the whole truth, which they still doubt. God forbid that He Himself should beget a son! When He decrees a thing He need only say: ‘Be,’ and it is.” —Qur’an 19:35

 

“Those who say: ‘The Lord of Mercy has begotten a son,’ preach a monstrous falsehood, at which the very heavens might crack, the earth break asunder, and the mountains crumble to dust. That they should ascribe a son to the Merciful, when it does not become the Lord of Mercy to beget one!” — Qur’an 19:88

 

“Never has God begotten a son, nor is there any other god besides Him. Were this otherwise, each god would govern his own creation, each holding himself above the other. Exalted be God above their falsehoods!” — Qur’an 23:91

Quran on Death and Resurrection

 

Quran 4:156-158 (SAHIH INTERNATIONAL)

 

And [We cursed them] for their disbelief and their saying against Mary a great slander, And [for] their saying, “Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.” And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain. Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.

 

There Islamic theologians that have developed a view of a substitution theory in that Judas was crucified in place of Jesus. Which includes a later death of Jesus and “Allah” raising the natural death body of Jesus into Islam’s heaven. Here are some excerpts:

 

… Even so, the Jews were not satisfied, and they went to the king of Damascus at that time, a Greek polytheist who worshipped the stars. They told him that there was a man in Bayt Al-Maqdis misguiding and dividing the people in Jerusalem and stirring unrest among the king’s subjects. The king became angry and wrote to his deputy in Jerusalem to arrest the rebel leader, stop him from causing unrest, crucify him and make him wear a crown of thorns. When the king’s deputy in Jerusalem received these orders, he went with some Jews to the house that `Isa was residing in, and he was then with twelve, thirteen or seventeen of his companions. That day was a Friday, in the evening. They surrounded `Isa in the house, and when he felt that they would soon enter the house or that he would sooner or later have to leave it, he said to his companions, “Who volunteers to be made to look like me, for which he will be my companion in Paradise” A young man volunteered, but `Isa thought that he was too young. He asked the question a second and third time, each time the young man volunteering, prompting `Isa to say, “Well then, you will be that man.” Allah made the young man look exactly like `Isa, while a hole opened in the roof of the house, and `Isa was made to sleep and ascended to heaven while asleep. Allah said,

(And (remember) when Allah said: “O `Isa! I will take you and raise you to Myself.”) When `Isa ascended, those who were in the house came out. When those surrounding the house saw the man who looked like `Isa, they thought that he was `Isa. So they took him at night, crucified him and placed a crown of thorns on his head. The Jews then boasted that they killed `Isa and some Christians accepted their false claim, due to their ignorance and lack of reason. As for those who were in the house with `Isa, they witnessed his ascension to heaven, while the rest thought that the Jews killed `Isa by crucifixion. They even said that Maryam sat under the corpse of the crucified man and cried, and they say that the dead man spoke to her. All this was a test from Allah for His servants out of His wisdom. Allah explained this matter in the Glorious Qur’an which He sent to His honorable Messenger, whom He supported with miracles and clear, unequivocal evidence. …

Tafsir al-Jalalayn is one of the most significant tafsirs for the study of the Qur’an. … Tafsir al-Jalalayn is generally regarded as one of the most easily accessible works of Qur’anic exegesis because of its simple style and one volume length. …

 

Al-Jalalayn on [Quran] 4:157

 

… And yet they did not slay him nor did they crucify him, but he, the one slain and crucified, who was an associate of theirs [the Jews], was given the resemblance, of Jesus. In other words, God cast his [Jesus’s] likeness to him and so they thought it was him [Jesus]. And those who disagree concerning him, that is, concerning Jesus, are surely in doubt regarding, the slaying of him, for some of them said, when they saw the slain man: the face is that of Jesus, but the body is not his, and so it is not he; and others said: no, it is he. They do not have any knowledge of, the slaying of, him, only the pursuit of conjecture … (Tafsir Al Jalalayn on 4:157)

 

As pointed out elsewhere on Answering-Islam (*), there is disagreement on who substituted Christ:

 

“1. God made someone look like Jesus who was then crucified in the place of Christ. This is known as the substitution theory, but this interpretation is beset with many problems. First, who in fact was made to look like Christ? Muslims were not unanimous:

A. Some say that it was Judas.

B. Others say it was one of Jesus’ disciples.

C. Still others say that it was a Roman soldier named Titawus.”

 

The Swoon Theory

 

2. Jesus was crucified but did not die. He swooned on the cross and later recovered.

Although the swoon theory is held mainly by the Ahmaddiyas and the Nation of Islam, groups that are considered heretical, there are also orthodox Sunni Muslims who have adopted this theory as well. The most famous Sunni to adopt and embrace this view for polemical purposes is Ahmed Deedat.

Akbarally Meherally is another one who has decided to embrace this theory (Article 1, Article 2). Meherally even goes so far as to deny the substitution theory.

Muslim apologist Shabir Ally tried to defend this theory (quite unsuccessfully I might add) in his debate with Dr. William Lane Craig, “Did Jesus of Nazareth Physically Rise from the Dead?”, held on Monday, March 4, 2003 at the University of Toronto. …

The Legend Theory

3. The crucifixion didn’t even happen but was a later invention/legend. The late Muhammad Asad held this view:

Thus, the Qur’an categorically denies the story of the crucifixion of Jesus. There exist, among Muslims, many FANCIFUL LEGENDS telling us that at the last moment God substituted for Jesus a person closely resembling him (according to some accounts, that person was Judas), who was subsequently crucified in his place. However, none of these LEGENDS finds the slightest support in the Qur’an or in authentic Traditions, and the stories produced in this connection by the classical commentators must be summarily rejected. They represent no more than confused attempts at “harmonizing” the Qur’anic statement that Jesus was not crucified with the graphic description, in the Gospels, of his crucifixion. The story of the crucifixion as such has been succinctly explained in the Qur’anic phrase wa-sakin shubbiha lahum, which I render as “but it only appeared to them as if it had been so” – implying that in the course of time, long after the time of Jesus, a legend had somehow grown up (possibly under the then-powerful influence of Mithraistic beliefs) to the effect that he had died on the cross in order to atone for the “original sin” with which mankind is allegedly burdened; and this legend became so firmly established among the latter-day followers of Jesus that even his enemies, the Jews, began to believe it – albeit in a derogatory sense (for crucifixion was, in those times, a heinous form of death-penalty reserved for the lowest of criminals). … (see Qamas, art. khayala, as well as Lane II, 833, and IV, 1500). The Natural Death Theory

Yeah, I don’t care whichever Muslim tells you the Allah of the Quran is the same as God Almighty of the Bible. The discrepancies and the time period that Mohammed lived in simply discredits Quran as at the very least a collection of Mohammed sayings he copied to entice Jews and Christians to accept him as a Prophet and enough Arab theo-philosophy to convince medieval Arab minds that there must be something to this desert pirate – after all he keeps winning and supplying his adherents with blood-bought booty.

I have some Good News for Muslim adherents. That news is the exact same as that above to those who choose a homosexual lifestyle. Makes Jesus Christ the Son of God, Who arose from the dead to everlasting life on the third after His Crucifixion and now sits at the right hand of the Father making continuous intercession on behalf who believe on Him as their Lord – one of the three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Who is ONE GOD.

In full disclosure it is my sense that Zhaksbsu is sincere and not spewing disinformation propaganda (aka Taqiyya and here’s the expose on Muslim apologists lying that Taqiyya means piety). As is the case with many Muslims who like to be under the label “Moderate.” Zhaksbsu believes his Imam or Cleric when told the half-truth about Islam, peace, the Son of God and so on.

 

There are many Biblical references that show Islam is not only a false religion but also an antichrist religion.

 

21 I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

 

22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. (1 John 2:21-23 NKJV)

 

Since Islam revered writings – the Quran in particular – deny that Jesus is the Son of God the Christ Savior of all who believe, Islam is an antichrist.

 

I discovered an ex-Muslim turned Christian that gives some solid reasons why Islam is a false religion. Then after that Yurki1000 gives a Grace oriented message to Zhaksbsu’s self-deceived thoughts that Islam is peace and good so don’t criticize Islam.

Reason #1:

 

Islam cannot be from God because the prophet of Islam, Muhammad, did not pass God’s first test for a prophet. Deuteronomy 18:21-22 tells us that God will authenticate those He sends as a prophet by having them perform signs. Muhammad gave no sign as required by God.

 

(Deuteronomy 18:21,22, NAS95) 21 “You may say in your heart, ‘How will we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?’ 22 “When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

 

Muslims recognize this and try to overcome the principle of God confirming his revelation with signs by asserting that the revelation of the Qur’an itself is a sign. When Muhammad was challenged by the Jews and Christians to produce a sign, he received a special revelation from Allah.

 

Qur’an 6:37-39, 36. And they said: “Why is not a sign sent down to him from his Lord?” Say: “Allâh is certainly Able to send down a sign, but most of them know not.” 38. There is not a moving (living) creature on earth, nor a bird that flies with its two wings, but are communitie like you. We have neglected nothing in the Book, then unto their Lord they (all) shall be gathered. 39. Those who reject Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) are deaf and dumb in darkness. Allâh sends astray whom He wills and He guides on the Straight Path whom He wills.

 

Muslims claim that the Qur’an itself is the sign God gave Muhammad.

 

Notice the difference in the Muslim claims and the evidence put forward by the Hebrew writer in Hebrews 2:3-4,

 

“How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; 4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?”

 

Reason #2:

 

Islam cannot be from God because Muhammad’s teaching does not pass the second test God gave for a prophet. Deuteronomy 13:1-4 tells us that no prophet will bring a revelation that is in conflict with previous revelation. His revelation must agree with the previous revelation of God. Deuteronomy 13:1-4

 

Deuteronomy 13:1-4, 1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, 2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; 3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. 4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

 

Muhammad’s revelation contradicts the previous revelations in both facts and principles. Consider the account of Joseph. In the Qur’an, Qur’an 12, Yusuf Beginning in Ayah 21.

 

Qur’an 12:21-34, 21. And the Egyptian who bought him said to his wife: Give him an honorable abode, maybe he will be useful to us, or we may adopt him as a son. And thus did We establish Yusuf in the land and that We might teach him the interpretation of sayings; and Allah is the master of His affair, but most people do not know. 22. And when he had attained his maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge: and thus do We reward those who do good. 23. And she in whose house he was sought to make himself yield (to her), and she made fast the doors and said: Come forward. He said: I seek Allah’s refuge, surely my Lord made good my abode: Surely the unjust do not prosper. 24. And certainly she made for him, and he would have made for her, were it not that he had seen the manifest evidence of his Lord; thus (it was) that We might turn away from him evil and indecency, surely he was one of Our sincere servants. 25. And they both hastened to the door, and she rent his shirt from behind and they met her husband at the door. She said: What is the punishment of him who intends evil to your wife except imprisonment or a painful chastisement? 26. He said: She sought to make me yield (to her); and a witness of her own family bore witness: If his shirt is rent from front, she speaks the truth and he is one of the liars: 27. And if his shirt is rent from behind, she tells a lie and he is one of the truthful. 28. So when he saw his shirt rent from behind, he said: Surely it is a guile of you women; surely your guile is great: 29. O Yusuf! turn aside from this; and (O my wife)! ask forgiveness for your fault, surely you are one of the wrong-doers. 30. And women in the city said: The chiefs wife seeks her slave to yield himself (to her), surely he has affected her deeply with (his) love; most surely we see her in manifest error. 31. So when she heard of their sly talk she sent for them and prepared for them a repast, and gave each of them a knife, and said (to Yusuf): Come forth to them. So when they saw him, they deemed him great, and cut their hands (in amazement), and said: Remote is Allah (from imperfection); this is not a mortal; this is but a noble angel. 32. She said: This is he with respect to whom you blamed me, and certainly I sought his yielding himself (to me), but he abstained, and if he does not do what I bid him, he shall certainly be imprisoned, and he shall certainly be of those who are in a state of ignominy. 33. He said: My Lord! the prison house is dearer to me than that to which they invite me; and if Thou turn not away their device from me, I will yearn towards them and become (one) of the ignorant. 34. Thereupon his Lord accepted his prayer and turned away their guile from him; surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

 

Now consider the same account from the Bible in Genesis 39:7-21

 

(Genesis 39:7-21, KJV) 7 And it came to pass after these things, that his master’s wife cast her eyes upon Joseph; and she said, Lie with me. 8 But he refused, and said unto his master’s wife, Behold, my master wotteth not what is with me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand; 9 There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God? 10 And it came to pass, as she spake to Joseph day by day, that he hearkened not unto her, to lie by her, or to be with her. 11 And it came to pass about this time, that Joseph went into the house to do his business; and there was none of the men of the house there within. 12 And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me: and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out. 13 And it came to pass, when she saw that he had left his garment in her hand, and was fled forth, 14 That she called unto the men of her house, and spake unto them, saying, See, he hath brought in an Hebrew unto us to mock us; he came in unto me to lie with me, and I cried with a loud voice: 15 And it came to pass, when he heard that I lifted up my voice and cried, that he left his garment with me, and fled, and got him out. 16 And she laid up his garment by her, until his lord came home. 17 And she spake unto him according to these words, saying, The Hebrew servant, which thou hast brought unto us, came in unto me to mock me: 18 And it came to pass, as I lifted up my voice and cried, that he left his garment with me, and fled out. 19 And it came to pass, when his master heard the words of his wife, which she spake unto him, saying, After this manner did thy servant to me; that his wrath was kindled. 20 And Joseph’s master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king’s prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison.

 

Consider the differences in the facts presented about the lives of the Biblical characters. In the Qur’an Potiphar was at the door when Joseph fled. He wasn’t at home in the Bible Account. In the Qur’an, Potiphar believed Joseph while in the Bible Potiphar believed his wife. In the Qur’an, Joseph requested that he be put in prison so that he might avoid the temptation of women and in the Bible, he was imprisoned by Potiphar for accosting his wife. Surely it is easy to see the differences. Joseph is just a sample. There are other contradictions in almost every account of the lives of Bible people. In the Qur’an, one of Noah’s sons died in the flood while in the Bible, all of them were on the ark. Compare the Biblical account of Lot with the Qur’an’s account of Lot (Lut in the Qur’an-NR). In the Qur’an, Abraham’s father was an idolater and forced Abraham to leave home for trying to teach monotheism, while the Biblical account has Abraham leaving after his father’s death.

 

Now consider just one principle that is set forth in the New Testament with the principles set forth in the Qur’an.

 

The New Testament, Matthew 5:44, But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

 

The Qur’an, Qur’an 61, the Ranks, Ayah 4. Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way in ranks as if they were a firm and compact wall

 

The Qur’an, Qur’an 2, The Cow, Al Baqarah Ayah 190. And fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with you, and do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limits. 191. And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers.

 

What a contrast. Jesus says to love, forgive, and pray for your enemies. The Qur’an says to kill them. If that isn’t a different doctrine than what was revealed, nothing is.

 

Reason #3:

 

Islam cannot be from God because it denies the Godhood of Jesus. In the Qur’an, Muhammad takes great pains to deny the deity of Jesus. It demeans Jesus and makes him just a man. In Philippians, Paul asserts that Jesus existed in the form of God.

 

Qur’an 4:171 “O people of the book! Commit no excesses in your religion: nor say of God naught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of God, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: So believe in God and His messengers…”

 

(Philippians 2:5-9, NAS95) 5 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,

 

Reason #4:

 

Islam cannot be from God because Muhammad frequently changed his revelations to suit circumstances. The classic example is Muhammad’s teaching on drinking. When he was just beginning to teach, before Muhammad gained a significant following he said that it was alright to drink.

 

Qur’an 2:219 They ask you Concerning wine; gambling, Say “In them is great sin, And some profit for men; But the sin is greater Than the profit.

 

As his power base grew, he presented a stronger position. It was not acceptable to have had any intoxicants close enough to prayers to fog the mind.

 

Qur’an 4:43 O you who believe! Approach not prayer With a mind befogged, Until you can understand All that you say.

 

When his position was strongly established, he forbade the use of intoxicants entirely.

 

Qur’an 5:93 O you who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, (Dedication) of stones, And (divination by) arrows, Are an abomination, – Of Satan’ handiwork: Eschew such (abomination) That you may prosper. 94. Satan’s plan is (but) To excite enmity and hatred Between you, with intoxicants And gambling, and hinder you From the remembrance Of Allah, and from prayer: Will you not then abstain?

 

His final revelation calls the use of intoxicants “Satan’s handiwork.” This puts him in the awkward position of having had Allah approve of “Satan’s Handiwork’ when he said that there was “some profit for men” in the use of intoxicants.

 

Does God vacillate on sin?

 

Reason #5:

 

Islam cannot be from God because its appeal is to man’s lower nature rather than his higher nature. Compare the Biblical appeal of heaven to the Quranic appeal of heaven.

 

The Biblical Appeal

 

Matthew 5:10-12, 10. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

 

Peter 1:3-4, 3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

 

Mark 12:24-25, 24 And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God? 25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

 

Revelation 7:9-17, 9. After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. 11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. 13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

 

The Qur’an makes a large portion of its appeal to the fleshly appetites and sensibilities of man.

 

Qur’an 37: 40. But the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah, 41. For them is a Sustenance Determined, 42. Fruits (Delights) and they (Shall enjoy) honor and dignity, 43. In Gardens of Felicity, 44. Facing each other On Thrones (of dignity): 45. Round will be passed To them a Cup From a clear flowing fountain, 46. Crystal white, of a taste Delicious to those Who drink (thereof), 47. Free from headiness; Nor will they suffer Intoxication there from. 48. And beside them will be Chaste women, restraining Their glances, with big eyes (Of wonder and beauty) 49. As if they were (Delicate) eggs closely guarded.

 

Qur’an 4:57. But those who believe And do deeds of righteousness, We shall soon admit to Gardens, With rivers flowing beneath, – Their eternal home; Therein shall they have Companions [wives, NR] pure and holy; We shall admit them To shades, cool and ever deepening.

 

Qur’an 44:51. As to the Righteous (They will be) in A position of Security, 52. Among Gardens and Springs; 53. Dressed in fine silk And in rich brocade, They will face each other; 54. So; and We shall Join them to Companions With beautiful big And lustrous eyes. 55. There can they call For every kind of fruit In peace and security; 56. Nor will they there Taste Death, except the first Death: and He will preserve Them from the Penalty Of the Blazing Fire.

 

Which makes its appeal to the higher nature of man? The Bible does.

 

Which is more likely to be from God – that which appeals to man’s higher nature, or that which appeals to his baser nature? The Bible is more likely to be from God than the Qur’an because its appeal is to man’s higher nature, while the appeal of the Qur’an is to man’s lower nature.

 

Reason #6:

 

Islam cannot be from God because its morality is inferior to the morality taught by the New Testament. In examining the contradictions between the Bible and the Qur’an, we encountered Jesus’ teaching that we were to love and pray for our enemies while the Qur’an says to fight and kill your enemies. There is a tremendous gap in the standard of morality between the two standards. Which is more likely to be from God, the high standard of morality, or the low standard of morality?

 

Reason #7:

 

Islam cannot be from God because it is based upon a document, the Qur’an, made after God said revelation was finished.

 

Paul said that revelation would come to an end: 1 Corinthians 13:8, Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

 

Jude 3 tells us that the faith was fully delivered: Jude 3, Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

 

Peter said that every thing that was necessary for man to be pleasing to God had been revealed.

 

2 Peter 1:3, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

 

Reason #8:

 

Islam cannot be from God because it is based upon the Qur’an which has internal contradictions. Any revelation from God will be consistent within itself. It will not contain internal contradictions. Since the Qur’an does contain internal contradictions, it cannot be from God, and any religion that is based upon it is not from God.

 

The Qur’an says that man was created from a clot of blood.

 

Qur’an 96:1. Proclaim (or Read) In the Name Of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created- 2. Created man out of A (mere) clot Of congealed blood;

 

The Qur’an says that man was created from was created from clay.

 

Qur’an 6:2 (Also 7:12) 2. He it is Who created You from clay, and then Decreed a stated term (For you). And there is In His Presence another Determined term; yet Ye doubt within yourselves!

 

The Qur’an says that man was created from was created from water.

 

Qur’an 25:54. It is He Who has Created man from water: Then has He established Relationships of lineage And marriage: for thy Lord Has power (over all things).

 

These are internal contradictions that indicate the origin of the Qur’an was not the mind of God, but the mind of man, Muhammad.

 

Reason #9:

 

Islam cannot be from God because the Qur’an frequently contradicts the Bible.

 

The Qur’an advocates the beating of wives who are perceived to be misbehaving.

 

Qur’an – 4:34 Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband’s absence what Allâh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband’s property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most High, Most Great.

 

The Bible teaches that man is to love his wife and treat her as his own body.

 

Ephesians 5:25-29, 25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

 

Surely God will not change his mind about such a significant principle in husband and wife relationships. The Quranic ideal is contrary to the teaching of the New Testament.

 

Reason #10:

 

Islam cannot be from God because it denies the crucifixion of Jesus.

 

The central figure of the New Testament is Jesus. From his temptations in the desert to the resurrection, the focus of Jesus is his death on the cross to provide a sacrifice for mankind’s sin. The Qur’an denies that Jesus died on the cross and that would then preclude his resurrection. It is the contention of Islam that God took Jesus into heaven and transformed Judas to look like Jesus. The teach that it was actually Judas who died on the cross.

 

Qur’an 4:157. That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus The son of Mary, The apostle of Allah”; But they killed him not, Nor crucified him, But so it was made To appear to them, And those who differ Therein are full of doubts, With no (certain) knowledge, But only conjecture to follow, For of a surety, They killed him not.

 

The Bible clearly and plainly teaches that Jesus was crucified on the cross.

 

Matthew 27:35, 35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

 

1 Corinthians 1:23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

Often Christians are told that the god of Islam (Muslims say Allah) is the same God of the Holy Bible. Who tells we Christians this information?

Typically, those that promote the concept that Islam and Judeo-Christianity are the same Abrahamic cousins ergo worship the same God are typically Secular Humanists, Progressive (I prefer Leftist) Christians that dilute the Bible for modern usage and Muslim Apologists whose true intent is to deceive Christians and Jews. No good Quranic Muslim would ever agree that the Christian God Almighty is the same Islamic Allah among themselves.

As Muslim refugees flee from Islamic violence to Christian freedoms in America, we have heard from some prominent “church” leaders that Americans should embrace the influx of Muslims since Christians and Muslims worship the same God. But is that true? Is Allah and Yahweh the same God? Absolutely NOT! Christian’s do not worship the same God as Muslims. But simply knowing this is not enough. We must be prepared to explain this imperative truth to other’s confused by these “church” leaders.

In an effort to try and gain common ground with Muslims, perhaps in an effort to get them to stop murdering us, some Christian leaders have gonemn [sic] on record saying we worship the same God. For example, Professor Larycia Hawkins from Wheaton College posted a photo of herself on Facebook wearing a Muslim hijab. She said, “I stand in religious solidarity with Muslims because they, like me, a Christian, are people of the book. And as Pope Francis stated last week, we worship the same God.” Do Christians and Muslims worship the same God?

The object of orthodox Christian worship is the true and living God- Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…” (Matthew 28:19)

Christians aren’t polytheists. We baptize in the Name, not names, of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Our Holy Triune God is one God AND three persons. Each member of the Godhead is co-eternal and equal in power and glory. For the Christian the Trinity is a glorious and wonderful mystery.

Allah is the object of false Muslim worship. Muslims conceive of Allah an absolute singularity. Only the ignorant, the gullible or liars deny there’s a difference between the God of the Bible and the false god of the Koran. In fact, the Koran is explicitly anti-Trinitarian.

For example: Surah 4:171: “Believe therefore in Allah and His apostles, and say not, Three… Allah is only one God…” or Surah.5:17: “They indeed have disbelieved who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary.”

The Koran both refutes and distorts the doctrine of the Trinity.  It mistakenly claims Mary is part of the Trinity:  Surah 5:70ff: “They are unbelievers who say, ‘God is the Messiah, Mary’s son…’  They are unbelievers who say, ‘God is the Third of Three. No god is there but One God…’ The Messiah, son of Mary, was only a Messenger… his mother was a just woman; they both ate food… behold how perverted they [Christians] are!”  Christian worship, according to the Koran, is the perverted worship of infidels.

Of course, Muslim worship, according to the Bible, is blasphemous. I John 2:22; “This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son.”

Muslims deny Jesus is the Divine Savior of the World who died on the cross and rose again from the dead to purchase our salvation. Some Muslims will admit we don’t worship the same God. Other Muslims, like the Council on American Islamic Relations, lie and are happy to mislead you. Their tactic is to engage in interfaith dialogue, pretending to want to coexist. But Islam’s stated goal is either converting, subjugating or killing you and yours. After all, that’s what Mohammed did! Muslims laugh at Christians who say we worship the same God.

By the way, and to their credit, Wheaton College fired Professor Larkins. Anyone who dare says we worship the same God is the purveyor fraudulent theological balderdash.

I have often been called bigoted against Islam. In many ways this is an accurate accusation, but not for the typical reasons associated with bigotry. The primary reason I disparage Islam is because its revered writings such as the Quran, Hadith and Sira target Christianity with stealth vitriol. Islam dualistically calls Jews and Christians as People of the Book as if that is a heritage to be respected. Then the truth emerges that Jews and Christians are only allowed to live if those adherents agree to submit to the supremacy of Islam followed by theopolitical condemnations of Jews and Christians. I cannot do justice to the Jew-hatred in the Quran, Hadith and Sira because I am a Christian.

 

However I am quite aware that Islam directly calls the central articles of faith in Christianity as fake or cruelly made up to defy the original will of God (Muslims call Allah), hence ultimately Christians must be dealt with as infidel (or Kafir or Kufr or Kuffar – however you find the disparaging appellation written by Muslims).

 

Some of those central Biblical articles of faith is that Jesus Christ is the Son of God as much as He is the son of Mary (more Biblically as the son of Man). This denies the entire premise of God the Father emptying himself of divine prerogatives to be born as a sinless man in order to Redeem all of humanity from the spiritual Fallen nature bequeathed to the descendants of Adam and Eve. Thus Jesus the Anointed One (Christ/Messiah) is the very incarnation of the ONE God. That perfect man would and did offer Himself as a sinless sacrifice under the sentence of an unjustified crime.

 

This comes to the other pathetic denial of Islam. Islamic revered writings also claim Jesus never died on the Cross but rather died of natural causes. ERGO according to Islam Jesus never arose from the dead a fully alive person after a Crucifixion.

 

The next Islamic denial was also quite controversial in the early days of the followers of Christ; viz. the Holy Trinity under the concept that Jesus as the incarnation of the Father in union with the Holy Spirit are three individual persons that exist as ONE God. In the early days of Christian faith Christian theologians struggled with the logic of the Three in ONE nature of God.

 

Was Jesus fully and man and fully God simultaneously? Was Jesus both fully man and fully God but two separate beings? Did the Holy Spirit proceed from Jesus or the Father or both? Whatever the theological differences on God’s nature you should notice all the theologians believed the existence of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. TODAY the huge majority of Roman Catholics, Eastern Orthodox and Protestants follow the Three equal persons are in ONE God theology. Islam says only Allah exists and faith has no place for three in ONE.

 

I suspect there are more issues at variance between Christianity and Islam however what I have just share is good enough for me to believe Islam is an antichrist religion that exists as a Satanic challenge to the ONE true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And that the Quran’s rescripting of the Holy Bible is a load of antichrist Satanic gibberish.

The Koran directly attacks Christianity.

 

The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Psalm 12:6

 

“For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89).

 

There is a move in the United States and the entire Western world to block anything from being said negatively against Islam. Exposing Islam and its doctrines that are contrary to Western culture is called Hate Speech. In both Europe and Canada , Christians have been heavily fined and threatened with jail for speaking negatively about Islam.

 

Telling the truth accurately means nothing, as it is classified as hate speech. There are forces working in the United States to also promote that speaking against Islam is hate speech. Islam is being packaged and sold to the West as a peaceful religion.

 

Based on this concept of speaking out about Islam being hate speech, an examination of the Koran shows this book itself is hate speech, specifically, against Christianity. The Bible was written 500 years before Muhammad and therefore has nothing to say about Islam. In fact, the Bible only directly condemns pagan worship. It has nothing directly to say about Hinduism or the other ancient Eastern religions. By doctrine and teachings, the Bible disagrees with the eastern religions, but it does not condemn them.

 

The Koran directly attacks the major doctrines of Christianity. The Christian faith has several key beliefs. The teaching that is unique to the Christian faith is that there is one God who eternally manifests Himself in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This is known as the Godhead or the Blessed Trinity.

 

The second critical doctrine is that Jesus of Nazareth is the only begotten Son of God; therefore He is unique from everyone else. His Father was not human, but the holy God of Israel. The third key doctrine is that the Lord Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for man’s sin and then rose from the dead. There are other important doctrines, but these three really comprise the very heart of the Christian faith.

 

With this foundation, let us examine the Koran to see what it states about the fundamental doctrines of Christianity. A chapter in the Koran is referred to as Sura, so when reviewing the Koran the word Sura with numbers after it gives the location of the verse. I use the Koran online for research. The Blessed Holy Trinity:

 

The Koran clearly states that Christians lie when claiming God is in the form of a Trinity. These are strong words; however this is exactly what the Koran states. The Koran claims that the Lord Jesus is only an apostle and for Christians to desist from teaching the blessed Trinity. In this same Sura, the Koran denies the Lord Jesus is the Son of God.

 

In one Sura the Koran attacks the very heart of Christianity by denying the blessed Trinity and that the Lord Jesus is the only begotten Son of God. It calls Christians liars and demands that the preaching of the Trinity and Jesus being the Son of God stop. The Koran identifies Christians sometimes as “followers of the book,” but when they proclaim Christian doctrine, the Koran then calls them liars. Muhammad writes that it is acceptable to believe the Bible, but not Christian doctrine!

 

The Sura shows this:

 

Sura 4.171 O followers of the Book! do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not speak (lies) against Allah, but (speak) the truth; the Messiah, Isa son of Marium is only an apostle of Allah and His Word which He communicated to Marium and a spirit from Him; believe therefore in Allah and His apostles, and say not, Three. Desist, it is better for you; Allah is only one God; far be It from His glory that He should have a son, whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His, and Allah is sufficient for a Protector.

 

The Lord Jesus Is the Only Begotten Son of God

 

One of the central doctrines of Islam, as clearly presented in the Koran, is that God does not have a son. An exhaustive search of the Koran shows that in at least 11 Suras, the Koran states that God does not have a Son. This is clearly aimed at Christianity because no other faith claims that God has a literal Son. The Koran even states in Sura 9:30 that those that believe Allah has a son should be destroyed by Allah! The Koran is very clear that it was written to attack this Christian doctrine.

 

The following are the Suras claiming that God does not have a Son:

 

Sura 4.171 Allah is only one God; far be It from His glory that He should have a son, whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His, and Allah is sufficient for a Protector.

 

Sura 6.101 Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth! How could He have a son when He has no consort, and He (Himself) created everything, and He is the Knower of all things.

 

Sura 9.30 And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths;they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!

 

Sura 10.68 They say: Allah has taken a son (to Himself)! Glory be to Him: He is the Self-sufficient: His is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth; you have no authority for this; do you say against Allah what you do not know?

 

Sura 17.111 And say: (All) praise is due to Allah, Who has not taken a son and Who has not a partner in the kingdom, and Who has not a helper to save Him from disgrace; and proclaim His greatness magnifying (Him).

 

Sura 18.4 And warn those who say: Allah has taken a son.

 

Sura 19.35 It beseems not Allah that He should take to Himself a son, glory to be Him; when He has decreed a matter He only says to it “Be,’ and it is.

 

Sura 19.88 And they say: The Beneficent God has taken (to Himself) a son. (91) That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. (92) And it is not worthy of the Beneficent God that He should take (to Himself) a son.

 

Sura 21.26 And they say: The Beneficent God has taken to Himself a son. Glory be to Him. Nay! they are honored servants.

 

Sura 23.91 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god– in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe!

 

Sura 25.2 He, Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and Who did not take to Himself a son, and Who has no associate in the kingdom, and Who created everything, then ordained for it a measure.

 

The Lord Jesus Died on the Cross

 

The Koran literally says the Lord Jesus did not die on the cross. It claims that He appeared to have died on the cross, but He was not killed nor was He crucified. Allah just took Jesus to heaven. The Koran directly attacks the vicarious death of Jesus of Nazareth on the cross, and thus rejects His redemption of man from sin. The Koran goes on to state that on the day of resurrection Jesus Christ will be a witness against Christians.

 

The Suras from the Koran prove this fact:

 

Sura 4.157 And their saying: Surely we have killed the Messiah, Isa [Jesus] son of Marium, the apostle of Allah; and they did not kill him nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them so (like Isa) and most surely those who differ therein are only in a doubt about it; they have no knowledge respecting it, but only follow a conjecture, and they killed him not for sure.

 

158 Nay! Allah took him up to Himself; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.

159 And there is not one of the followers of the Book but most certainly believes in this before his death, and on the day of resurrection he (Jesus) shall be a witness against them.

 

According to Islam the worst sin a person can commit is shirk. This sin is also called association. This means associating Allah with a man. The very heart of Christianity that the Lord is the Son of God is the worst sin in Islam! According to the Koran, Allah forbids heaven to anyone who commits this sin and their abode is hell without any help.

 

The Koran and Islam by their very nature are anti-Christian, and therefore in our modern world’s way of thinking, it is hate speech. There can never be reconciliation between Islam and Christianity because the very heart of Islam is anti-Christian.

 

The Sura that shows this:

 

Sura 5.72 Certainly they disbelieve who say: Surely Allah, He is the Messiah, son of Marium; and the Messiah said: O Children of Israel! serve Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Surely whoever associates (others) with Allah, then Allah has forbidden to him the garden, and his abode is the fire; and there shall be no helpers for the unjust.

 

The teachings of the Koran are in stark contrast to the Bible. The Koran states that God does not have a son. The Bible states that all life is in the Lord Jesus as the only begotten Son of God. With the Bible, if you have the Son, you have eternal life: if you do not have the Son, then you do not have eternal life.

 

A person that does not believe this makes God a liar. The Koran written 500 years after these verses denies the Son, and therefore makes the God of the Bible a liar. The Bible is written in the positive stating God has a Son. The Koran is written in the negative attacking this fundamental doctrine of Christianity.

 

When Muhammad wrote the Koran, he knew exactly what he was doing. He was creating a new religion which rivaled Christianity. He wanted to make sure there was no connection between the God of Islam and the holy God of Israel. The warning of the Bible is same today as it was at the time of Muhammad:

 

1 John 5:9-13: If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

 

And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

 

The Bible ends with a warning to those who tamper with it and remove scriptures. The warning is that God will remove that person’s name from the Book of Life which means removal from eternity in heaven with God. Muhammad wrote the Koran as a replacement to the Bible. In the Koran, he removed the Bible’s core beliefs; therefore, Muhammad’s name and those that follow him are removed from heaven. To God, it is extremely serious to tamper with the Bible.

 

Revelation 22:19 “And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

 

In summary, the God of Islam has no relationship to the God of the Bible. In fact, the God of Islam is at war with the Bible as the Koran calls anyone believing in the blessed Trinity a liar. The very origin of the Koran was to refute the authority of the Bible and reject the holy God of Israel. The Koran and Islam, at its very foundation, is hatred of Christianity, and therefore have no place in America. The Koran, as given by Muhammad, is hate speech and should be exposed as such.

 

Note: America was the only nation in all of history that was founded on the blessed holy Trinity. There were three documents which created the United States of America . Most people are very familiar with the first and third documents: The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution

 

It was the second document that ended the Revolutionary War and granted America[n] nationhood. The Paris Peace Treaty of 1783 formally ended the Revolution and granted the United States independence from Great Britain. This document can be found at:

When the United States became a nation, it was done “In the name of the most holy and undivided Trinity.” The preamble to this Treaty states that it is based upon the “Holy and undivided Trinity.” The concept of the holy Trinity is unique to Christianity. This statement means the United States was founded on the Christian faith. The Preamble is very short:

 

“In the name of the most holy and undivided Trinity.”

 

The Treaty then ends just like the Constitution with a statement it is being signed in the “Year of our Lord.” The witnesses representing the United States were John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, John Jay and D. Hartley:

 

“… In witness whereof we the undersigned, their ministers plenipotentiary, have in their name and in virtue of our full powers, signed with our hands the present definitive treaty and caused the seals of our arms to be affixed thereto. Done at Paris, this third day of September in the year of our Lord, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-three.”

Does Original Sin mean God Creates Sin?

Steve Finnell left a comment on my NCCR blog that has nothing to do with that post: “Bridenstine & Lankford Tax Reform Emails”.

Although this post was about tax reform I am a Christian Right Conservative that is Pro-life and a Bible Believing Christian. So I will tackle this anti-Original Sin message.

The comment is easy to pin down briefly. Adam was created without sin. Adam sold the caretaker authority of Eden to Satan by believing the lie that he and Eve would be like god knowing good and evil. When Adam and Eve partook of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil he became disobedient to God and obedient to Satan.

God had told Adam if he ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil he would surely die. Does the Bible record that Adam and Eve died physically? NO!

So is God a Liar like Satan? NO!

Adam and Eve’s death was to become separated from the Presence of God Almighty. Adam and Eve’s death was separation from God. Adam’s curse and simultaneous path to restoration of the Presence of God was issued which would affect the descendants of Adam and Eve and the entire planet Earth itself.

6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings. (Genesis 3: 6-7 NKJV)

They became aware of their nakedness because they were clothed glory from God’s Presence. God’s Presence left after Adam ate the fruit disobediently. They were no longer clothed.

8 And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

9 Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”

10 So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”

11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?” (Genesis 3: 8-11 NKJV)

Adam and Eve hid from God’s Presence because they were no longer connected causing their glory clothing to disappear. The all-knowing God asked where Adam was, not because he didn’t know where he was, but because their connection via His Presence had been disconnected in disobedience.

12 Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”

13 And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?”

The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” (Genesis 3: 12-13 NKJV)

In being disconnected from God’s Presence the results of sin were already overtaking Adam and Eve even before the curse. Rather than taking responsibility for their own choices they took turns absolving themselves and blaming someone else.

Then God cursed Satan the Deceiver with a Promise to Redeem the fallen progeny of Adam and Eve at an undisclosed future time.

14 So the Lord God said to the serpent:

“Because you have done this,
You are cursed more than all cattle,
And more than every beast of the field;
On your belly you shall go,
And you shall eat dust
All the days of your life.
15 And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.” (Genesis 3: 14-15 NKJV)

Verse 15 tells Satan that a woman human would produce the offspring that will whoop up on Satan.

Then God’s describes the curse that comes upon the female gender of humanity.

16 To the woman He said:

“I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception;
in pain you shall bring forth children;
Your desire shall be for your husband,
And he shall rule over you.” (Genesis 3: 16 NKJV)

Yup, hard birth pains and a male dominated society is the female gender’s curse. Then God describes the curse for Adam and the male gender.

17 Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’:

“Cursed is the ground for your sake;
In toil you shall eat of it
All the days of your life.
18 Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you,
And you shall eat the herb of the field.
19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread
Till you return to the ground,
For out of it you were taken;
For dust you are,
And to dust you shall return.” (Genesis 3: 17-19 NKJV)

Society might be a male dominated society, but because of disobedience the planet Earth and nature itself are cursed. This is the reason bad things happen to good people: natural disasters, sickness, disease and poverty etc. Mankind’s life was transformed from a caretaker effortless worker to being cursed to work hard in toil. Also the once immortal physical body is now mortal and subject to decay and death.

Good people are thus born into Original Sin but it is not God’s doing it is the result of Adam’s disobedience. King David was born in Original Sin demonstrating his sin-nature by his making as many bad decisions as good ones. God David a man after His own heart (Why? Short Answer & Long Answer) and yet the sin-nature led him to commit adultery and murder.

2 Then it happened one evening that David arose from his bed and walked on the roof of the king’s house. And from the roof he saw a woman bathing, and the woman was very beautiful to behold. 3 So David sent and inquired about the woman. And someone said, “Is this not Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?” 4 Then David sent messengers, and took her; and she came to him, and he lay with her, for she was cleansed from her impurity; and she returned to her house. 5 And the woman conceived; so she sent and told David, and said, “I am with child.”

12 Then David said to Uriah, “Wait here today also, and tomorrow I will let you depart.” So Uriah remained in Jerusalem that day and the next.

14 In the morning it happened that David wrote a letter to Joab and sent it by the hand of Uriah. 15 And he wrote in the letter, saying, “Set Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retreat from him, that he may be struck down and die.”

17 Then the men of the city came out and fought with Joab. And some of the people of the servants of David fell; and Uriah the Hittite died also. (2 Samuel 11: 2-5, 12, 14-15, 17 NKJV)

David was a part of the lineage that was a Promise of Redeeming humanity recorded in Genesis 3: 15. God promised death for disobedience, but He also promised Redemption in his mercy.

God does not create sinners in the womb but God has a plan to Redeem every human being that died before the Incarnation of Christ the Son of God which was only the beginning of Genesis 3: 15. And to Redeem every human being born after the Son of God’s bodily Resurrection from the Dead. All that is needed is faith that the Son of God paid for our Redemption with the sinless Blood of a man descended from a human and God Almighty simultaneously AND Believe Jesus Christ is Lord of your life. A life Adam lost in disobedience, humanity regains in obedience.

4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you[a] all.

7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. 8 Therefore He says:

“When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to men.”[b]

9 (Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first[c]descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.) (Ephesians 4: 4-10 NKJV)

Steve’s use of Scripture to justify that no one is born with Original Sin comment has good intentions but I think it misses the mark. AND YET I believe neither one of us will face hell for being incorrect nor if one is correct nor the other is wrong. This is an interpretive disagreement that does nothing to affect the Blood bought Redemption we have in Christ Jesus. I don’t believe Steve’s view is an error that will be judged with condemnation and I pray, if he still disagrees with me, that he feels the same of my view.

That which is important is that Jesus overcame the same temptation to disobey as Adam by the actions of Satan. The old deceiver’s attempts to have Jesus disobey the Father in the same way Adam did way back in Eden failed. Thank God Jesus remained steadfast. Jesus was born sinless due to his Father’s divine DNA but as the second person of the Godhead, Jesus emptied Himself of all divine characteristics in order to be a human like Adam who was sinless but fell to lying temptations.

4 Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. 3 Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”

4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’”[a]

5 Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, 6 and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written:

‘He shall give His angels charge over you,’

and,

‘In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’”[b]

7 Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”[c]

8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”

42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. 43 It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. 44 It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.”[a] The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual.47 The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord[b]from heaven. 48 As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear[c] the image of the heavenly Man. Jesus is the last Adam that reconnects humanity to the Presence of God hence ending the curse of Original Sin.

Steve Finnell’s criticism of Original Sin in the womb is only correct in the sense it was caused by Adam’s disobedience and not caused by God Almighty. I felt I had to share the Good News before you read his view. I pray I made my case.

Now if one is a militant atheist, I doubt the Good News will alter your perspective short of a Damascus Road revelation. If you are a Christian, the Good News should strengthen your faith in Christ’s Redeeming work as Savior.

To prove that all men are guilty of sin at conception and therefore born as sinners; original sin proponents quote David in Psalm 51:5.

David Quote: Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. (NKJV)

Was David born into a sinful world? Yes. Was David’s mother guilty of sin? Yes. Was David guilty of his mother’s sin. No. Was David spiritually condemned because of the sin of Adam and Eve? No. David died physically because of Adam’s sin. Men die spiritually because of sins they themselves commit.

DOES GOD CREATE SINNERS IN THE WOMB?

God hates sin.

David Quote: Psalm 139:1, 13, 14 O Lord…13 For You have formed my inward parts; You have covered me in my mother’s womb. 14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And I know my soul knows very well. (NKJV)

God does not create sinners in the womb. God hates sin. How could David be wonderfully made in his mother’s womb and at the same time be created a guilty sinner?

Genesis 4:1 Now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain, and said, “I have gotten a man from the Lord.”(NKJV)

Did God help Eve conceive a sinner in the womb? Of course not. God hates sin. Cain became a sinner by choice.

Was John the Baptist a sinner in the womb? No, he was not.

Luke 1:13, 15 ….you shall call his name John. 15 “For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.

Are men filled with the Holy Spirit if they are sinners in the womb? No, they are not. John the Baptist was not guilty of original sin in his mother’s womb nor is anyone else.

Are little children sinners in the womb? No, they are not.

Jesus Quote: Matthew 18:3 and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. (NKJV)

Was Jesus saying, in order to enter the kingdom of heaven you must be guilty of sin in the womb and born sinners like little children. Of course not. You must be free from sin as little children. Little children were not born as sinners nor are they guilty of committing sins. Little children are trusting souls; and adults must trust Jesus.
